Tech was early and very straight forward. He got the job done in less than 30 minutes. Would recommend to family and friends and would definitely use them again in the future.

After waking up to a shattered passenger window in my work vehicle, I knew I needed to get it fixed ASAP. I called, and they were able to fit me into their day within an hour on a Friday morning. I forgot his name but he was very nice and helpful. The replacement glass was covered by insurance, and I was on my way with a nice shiny piece of window. Highly recommend these fantastic duck people.

so my window blew out because of the heat yesterday. I call my insurance company this morning and we decided on this company. I believe it was Cheryl I spoke with and not long after I called my insurance. I was impressed by a few things. One you have to have a Tech and two you need the part. A passenger side rear window; I imagine nobody has in stock. I started this at 10:00 am and a Tech named Kevin came out and I was fixed by 1:30. I got such good customer service on the phone and on the ground. I can do this work and it's not easy. Your tech is your face as well phone support.

Where to begin! I needed a windshield for my 1985 Porsche 944 and after calling everyone in Charleston (including the Porsche dealership!!) it was beginning to look like the windshield was unobtanium. I eventually found someone in Savanna who was able to get glass from Charlotte (like that makes sense) but they wouldn't install it. I called Quacked to see if they would install it for me and lady on the phone said "Hey you should have called us first, we might have been able to get you a windshield!"... somehow i missed calling them the first time.. Fast forward a week and Quacked was able to get me a windshield (It had to be shipped to their Columbia location, and then technicians from Charleston went and picked it up.. thanks by the way!) and had it installed in less than an hour and a half at my home. I cannot express how happy I am with not only their service and work, but just how helpful they were in getting me a windshield, I had been looking for one since I bought the car in March and in the 944 community its becoming a running joke in how hard they are to get.So TLDR, do I recommend Quacked Glass? Hell yes.

Hands down best experience and kind staff. I arrive promptly at 9 am and they were ready and waiting with the windshield ready to go. I got to hang out in a little room and they offered me coffee/water, etc. It's the little things. They said it would take an hour, it took just under. Love it. Thanks guys! I know this is a super common thing to replace, but it was important to me to get it done right. Thank you for the awesome service!

The most professional glass replacement shop around with superior customer service on all levels. They have replaced 3 windshields for us so far in the past few months and have been timely, the workmanship is top quality, the customer service is unmatched from the agents answering the phone to schedule to the technicians installing the windshields they make sure to communicate every detail and ensure your satisfaction every step of the way. I have needed to get my windshield taken care of and these guys was recommended by my insurance company. I could not go to their shop during the week (they are closed on weekend) and have my windshield replaced due to work and the camera was needing to be calibrated. This not something that they do mobile but they reached out to someone else to come to work and take care of this the same day. Ethan was very nice and very communicative. I love using local businesses and I will definitely always recommend them. From the beginning, it was a great experience! Scheduling was easy and the installer was even willing to drive out to Ridgeville. When the weather made the windshield replacement not possible, rescheduling was painless.The installer was quick and knowledgeable, and the final product was like new!Highly recommend if you're looking for automotive glass work.

I wish there was an option to give them no stars I have called dozen times left multiple voicemails and no one has even gotten back with me. This last time I waited on hold for 5 minutes heard someone pick up breathe heavily on the phone and then just hang right back up that is not how to run a business.

Don Johnson was amazing! Very professional and very quick. He did an amazing job of making sure that all the shattered glass was taken out of my car as well as made sure that the sunroof was laid right and secure. Quacktastic! These guys are amazing. I had a chip in my windshield and after my insurance set up an appointment 4 days out with a 5 hour window with a big windshield company that never showed up. I found Quackt Glass. Not only did they bill my insurance directly, the lady who called me was very friendly and told me they could fix it that day. Within an hour I heard from Don Johnson. He told me he was 3 minutes away. Met him in the parking lot and while he was repairing my windshield had a great friendly 5 minute conversation... Boom, and it was done. He thanked me for my business, I thanked him for his promptness. The end, no headache, no extra phone call, no hassle. I will be recommending this company as well as Don to anyone needing a windshield repair, replace or whatever else they do. Very satisfied customer!Service: Auto windshield repair

I was actually driving back home from a cruise today when a huge rock was thrown from a truck and busted my windshield. It almost came the through the windshield so glass was everywhere and I was afraid to drive it my 3 hour trip home. Quackt glass ordered me a windshield and replaced it all within a few hours. I didn t realize how bad my windshield was until it was fixed! The process was so easy and quick from the moment I turned in the claim to the repair. It was scheduled within a few days, they came and it was done within 45 minutes. The tech was extremely friendly and personable. Highly recommend!

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Quackt Glass!! I called the Charleston location and was quickly set up for an appt and processed thru insurance in less than 10 minutes. Kevin came out to my house the following week (could have come out sooner, but I scheduled for when I knew I wouldn t have any conflicts) and had my windshield replaced in less than an hour. He did such an amazing job that when I found out he worked Saturdays, I scheduled him to repair my husband s windshield the very next day. Had back glass on 2021 chevy traverse replaced company did a poor job cleaning out broken glass inside door and damaged locking mechanism had to get it replaced cost $480 dollars spoke with someone at company they said send them a copy of the bill so they can take care of it. Haven't heard back from them emailed and called several times still have not gotten a response just I'll check into it
