It's not often you can find an auto shop with fair prices and integrity, especially when it comes to women. Lance and his team are friendly, honest, and very skilled. They were able to diagnose a problem with my car that nobody else could, and they fixed it. I know for a fact that they extended the life of my car. That's the only kind of service I need. You can keep that rose.

I give SpeeDee an overall thumbs up. The service guy Robert and his manager-don t recall name- were really informative. I knew what I needed done on my car and stuff I told them not to touch they did not. I ended up getting a full service of brake flush, oil change, fuel injector flushed and something with the radiator. All maintenance that was over due in my humble opinion. I felt the pricing was competitive and reasonable. And they finished in a reasonable time. Why the four star? My car was left with oily finger prints and battery cleaner mess all on the passenger side. The manager cleaned the prints off but just should have been done before bringing to me. Would have rated 4.5 but no half options.

My first time going here and the services was exceptional! From the time I pulled in I was greeted immediately and the service was so fast the tech also shared the needed recommendations and I advised that I will be back in two weeks to get them serviced! Thank you Spee-Dee team!!

Great experience! This SpeeDee location near Northwoods Mall has become my go-to for oil changes. The staff there is friendly, upbeat, and very nice to deal with. Superfast service - my car was ready before I knew it. Special shoutout to manager Lance, and Kerry Jean at the front desk, who made my visit such a pleasure. Thanks, team!

The staff here is always nice and friendly. Yes, they recommend services but they never pressure you to buy anything. Lance did my oil change and did a great job. This is my go to auto shop!

Robert was great to work with! It was not a high pressure sales situation to add more and more services, but after talking to him we did add a few things. I ended up appreciating the recommendations and we were able to identify the things to do today by priority.We will definitely come back!Service: Oil change

Lance, Robert and entire staff are great at taking care of the customer. Can't say enough for the excellent service, above and beyond assistance with my car needs. Highly recommend. Very fast but proficient service. Went in for oil change and left with knowledge of other items needing attention. Most places would take advantage of a female coming in and say it needs to be done now but i was explained the problem and worked out coming back at a later date that suited me

I have had such a great experiences here! As a young female I often feel like car places try to upsell me on things that are not necessary but all of the workers here from management to front desk are always super informative and make sure I am taken care of. They will always go the extra mile. Specifically Lance, Robert and the front desk ladies are wonderful!

Honestly, the service was great but when I went to pay I had a coupon for 20 off the service. Well, I couldn't use it because they didn't get the part. Remind you I got the part from where they would've gotten the part from. I just went and got it myself. Which was cheaper if they would've ordered and had it delivered. Well since I paid for the part and picked it up myself I couldn't use the coupon; even though they did the labor, when the coupon stated it covered repair it didn't say if you got your part you couldn't use the coupon.

I can t say enough about my experience here. Robert, Jess, Lance all took care of what I needed to be done and some more. Robert didn t want me to leave without making sure I was okay and everything was taken care of. He even vacuumed my car! He walked me through what he was doing and gave me fair pricing. Nothing hidden or scammy about this place. All my car maintenance in the future will only taken care of here. Thank you guys for making my time there was and enjoyable. 11/10Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

Had a Groupon for a full synthetic oil change with filter up to 5 quarts. I was charged 17.08 for labor on top of what I paid for the Groupon even though nothing but the synthetic oil change was completed. In addition they tried to up sell me additional work that was not needed. Tell everyone you know to do yourself a favor and do not buy a Groupon for SpeeDee or support this business. UPDATE... Literally went to Charleston Auto Electric three weeks after my oil change and the mechanic confirmed the additional work (~$500) that was recommended by SpeeDee was unnecessary. Clearly these guys are here to try and take advantage of people.

Wayyyy too expensive paid over 100 for nnoil change.. my friend did it for 30 n I bought the oil I think that's better over all I waisted what I used to pay there before around 60 ... I don't wanna take this down but I do wanna correct my self it was not thisnspeedee it was the one on main Ave in Summerville.. this onw got some great workers and I appreciate them for getting my car right everything I go there

Robert the manager was amazing. I went to get my oil change a few months ago. One of the workers called and ask if I wanted my car flushed, tires rotated and it would be like 200 dollars. I was like sure, when I got there to pick up my car it was over 500 dollars. Robert came and because of the miscommunication he told me my next oil change was was free. I went today and the honored the free oil change and fixed the flap on the front of my car. Now that is good customer service.Service: Oil change

On 17th of April 2020 my car was driven to SpeeDee Oil Change at 7395 Northwoods Boulevard in North Charleston South Carolina 29406, to receive an oil change for a 1996 Lexus LS400. During the oil change my car was damaged, at the muffler. Now my muffler is hanging/dangling from the bottom of my vehicle. I have disputed this incident on site, with no resolution. I have also involved the local police department to assist , with no resolution. I have even contacted a different location( summerville) , in regards to upper management information and verbal contact by phone but no resolution either. This company is a franchise and it seems that there giving me the runaround about fixing my vehicle..worst oil change ever went in for a 50 bill left out with over $300 in damages...Could you say never again...

Speedee has a great team of people at the Northwoods Blvd location Robert and his Manager assisted me on my Dodge Durango they explained what needed to be done showed me and walked me thru the process before the service was done .That location needs a Larger sign to ensure people can see them from the road because all you see is the Hotel signs , they also need to have a TV ad to promote there business that Team is awesome . Thank you all for what you did GREAT WORK !!

AC started making a funny sound after I got my filter change. I dropped by. They looked at it and told me it was probably a leaf. Said if it didn t go away in a couple of weeks, they d fix it for me since I got it changed at a SpeeDee. They were right.

All of the people there were kind,nice and in conversation also. Not like most attitudes of most stores in the all of the low country.. great people for sure. If and when I won the lottery,these among far and few will and shall be rewarded as a gift from the good Shephard and his Father,,, our God and Father also. Amen

These people SAVED me today. I was traveling, and I had a flat tire this morning. Since it was a weekend, and I m unfamiliar with this area, I initially panicked.After going to two other tire places, who could not help me, for one reason or another, I was directed to this place, and they were able to hook me up with a new tire, and have it completely installed, in less than two hours.They were extremely friendly and prompt, and their prices were reasonable.They really saved me this morning.Highly recommended!

Absolute amazing team and customer service. Helped me 30 minutes before closing to find a leak in my tire, and although it was in a spot where it was unable to be patched, they helped me find a new tire quickly so I could make it back home. Would highly recommend 10000%.

Got an oil change from there in November. December rolls around and my engine blows in my car. Took a min to get it a shop to get it lifted so we can look under it and lo and behold the oil filter is no where to be found! I was told they are no longer liable because I took more than 90 days to report it but the incident happened in less than a month! Wish I could give them a -1000!!
