Ever since my uncle passed away I have not had someone help me switch out a tire or change my brake lights ! Ryan is AWESOME ! He came to help me with no questions asked. He reminded me our my uncle due to him treating me like family ! I would recommend this location !

My mom s headlight went out and we stopped into this O Reillys we called ahead because we are both nincompoops when it comes to changing out headlights and Sammie said if we could find a window in the rain they could help us out. We went by when it stopped raining an Sammie was a superstar helping us change out the light. Also gave us some brief instruction on how we can do it ourselves in the future! Highly recommend! She is a go getter! We walked in and the 3 other dudes sitting there just kinda stared ar us cluelessly but then Sammie came back to the front from the back and jumped right into helping us. My Christmas wish is that Sammie gets a raise / bonus/promotion for Christmas !!!

This place is open until 10pm what more is there to say and the guys behind the counter didn't act like we were inconveniencing them by pulling up at 920pm looking for parts.

It's 8:57pm on Sunday. You guys are supposed to stay open until 9:00. I was calling over 10 minutes before we even arrived and no one answered. If you're going to have store hours then you really should keep those store hours. There's really not any excuse for that.

They were very helpful and straight to business. I walked in and asked for what I needed and the employee went to the back and returned promptly with the correct part. Once I was done checking out they even let me use the restroom in the back.

Poor customer service today. I bought a new battery. Sign says free installation. Kid says he doesn t know how to install the battery (after first making an excuse about too many customers even though there was only one and he was being helped by someone else.) I told him to refund my money then and I d go somewhere that they honored their commitments. He said he wasn t going to do that. I told him to get the manager. He said he wasn t there. Instead of causing a scene, I told him to get me the tools and I would change The battery. He went in and got me to tools and I changed the battery right there in the parking lot. If he had been smart (he wasn t) he would have come watch me change it so he could learn something working at an auto parts store. Do better O Reillys. I m going to go go go somewhere else next time.

Store hub for the local area. Much larger catalog of parts for more niche vehicles that other parts stores may not carry. Staff is very pleasant every time.

I would like to thank one of your employees for going way beyond the standard of helping customers. The serpentine belt shown on the computer would not fit my vehicle this tall black gentleman, sorry I did not get his name worked with me bringing out belts till we finally got one that fit. He could have easily given up and and said that's all the computer shows for that vehicle, but he went way beyond that! This guy sets the standards for all your employees to try to reach. I have been a auto zone customer for years but now I will buy all the parts for our cars at your storeYou guys should be extremely proud of this employee.

I don't usually go to O'Reillys for my auto needs, but they were the only ones in Charleston S.C that had what I needed in stock. They not only had my part but made sure I had everything else needed for the repair and also signed me up for their rewards program.They are professional and friendly.They will for sure get my business again

This location is up to speed on customer service. The associates are well versed and offer solutions that are relevant to your situation. I've visited with female friends and watched to see if they would try to take advantage. I can tell you they were true gentlemen.

Great experiences with these guys on Rivers Ave. I've been in several times and have always been treated kindly, unlike in most automotive parts stores. Leo is fantastic; He's a great example of someone who should be in management, and he may be to some extent.

The headlights in our truck went out so we drove to the nearest location and it was the one on Rivers Avenue, in North Charleston. The worker that helped us was named Joe and he was so amazing! He was straight to the point and literally did the installation for us. You guys are truly lucky to have him as an employee. Thank you again Joe!!!

The manager in training for the Ladson store, Kim was awesome man. Matthew works hard as well to help. Dakota offered to help just because. Leo real friendly. 100% recommend this store. If on Ladson, look for Kim

Todd's the man!!! very helpful and knowledgeable every time I go to orielys also Ryan is great at helping me with any questions I may have the whole team is awesome but these two men are the only parts men I will deal with. Hate with a passion going to any other auto part store feels like I am talking to a telephone pole ( year,make,and model please I asked if you had a restroom) gosh I hate it

The Manager is the absolutely The best. He actually come out there and help me with my brakes when I was stuck and he got me back on the road and running right there in the parking lot. Absolute great dude, great manager.

I have a 2015 Ford Fiesta that isn't really on its last legs but has a notorious battery issue (discharging where it shouldn't.) The issue has been "fixed" several times at dealerships, so we figured we'd try to replace the battery. Unfortunately, the dealership must have used nuclear-powered torque engine to screw in the nut and bolt housing holding the battery in the car. We tried everything we could think of from wire brushing the nut to hammering in a wrench. After days of trying, we finally got it to jump and brought it right to O'Reilly's. Mike helped us right away. He was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. In fact, he even hooked us up with some nuts to help replace our old stripped ones. 6 out 5 stars. Would recommend.

I'm from out of town and was stranded about 3 miles away with a bad starter. Joe got approval to deliver my part. When it did not match and they found that they no longer carried my starter, they drove me to a supplier who did have it and back to my truck! These guys are awesome! Thanks Joe and to the manager on duty for helping me back on the road. You have sealed my loyalty to O'reilly Auto!

Nasty environment, only one worker actually followed covid precautions by wearing his mask. Then they allow customers in without mask when the sign clearly says otherwise. * must have on maskThey clearly dont have any regard for rules irvothers health. The customer service is awful they dont even greet you as you enter, very rude and cold. I waited in line while they entertained the "Male " customers with small talk..no sense of urgency. They will never get my business again!!!!

The guys were great replacing my battery. Friendly, fast, and they even recognized that my dead battery was theirs and checked that it was under warranty. Awesome customer service. Will definitely be back.

Customer service the guys were very helpful they replaced my love that I needed to replace very friendly I have anything negative to say about them and I think that's about my packages and it was great they may fail me in the future but now it's okay
