I went to O'Reilly's to find the same predicament the Sales Associate was the only one in the store so she could not test my engine.I understood but it's terrible that you can't get service as they are Advertising

This store has great customer service. I went to the advance auto first no one willing to help. So I went to oreily s. The woman there went out of her way to answer my questions and to help me. I am a forever fan now

This auto parts store is fairly new and has great customer service. The advance auto parts down the road from it is old and never have all the items in stock that they should. This has turned to my go to spot.

Very helpful. Didn't have a part I needed but jumped on ordering it right away and it was here the next day. Went to advance and that girl behind the counter obviously didn't want to be there or understand customer service AT ALL. All I got from her was "we ain't go one". No would you like for me to check another store or would you like for me to order one. O'Reilly's did

I keep trying to get supplies here. Online says they're open, most tores are open until 8 or 9 pm, I get off work at 5:30. It's takes an hour to get 12 miles. But they're closed at 6:00pm every night. I'm a big O'Reilly's shopper, I've never had issues with anything I've gotten from O'Reilly's, so I would like to be able to continue going to O'Reilly's, but I'm forced to take my money elsewhere. It's rather frustrating.

Quite an extraordinary experience that I highly doubt I would have found at the competition. I came because I knew my spark plugs were shot and I was having acceleration issues BUT I only pulled in because It was closer than the Advanced Auto that I had on my GPS. The attendant serviced my car and also provided a clear evaluation about what I needed to do moving forward within 10 minutes. The official story after this point is that I was recommended to a local mechanic who found out I had a cylinder flooded with oil, 4 shot and crispy plugs, 2 almost burnt on gaskets for both heads and that HE serviced my vehicle for $1000+. The unofficial story is that me, the attendant, her coworker, and a friend fixed my car for 8+ hours in the back parking lot of the store and we left at 1030PM. It was a great bonding experience and now I feel more confident about screwing with my car - plus, unofficially, I was only charged $300 for the previously mentioned stuff plus an oil change and some small things I forgot about [this was 4 weeks ago]. I cannot guarantee you will have the attendants offer their services for you like this [ she was a 5+ yr military mechanic] but I can guarantee the ppl at this location are very chill and willing to step up more than most places where CS is expected. I highly recommend this place for its service, the mgmt [I met them and they great too], and their attitude! Thank you very very very much!

Went to get an electrical test done; Was told to rev the engine to get the test completed. After purchasing the battery, $162 we figured out that my issue wasn t the battery. The rep asked the senior reps after the purchase and after he installed( no refunds). I had to buy a other $100 piece of equipment because the proper steps wasn t done

If I could leave a negative review I would. I went to O Reilly for a new battery, purchased it and the technician installed it backwards! My car system was compromised and I had to have my car towed to the dealership to have them repair it. I have contacted the store manager who informed me to fax my bill with no reply or result. Even called customer service who hung up on me. Not only am I out $400 for repairs, the dealership informed me I purchased a battery I didn t need. I actually needed a battery for the key fob. Highly disappointed

Joey was excellent. Helped find the parts and made sure they were correct after several attempts on different part sizes. He made sure we had the correct life support for the hatch and just assisted greatly. Again thank you Joey for you going above and beyond.

Annoying that you get off from work and try to get parts on the way home just to find out from competitors that they deal with annoyed customers because O Reillys wants to close the store around 6pm and doesn t say anything on the website or even the door of the store.

They ordered the wrong brake pads for my vehicle which costs me more time off from work. Hopefully they understand that some cars have Mexican manufacturing and require different parts. Parks auto actually checked this information for me and ordered the correct part

I like O'Reillys, I just wish all their staff were trained or at least car enthusiasts. I always get the wingnut behind the counter that first gives you a blank stare, the has to ask a co-worker for help. Prices are always good and the stores are generally clean and well stocked. They just need training...

I bought an alternator today for my toyota fj, took it next door to have it installed at meineke, meineke open the box and said it was broken looked like the box was dropped. Advanced auto refuses to refund my purchase and only allow an in store credit and said If I dont like it I need to talk to the store manager on monday. horrible customer service. I do have an attorney and I will light these people up if they don't give me my money back for a faulty part.

When I went into the auto parts store well waiting to get served there was a lady in front of me. Josh the worker could not find the part for the lady and got pissed off and josh said you can go to parks auto parts threaten the lady to leave. I and two other people left the store!!!

Very helpful and nice. They're inventory also matched the parts they had in stock. Unlike the potatoes at Advanced.If this store was a woman, I'd take it to a nice dinner.
