"Buckle up, folks, because I've got a spicy tale to tell about this sorry excuse for a business. Let's set the scene: one of my sleek custom wheels, mangled and scratched to oblivion, all thanks to the incompetence of their so-called professionals during a routine tire change last November.I reached out, armed with damning photos, and engaged in a futile back-and-forth with the manager. After some pulling teeth, they grudgingly offered me the choice between a refund or a replacement wheel. Guess which one I went for? You got it the replacement. And what did I get in return? Months of radio silence.Every time I tried to shake them from their slumber, it was the same old story: 'We'll look into it and get back to you within the hour.' Well, surprise, surprise that hour never came. It's like they're playing a game of dodgeball with my patience, but newsflash: I don't lose at my own game.I may have been born at night, but it wasn't last night. I see right through their little game of delay tactics and hope-I-forget maneuvers. But here's the kicker I'm not forgetting, and I'm not forgiving. As a business owner myself, I know the value of accountability, and this place? They're bankrupt in that department.And if the damage to my property wasn't enough of a slap in the face, they had the nerve to try and fleece me for more cash upon arrival, conveniently 'forgetting' the price we agreed upon. Talk about adding insult to injury!So, here's the tea, darlings: steer clear of this dumpster fire of a business unless you enjoy being jerked around, treated like dirt, and left with damaged goods. Me? I'll be taking my hard-earned dollars elsewhere and making sure the whole world knows why."

"Tired" of standard drives?Reinvent your wheels.You are the next Mario Andretti or Emerson Fitapauldi or even Lewis Hamilton.This place "RimTyme" will improve your drive with tons of style and improved safety.The only downside, if you can call it a downside, is . . . You're gonna want to race.Don't. They give tickets for that sort of thing.That is, of course, unless I pull up beside you. Then it's all pink slips, all the way. Hey, I'm just a little excited. Got some new wheels.Here at RimTyme, they can't spell very well (hint: should be time not tyme) but, they have tons of selections in the showroom.- wide selection- expert guidance- fair prices- fast serviceI would write more, but it's tyme to drive off into the mystic, sporting my new wheels.Zoom.

We have had the best experience with the guys at Rim Thyme! They were very helpful in helping me pick out the best rims for my Land Rover.I knew I wanted all black so they showed me some options and ordered the ones that I wanted. They got in in just two days and they installed them. The guys in the shop really seem like they enjoy what they do and were really nice! They really seemed to enjoy working there, which is great these days! We will definitely go back and I highly suggest them to anyone who wants great customer service and a great product.

Called all around town looking for rims for my crossfire, no one else had then in stock, spoke with Trey at RimTyme, he not only had 2 sets but took the time to text me pics. Great customer service. I love the Rims. Will definitely do business with them in the future.

Alana was fantastic. She greeted me and my daughter even though she was with another customer. She let us know she would be with us soon as she finished helping the customer she was with. She went out her way to help me with what I came in for. Another customer came in was rude to her and she still remained professional and polite to that rude customer. She has great customer service and some people that works with the public could learn manners and what an outstanding customer service means while doing business with a company from her.Alana you rock and keep doing a amazing job

Had to get a wheel lock replacement for my Car and they found a replacement and 20 seconds All in all the staff were so enthusiastic to help me! New rims, tires, and installed at a great price less than an hour. Truly incredible

Alana and Josh were amazing workers, they fixed another issue made by another employee where they scratched my rims while lifting the truck. They ordered a new rim and it arrived in 2 days!Alex was a great help when it came to figuring out an issue that other workers refused to do the work the others didn't want to do the extra work.These three are amaing!

These guys are awesome! We had a rental and got a flat and they really helped us out so fast and got us on our way so we could enjoy the rest of our trip! 5/5 recommend. Alex is the man!

Josh helped us find the right rims and tires for our Camaro. He was very helpful and found some that were in the back. It was exactly what we were looking for. This is our second set of tires and rims for our vehicles. Awesome place and wonderful service!

Zero stars! Unprofessional short black guy behind the counter and over priced services. This company charges $100 a piece plus tax to mount and balance 20' to 24' wheels that's $400. Ridiculous! They proudly have a sign posted on the counter lol. Don't patronize this company but instead go see Kevin at custom wheels express on Rivers Blvd. He will get you right without taking advantage of your pockets!

Ive Ben going to rim time in North Charleston SC since 2019 , and every time I came here the service was great but today Alana burgees made my visit amazing with her manners and making sure I was took care of , she was polite and well respected to everyone who walked in the door , there s no other place I would go for rims at all .

Great Service, Great people, Great price. PERIOD!My experience from start to finish was great. I was thinking this place was high end rims ONLY. And I was wrong. The employees Alex, James, Derlin and Justin were amazing to find the right rims for me, at a good and fair price. They will do everything they can do to get you what you like. And if they don't have it, they will order it if need be! Ounce I got the rims in, I was able to go in and have them installed the same day. No problems, no worries, no hassle. Perfect experience.

I came here and got all brand new tires for a very good price. The cashier named josh was very pleasant and their staff has the best customer service. I highly recommend this place . Thanks for all your help :)

We went in looking for tires an Rims, my son had a mind set of about what he wanted. We spoke with Alana Burgess an she knew exactly what he was wanting, we was very satisfied with her work with us an when we need more Rims an tires we definite coming back to her.5 Stars

Well to say the least my experience with the guys at rimtyme was horrible. I ran across them online and tray was the guys name gave me a price with taxes and everything included so I drive 2 hrs to pick up my rims cash money by the way and he decides after I get there they can't sell them to me for what I was quoted. REALLY. DO NOT BELIEVE anything they tell you. That was just sorry.
