I have bought 4 cars from dealerships throughout the years. Each time was a stressful event with haggling and intimidation in order to get the best price available. This was truly the first time I've ever walked into a dealership and did not feel any stress to buy, and when I saw the initial numbers, there was no haggling required. It was straight forward and pleasant. This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever experienced. Francis, our consultant was top tier and friendly. He even came in early to help us test out some things in our car. The manager was friendly and straight-forward. The team from top to bottom was friendly and great. I 100% recommend this dealership and will not hesitate to work with them again in the future.

Despite the paper signing process took long (a little over 5 hours), Stokes Honda North were very flexible, helpful, and generous with pricing. Eli, our sales representative, was not pushy, rather, was patient in showing us cars that was inclined to our preferences and these cars features. He was easygoing and chill to do business with, making sure the process was expedited and problems that arose were solved. Truly, one can tell he is genuine and reliable. I look forward to good service still during the maintenance and warranty coverage of my car, hopefully. Honda is always a trustworthy and long-lasting brand, so I am satisfied with my purchase.

Excellent customer care and service at Stokes Honda North. I had come to this location for service for the past three years, and it came time for me to upgrade from a sedan to SUV. Eli helped me pick out the perfect car, and provided me with the best car-buying experience I've ever had. The trade-in and purchase was very easy. I had a fantastic. experience buying my new Honda Civic from Stokes Honda Charleston. My sales associate Francis was great. He didn't pressure in any kind of way but was very attentive of my concerns. He was with thru the entire process . I found the exact car that I was looking for Gray leather seats and all. The other nearest location was in Tennessee so I'm glad they had the vehicle I was looking for. Everything went very smoothly on their side. My side was a little hectic but they were patient, and was able to drive home my car that day. The whole team deserves a five-star review

My Experience at Honda stokes is always amazing! But when i purchased my NEW CRV 2020 my EXPERIENCE WAS TOP TIER ! This is my Third car from Honda and my experience is always amazing !I want to thank Mr. YOMI bc he literally saved me he makes things easier to understand and he s always on top of things and always have a smile !MR.LYDON is the coolest guy ever ! He is definitely a people person he made sure my experience was not boring . Best conversation ever, people like him makes people like me have such an amazing week especially after being in a crazy car accident and having a near death experience. Working with him and Mr.Yomi all my worries went away and i appreciate them for that.Also Enterprise across the street were all amazed how amazingly great When they Saw Mr.LYDON help me bring my car and rental back. They all were like aww man next time i get a car I m going across the street! I said that s the ONLY WAY head to Honda they will always take care of youAlso one Last Shout out ! Tom was a great person to sell us a used vehicle. He was not the stereotypical pushy salesman and he was very humble and patient with us. He did not try to manipulate us by steering us in a direction we didn't desire. He laid out the 3 vehicles we saw as possible options and gave us a detailed road evaluation showing us all the bells and whistles. He took the time, yet was very efficient, in his work.The paperwork at the end was not easy as it takes time, but once you make the decision, it is a necessary evil. Be prepared to be guided strongly toward an extra warranty.Overall, very pleased with Tom's manners and respectfulness. We will be calling on Tom specifically to purchase our next vehicle.

We purchased a 2024 Honda Odyssey EX-L. I'm disabled and have needs that aren't standard. Agent Ann helped my husband and I make the right decision when purchasing our car. She never pressured us to buy, she was more focused on getting us the right car, for the best price, to best suit our needs. I feel that she went way above and beyond to help us make the whole process, as easy as possible. We also got a great offer on our 2017 Subaru Forrester. That helped us make the transition much easier. The finance department was very professional and thorough. Overall I highly recommend their staff and business practices. Thank you all. This was an excellent experience, top to bottom. It was quick and efficient. I was there about 2 hours after doing a credit application by phone and knowing what car I wanted. When I got there the car was pulled up and clean-so I could look at it and drive it. Everyone was friendly, but especially Eli. He took care of everything, wasn t pushy or impatient and made sure I was comfortable. Eli does a really great job at customer service-he was just super cool to deal with through the whole thing.

Been going here for service for over 15 years. It's a dealer, so it costs a little more, but I've always gotten good results. Since the service expansion was built, it's really pretty neat. Pictures and videos (!!) of what's wrong with your car, estimates broken out by task (with chances to refuse each service), easy communication. And they know what they're doing. We've brought everything from a 20 year-old Element to a new Accord (bought there for a good price) and they've always been really helpful.Pro tip: I always drop the car off and let them call me when they're done. The negative reviews often seem to be about timing. I realize not everyone can borrow a car while theirs is at the shop, but a little patience there goes a long ways.Hope I'm not jinxing myself, but after 15 years, figured it was time for a review! Somebody tell Jack Nathans hello for me -- he's been helping us off and on for all 17 of those years.

Everyone here is very friendly. Purchased my first Honda here. HOWEVER, upon taking my new vehicle for its 1st Service last week, it seems the mechanic who did the inspection on everything did not do a great job. I just happen to glance over and noticed a bolt just hanging out near my wipers. Decided to check under the hood and there are not ONE but TWO entire bolts missing from my air intake filter housing. What s even worse is the bolt I found didn t even fit where the bolts were missing so I have no clue what else was not put back securely. I m not sure what else was checked or pulled apart during the inspection. If it wasn t for the fact that you get 2 years of maintenance for free, and the fact that I have paid for an extended maintenance plan when I purchased the car, I probably wouldn t even come back. Now I have to drive around with a loose air intake filter until I can find bolts that fit it.

This was my first time being a car & my experience was a great one. Mr. Jerome is a very nice gentleman, he knows his stuff, he explained everything thoroughly & made sure I understood. Dante excelled in customer service. Made us feel af ease when we were purchasing our new CRV Hybrid. Even with closing time very near he still kept a smile and answered all our concerns. Our assigned sales manager was very friendly and worked out a great deal for us. He was not pushy and he heard and meet price request. I would recommend Stokes Honda to anyone.

This was our first experience with Stokes Honda North, and the Best and Most Stress free experience ever buying a new car. Josh Murray our sales rep is Fantastic, Friendly, Respectful and Knowledgeable, he was there every step of the way from walking into the dealership to driving our new 2024 CRV off the lot. Lyndon Wright offered seasoned professionalism, warmth, and humor helping us get our car. He went above and beyond every step of the way, even driving to our home to get the car to take it back for window tinting. My father and I visited Stokes, and I recently purchased a new 2023 Honda CR-V. My salesman was Tom Dixon, and he gave us a phenomenal experience, from the test drive to driving the new car off the lot. He was friendly and very accommodating! Yomi Soyebo was the person with whom we handled the finances, and he was very helpful with the process, providing great details on the finance side of things. Overall, I would rate the salesman, finance manager, and Stokes Honda Team 10/10!

Got the suv I wanted. I it. Jerome is an excellent sales person. Thank you Jerome. And thank Yomi.Update. So I'm having issues with my 2024 cr-v. So far, Yomi is trying to resolve the issues. I'll do another update and another review as soon as I get my car back and drive it for a while. They deserve an opportunity to resolve the problems. My sales person spoke to me as well as he was also co concerned about me being there for service. OmgHeather one of the service managers asked me to bring my car in and wasn't even there. The on duty manager asked me to make yet another trip 75 miles round trip. Hmmm. I remembered Yomi told me to contact him if I had any problems so far so good. He stuck to his words. I don't about that cv-r???

We recently purchased a 24 Honda HR-V from Stokes Honda North and were very pleased by the service we received, led by Sales Consultant Curtis Sheppard. Curtis s title is very appropriate. There was no pressure sales pitch, but rather he provided us with the information we needed. He did so in a pleasant and thorough manner. To summarize, I am 76 years old have purchased many cars over the years and have never had a more pleasant experience doing so.

So I traded in my '09 Explorer in and like the commercial says, they really take care of you. I bought a 2023 Honda HRV Sport this past Saturday and like the 2 times before this, Stokes Honda North delivered. Francis, Prince, Gary, and the whole crew really are the best folks in the auto business. It's the smoothest process every time I go there, and we're not going anywhere else. My wife and I are going back in 2024 to trade our 2020 Civic Sport in for the latest and greatest Passport Elite. Thanks guys once again, you guys rock!!! STOKES HONDA NORTH FOR LIFE!!!

Went here a while ago and received very poor service. I met with a sales rep who very quickly transferred me to an older rep who may have been a manager. I was stuck between a car I d viewed on their lot but I had one more I wanted to go see at another dealership and expressed to the man that I wasn t ready to make a decision before seeing this other car. He said jeez did you put this much thought into any of your tattoos? . Absolutely disrespectful and not at all how you encourage someone to go with your dealership. I m not spending $20,000 over the course of 5 years on my tattoos, I only have a few. And regardless, that was a complete turn off and I won t be returning to this dealership again.

Just purchased a brand new 2024 Honda Pilot Touring. My salesperson was Sharon aka The Cat Lady. She was very sweet, very attentive and got me exactly what I wanted. My preference of color and style of moonroof was not on the lot so she had a car shipped from the Honda manufacturer in Alabama. I highly recommend her if you are looking to purchase. I have ran into a lot of pushy sales people but she was not like that, she asked what I wanted and she made it happen. Thank you Sharon!

This General Manager is an idiot!!! He cut off the website credit application and you have to jump through a million hoops to just pull credit and get qualified for a lease.My family has leased 6 cars from Stokes but Hendricks is getting this one! Not jumping through a million hoops to get a credit check done.I called my sales person we have all used and I asked him what was the status and he said this genius cut off the web site credit app to micromanage the process!!!I am really upset I wasted my time filling that out and waited a day to hear back. Hendrick has me approved for my 3rd lease and going to pick it up today.WAY TO GO MR GENERAL MANAGER!!!

I had the most seamless experience at Stokes Honda North. Everyone my husband and I dealt with was professional and made the entire experience enjoyable. The whole day didn't feel dragged out. It was casual and yet we were on task and were not given the run around. Our salesman Lyndon was informative and a pleasure to deal with. Every person I met here had so much personality and was so likable and professional. We got a tour of the dealership. It's impressive how giant and high tech their service area is which made me think how getting my car serviced here would be a breeze. We got a DEAL on my new Hybrid Sport (shout out to Joe the General Manager!!!) and I couldn't be happier with my car and my experience here. I highly recommend doing business here because of the caliber of service you'll get on every level.

I would to start my saying Marcus in the sale department was very helpful and dependable. He did what he could to get my issues resolve after my purchase of my vehicle. I met Marcus back in September 2023, after getting my car serviced at Stokes Honda of North Charleston. He kept in contact over the next few months because I spoke with him about trading my 2018 Honda Civic in. Once I was ready he was able to assist me and find something that worked for me so that i was Comfortable and happy. My Issue is currently with the service department. I had gotten my old car service at their service center several times before and has had many issues with either being up charged, told miss information or not given information. I was frequently told things were wrong with my car that wasn t previously wrong within a two week matter. When I got my 2023 Honda Civic, it had went through 182 point inspection and no one notice that the speakers did not put out any sound. Marcus did what he could to get it best resolved for me, but it took a total of four days before I had working speakers and I travel a hour distance daily for work. Once the speakers were done, I received a survey to complete, and I put the complaint of buying a car that speakers did not work in, and was not aware of the issue. Some may say, how did you not know when you test drove but no one turned the radio up to check, because we were talking about the features on the test drive, so I do not blame Marcus for this situation. But once I completed the survey, Ashley from the service department gave me a call. She explained to me that that wasn t anyone on their ends fault. I completely understood, my survey was to make whomever higher up at Stokes Honda aware of the issue so that it would not happen to another customer. We agreed for me to redo the survey and she would give me three free oil changes for my inconvenience. I went to pick up said card for my three free oil changes, and she had told the person in sales that she took it back because I redid the survey and she got negative l marks again. This is my issue: #1- as a previous customer service representative, once you promised a customer, something you cannot take it back or your own premise. That is not only unprofessional but bias and inconsiderate. What would you have done if I had already came and got the card? #2, it was downright unprofessional for you to even say that to another employee to relate to a customer, and you could not speak to me yourself. If you can call me to tell me that the bad remarks can affect your pay, and wanted me to redo the survey and promised me the oil changes, you could ve called me and told me that you weren t satisfied with my results again . That was the last straw for me with their service department as I have been overcharged there, I have been given incorrect information and treated unfairly. I take pride in my integrity, and I promise that when I redid the survey I gave all good ratings. If that was not up to their satisfaction, that is a personal issue that you do not take out on a customer as business you find a way to resolve the problem. I am looking to reach out to her supervisor along with some higher for this Honda Facility because something has to be stopped at Stokes. Needless to say, I will never get my car serviced there again And do not wish to interact with this location furthermore.

Recently purchased a CRV Hybrid from Stokes. Eli understood exactly what I was looking for and was able to show me a vehicle that will last me for years to come. I have not yet had to have my car serviced but since my husband has his vehicle serviced at Stokes I anticipate being very satisfied.

My husband and I had a fantastic experience at Stokes Honda from beginning to end. We found Charles to be very informative and helpful in our car buying experience. We were hoping to move quickly to buy a new car since our old car had been totaled. It was so nice to be treated with respect and without pressure tactics. As a woman, I felt that Charles addressed me and not just my husband and I really was grateful for that. He went over all of the features of the car before I drove it home. The whole process was efficient and pleasant and we would certainly use him again if we are in the market in the future. We love our RED Sport Hybrid CR-V.

Purchased a used vehicle in December 23, after a lot of back in forth per usual with buying a car I finally agreed on a deal with 2 free oil changes I come to get my first one and I m told I was never told that even tho I had someone with me all day who can back up they agreed to it. I wouldn t be so upset if it was handled properly but the salesman Charles had to get it approved because it is not something they usually do for used vehicles but he came back and said it was approved but they never added it to the deal paperwork so I was told it was just never told to me and I won t apologize for something I never said they covered the ONE while I was here because I was clearly irate as anyone would be being told they are essentially making stuff up? Please just think twice before trying to deal with this dealership, honestly my biggest regret great car just awful people
