Got our tires put on here last year. I made an appt. Arrived on time. There was no tech there. The employee at the register didn't know when they would show up. Half hour later they arrived. No apologies. Just standard procedure I guess.Fast forward to this week, a nail in the tire. Wonderful. "At least Sam's offers lifetime flat fix!" Well, we called ahead and we're told we couldn't make an appt. Frustrating, but we rolled the dice and showed up to get it fixed, an hour after they open! The tech wasn't there and the employee didn't know when they would arrive.It's just wild that this is normal. Avoid it if you can.

Slow slowCame in asked if I could get my tires rotated and balance they said they had an appointment at 5 I said I'll come back then the lady goes in the back and comes back asking If I want to do it right now. I said absolutely that's great. Here it is 430 3+ hours later and they're still not done. Absolutely worthless why even offer right now if you can't actually do it. Stupid stupid stupid. If they were paying me my hourly rate they damn sure would hurry up and get me out. I won't be renewing my membership after this. Garbage.

Went to the North Charleston Sam's Tire & Battery last week. My car battery had died so I went in for a replacement. Battery was about 2 years old and still covered by the warranty. I just showed up without an appointment. The technician checked the readings on the battery and said it was covered. They were very busy and said it could be up to 4 hours to fit me in, I decided to wait. 40 minutes later the new battery was installed and I was on my way. They were able to fit me in and I really was thankful.

Terrible Service. My fianc�e caught a nail In her tire. Thankfully I was able to take it off the vehicle and put the spare on to make it to Sams. When I arrived there was a African Make wearing a Colts keychain Lanyard. His service was absolutely terrible. Without seeing my tire he told me he probably was t going to be able to repair it..I know tires and the location that you can repair. The nail was in the middle of the tire and had a lot of tread. He told me it would be 4 hours to look to SEE IF HE COULD REPAIR IT. That was unacceptable so I complained and he immediately came to look at it. He took one second and said nope cant repair it then shrugged his shoulders. I drove as slowly as possible to Geralds where they fixed the tire in 10 minutes FOR FREE. Please dont go here

Good place to buy tires. The installation was free but get what you don't pay for. All 4 tires were out of balance and they some how managed to bend one of my rims. My car had zero issues prior to their servicing.

Feels like you are a criminal when you walk out the door people are very rude especially the ones at the door when you walk out
