Went in to buy tires for a motorhome. signed my bill for x amount and got home, checked the bank account, I was charged an additional 95 dollars. I called the office to inquire about the charge, clerk said "did you not see the sign stating there is a 3.5% credit card fee." Lesson learned, going back to using checks for some items.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. We have been doing business with them for years and they couldn't care less about the smaller businesses. Their credit and billing system is an absolute joke. They don't even have a system for issuing credits on tires that have been returned. Sometimes they will decide to NOT send me my tires because of an accounting error, however they will not call to let us know they aren't sending them, nor will they let us know what the issue is. I can't get in touch with the accounting department-anytime you call, they have to send an email to the accounting department and then the accounting department is suppose to call me back. Which never happens. So I called my local sales rep and he cant get in touch with the accounting department either (apparently) and he isn't even getting back to me about these problems. I would never buy another tire from this place again if I had a choice. Unfortunately they have the best availability of different brands of tires around and sometimes I have to use them. They obviously know that because they don't care about customer service at all. If you have a choice to buy tires somewhere else, pick somewhere else.

Always friendly and easy to deal with. Tires always come when quoted.
