What an outstanding experience! I brought a vehicle in for service at this location and was met with exceptional service. Despite needing a new timing belt with my old 2012 Chevy Cruze, the team went above and beyond, ensuring everything was taken care of promptly and professionally. Not only did they expertly install the correct timing belt, but they also provided top-notch customer service throughout the entire process. Their attention to detail and commitment to excellence truly shine through. I couldn't be more impressed with their dedication to ensuring the satisfaction of their customers. Without hesitation, I highly recommend this repair facility to anyone seeking reliable and superior service. Kudos to the team for a job exceptionally well done!

In very few auto repair shops can a woman go and not feel taken advantage of, Praise God for Paul's Auto Care on Ashley Phosphate who fixed my car at a reasonable price and quickly too, to get me back on the road. Thank you for your honesty and integrity!

Very untrustworthy, Paul asked if I would be outside to watch my car get checked I told him no he smirked and then I was shown a fresh hole in my power steering hose that was never there. Then informed me that I d have to make a lot of small payments referring to power steering fluid while smirking again. I haven t seen him there since. I ve never had my power steering fluid leave out as quickly as after I left his shop. Before visiting him I ve had no need to buy power steering fluid, now I buy some weekly if not every 3 days

Dropped my Lexus off for an oil change and inspection. During inspection found that one of my struts was bad. Had the repair done same day much faster than expected. Entire staff were extremely professional and the guy up front was extremely welcoming. Will continue to go here for all my automotive needs.

Where to start with this awful experience? My nephew in the military took his vehicle in for service here. Needed a new timing belt. THEY INSTALLED THE WRONG ONE. Result? Blown engine occurred LESS THAN A MILE FROM THE SHOP. This was THE BEGINNING OF NOVEMBER 2023. They have not made this right, didn't offer a rental vehicle, and straight up TOOK ADVANTAGE OF AN ACTIVE MEMBER OF OUR MILITARY. FOR SHAME!!!!! Stay away from this garage. Not reliable, performs shoddy repairs, and doesn't make anything right. It is appalling how badly this respectful young man was taken advantage of here. Our family has multiple members of the military serving in the area and you can be sure we will spread the word via these channels to stay away from this repair facility!!!

Fast service, expert techs, great price. What else could you ask from a automotive repair shop. Hard to find a trustworthy shop nowadays for sure. This is one of them. Will be using them from now on.

Second time visiting Paul's Car Care Center. I went in thinking I needed an alternator and it was only the battery. Very honest, professional team. I brought my other vehicle in the same day for headlight restoration. The results were amazing!

Ok I'm going to try and be as fair as possible with this review. My engine overheated and I brought my SUV in to be fixed on Friday morning. I got it back the next day drove 45 minutes and then my engine overheated again and I had to get towed back into Paul's and wait until Monday for them to open. Apparently a hose wasn't secured correctly and popped off while I was driving on the freeway. I get my car back on Tuesday. On Wednesday I am driving to Columbia, and can you guess what happens next? My engine overheated... I have to get towed back into Paul's...again...wth? So it turns out the they installed a faulty thermostat causing the SUV to overheat. So all in all I had to get towed into Paul's 3 times before the issue was completely fixed which is obviously very disappointing. The reason I'm giving 3 stars and not 1 is they costumer service was great. They apologized and did not charge me at all after the initial repairs. But overall, for $1700, I expect to not have to get towed back to you after you hand me the keys and tell me it's fixed... Twice

Had issues with stability tracking, ABS and brake warning lights staying on. Went to local Chevy dealership service department said they could fix it, after several trips there and money spent the problem was never resolved. Said they didn t know what to do. Went to another Chevy dealership and they said it was a $600.00 sensor that was bad. They would have to order it. Waited several months, no news. Seriously considering selling car. A friend told me about Paul s auto service. Took all my paperwork to Tim on Ashley Phosphate. Only person who really read what was done on car and listened to what I said. He ran a program on on car s computer and said the problem was the front wheel bearings. They installed them and so far no warning lights flashing or bells to reset. Could have saved a lot of time and money if I would have known about Paul s auto repair. Highly recommend them. First place I go to now with auto problems.Services: Electrical repair, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

Needed a 1 hour diagnostic to see what problems I had with my car. Gave it to them at 10am on Wednesday, and after calling them twice, once Thursday, where I was told they were behind and once Friday, I finally get told on Friday that they finished my diagnosis. They never called me, I had to call them. Then I get told my 2000 honda accord is too old, it'll be hard to find parts. So I picked it up Saturday, 4 days for a 1 hour diagnosis. I can find parts at rock auto or car parts .com for any car, so they just didn't want to work on it. I took it to my normal mechanic, Jimmy's on rivers ave. and he has already replaced my Catalytic convertor, oil leaks, power steering, and rack and pinion with no issue finding parts. Stay away from Paul's if your car is older or newer for that matter.

With the temperatures rising and my a/c out, I was welcomed to bring my car in asap. The experience was the best I've had in some time. Tim at the front not only had a smile upon arrival but was efficient in finding the part I needed after the mechanic was thorough with finding the cause of my ac not working. The waiting room was clean and cool and the price was very fair. I will be back for sure! Thank you for a positive experience!

So this establishment came recommended to me by a family member in which I trust. There is a mechanic there named John that came highly recommended so I gave him and the shop that he represents a chance. John's ability to assess, diagnose and fix what I had going on was stellar and not to mention prompt. My entire experience was so satisfactory to where I am considering adjoining their services with my fleet of vehicles that I am responsible for. The prices are extremely Fair and which is very hard to find and if they do have to buy parts to fix your vehicle, the markup is not that bad. I have found that this establishment does not compromise work or the structure of their integrity just because they have cheaper or fair prices. This is one shop that must be on everybody's to do list. After my experience with this establishment and briefly discussing future business of having them service multiple vehicles I have in my care, the owner himself and a manager came to visit me at my shop, just to introduce themselves and deliver that handshake and look in the eye that every person knows, in which means they are establishing a connection of some sort, professionalism has best. They have multiple locations but "John" the mechanic of awesome talent and dependability is at the Ashley phosphate location.Service: Engine repair

Kind, knowledgeable and helpful staff. They were finished with an oil change and a tune up in just a few hours and that s ontop of waiting for parts to be delivered. The price is extremely reasonable and So far I m very happy with the quality of work. They also never tried to upsale me, which I appreciate. I plan on coming back.Services: Auto engine tuning, Oil changeServices: Auto engine tuning, Oil change

I found Paul's Car Care by searching for local auto repair shops online, and they had the best reviews I found. I don't trust dealerships whatsoever, and I have always had to have mechanics earn my trust. I first took my 2013 RAM 1500 to them because the AC went out. They diagnosed and fixed the problem very quickly and repaired it for considerably less than other quotes I was receiving over the phone from other shops. I just recently took our 2015 Honda Odyssey to them because it had a continual beeping sound and one of the rear automatic sliding doors quit working. I was told by numerous repair shops that electrical issues can be difficult and tricky to fix because of the time involved tracing the problem. Everyone apparently charges by the hour with no guarantee of a permanent fix. I decided to take it to Paul's because of the great job they did on my RAM. Tim told me that they would start with one hour of labor to try and diagnose and fix the problem and would call me if they weren't able to fix it in one hour so that I could decide if I wanted to extend it for another hour. Well they diagnosed and fixed both problems within the first hour! I will tell you that we were experiencing problems with both the beeping and the automatic door while the Odyssey was still under warranty. While it was under warranty, the beeping was random, and the automatic door seemed to quit working when the temperature got really high in the summer for some reason. We would have to open it manually during those times. We took it to the dealership multiple times only to be disappointed with the same response that they were unable to figure it out. I have no idea if they were trying to run out the clock on the warranty, which is what ultimately what happened, or if they really couldn't diagnose the problem. By the time I took it to Paul's, the beeping was constant all the time, and the door would neither work automatically nor manually. They had both diagnosed and fixed in under an hour! I literally thought I might have to potentially replace the motor for the door, which I understand can be quite costly, but instead Paul's was honest and efficient by only charging an hour of labor without any additional parts needed. Needless to say, Paul's on Ashley Phosphate has earned a customer for life! I typically never write reviews for anything, but I felt like their work, honesty, and professionalism was more than deserving of describing my two very positive experiences with them in detail. Additionally, nobody there once asked me to write a review. If you are looking for a phenomenal and trustworthy auto mechanic with very fair prices, look no further than Paul's on Ashley Phosphate!Services: Electrical, Air conditioning
