I recently had some work done on my car and the experience was great. The gentleman that helped me was wonderful. However, I did receive A text asking if I had any issues and although they were not with the person that assisted me I did have one and did respond to the email to never receive a reply to it. Other than that my service advisor was wonderful.

Very much appreciated Jordan from your Service Team. My Engine Light went on, and there had been a previous issue that was resolved. This turned out to be another issue that developed, brought my car in, it is 13 years old and wanted to make sure the car was thoroughly checked out for any potential issues. Your Service Department spent extra time ensuring everything was in good working order. Thank You!

I got my car serviced by Tim Brock on my last visit and was admittedly nervous because I only work with Jordan at this location (I m sensitive about my car baby). However to my delight, Tim was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and efficient! The customer service was better than I could ve asked for and now I have two trusted advisors that I can go to at the N. Charleston location. The waiting room is always clean, stocked with water and beverages, and although I m overly cautious everyone in the office is super kind.

I brought my 2019 Nissan Altima SV here to get serviced because I had a check engine light on. I already scanned the car and knew the code that was coming up. I met Patrick and he was so helpful. I let him know the code that I got which was P059f and asked him the price it would be if the warranty didn t cover it. He let me know that I could pay for everything through a loan service they offered and that definitely took the weight off of me. Patrick called me throughout the process to let me know how things were going and that they found my brakes needed to get replaced. All in all Patrick was great and I would definitely love to have him again.

I had a nail in my tire after only having my new truck for a month. I brought it in for service to see if they could plug it, unfortunately where the nail was located they could not repair the tire, a new one had to be ordered. Patrick my service advisor took care of everything in a timely manner. I am more than happy to know I can have my vehicle serviced at a place I can trust. Thanks Patrick!

I purchased a vehicle from Hudson Nissan of North Charleston on December 8, 2023, and unfortunately, my experience since then has been less than satisfactory. While the initial purchase process was smooth, I've encountered persistent issues with one of the wheels that have yet to be resolved despite multiple attempts by the service department. As of today (March 11, 2024) the vehicle has been in the dealership's possession for about half the time, which is over 3 months. We've dropped the vehicle with the dealership either 3 or 4 times at this point, as I am beginning to lose track.The ongoing problem with the wheel has been incredibly frustrating. Despite bringing it in for repairs multiple times, the issue persists, and the staff at Hudson Nissan seems unable to provide a lasting solution. Not only has this inconvenience disrupted my daily routine, but it also reflects poorly on the dealership's commitment to customer satisfaction and the quality of their service.In addition to the ongoing wheel issue, I have encountered significant difficulty in communicating with the dealership. It is incredibly frustrating to have to leave 3-5 voicemails over a 12 day period and have to continuously call for an update since I am not receiving any communication. This lack of timely communication has only added to the frustration and inconvenience caused by the unresolved wheel problem.I had hoped that after-sales support would be as efficient as the sales process, but unfortunately, that has not been the case. The lack of resolution to this issue has left me feeling disappointed and dissatisfied with my overall experience with Hudson Nissan.I urge the management of Hudson Nissan to improve their communication process and prioritize resolving this issue promptly and effectively to uphold their reputation and ensure customer trust and satisfaction in the future. As it stands, I cannot recommend Hudson Nissan of North Charleston to others based on my experience.

I had to get all four tires replaced the other week and Tim Brock was a great help during my entire visit. As someone who hasn't had to experience this since getting my Nissan in 2019, I felt like Tim really made sure I was getting the best deal and made the paperwork easy to get through. I will continue to come back to this location for any maintenance!

I bought a used 2018 Ford explorer from Nissan.Car had several issues that were addressed and all repairs were made and paid by Nissan.Customer service was very helpful and were always able to direct me to the right person. Thanks especially to Patrick Martens and Chris in service dept. and Ron Hudson in sales.

My visit to Walmart was satisfactory in all aspects. From the wide selection of products to the customer service, the experience was excellent. I found everything I needed easily and the staff was friendly and helpful. Plus, the competitive prices made my purchase even more enjoyable. I will definitely visit Walmart again in the future.

Hudson Nissan of North Charleston is the best! Prompt, thoughtful , knowledgeable and professional. My oil change was done quickly and I love the video that the mechanic makes ! They show you the total inspection of your vehicle and explain what does or doesn t need to be done in order to maintain in best condition . Kudos To Jake Brock .. my service manager was top ! I feel Like I am in good hands and that the work proposed is really needed and NOT just a money grab. Many people stay away from servicing their vehicles and a dealer because of the price , but here at Hudson they know how to work with the customers time and budget. I ll continue to have my Titan serviced with them !Thanks for always a great experience and customer service.Triffie Hout

Cynthia was very professional and personal and listened to my needs. She even gave me a free lift ride home, texted me status, then called me and explained the work they did. She nor their shop tried to force me to buy something I didn't request either! Their bathrooms are super clean too! Communication lapse, and slow follow up. We purchased the vehicle at this location, and once the sale was done it seems we were forgotten. The problem with the vehicle presented from the outset back in December. We trusted it would be taken care of, and it was but it was like pulling teeth to get any information and clarity which was frustrating.

My recent experience with the Hudson Nissan service area was more than acceptable. I didn't have much interaction with the actual service technicians; however, my main point of contact was Kaylee Bunton, Service Administrator, who was truly outstanding. She was not only professional but also extremely personable. I would even go as far as to say she was kind, empathetic, and reassuring during a most stressful time. From the first moment she assisted me until everything was finalized, she dedicated 100% of her expertise and compassion to my situation. Kaylee replied almost immediately to any text messages I sent her way and went above and beyond in addressing several unusual issues I had. Additionally, she made the entire process stress-free and effortless when it came to arranging transportation assistance while my vehicle was in the shop. It was truly a pleasure doing business with Kaylee, and she is undoubtedly a valuable asset for Hudson Nissan.

Every time I go here for service, regardless of what vehicle I am having serviced - we have owned everything from 350Z to Pathfinders - the experience has always been positive. There is a service representative named Tim Brock who always goes above and beyond to make sure we are satisfied.If there is such a thing as Head Service Advisor, this guy needs to be promoted. Could not ask for a more positive, professional experience.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Jocelyn did a good job with my oil change, (since this review is about my oil change service).I talked with salesman about possible trading in my car and it was annoying how pushy they were even though I repeatedly stated I had to think about it for a couple days. Honestly this second time I ve dealt with demanding salesman at Nissan and this experience doesn't encourage me to stay with Nissan.

After finally getting a call back from the dealership from Tim in the Service Department I can confidently say that they definitely righted their wrongs! Tim is the best and I am so happy I was able to be assisted by him! Also the Sales Manager was very kind and assisted me greatly!

My experience was fantastic as usual. This is the only dealership that has left me at ease when it comes to my car being serviced. However, that experience is derived from having superior people and superb training, and a love for customer service. I have said many times this is the one and only dealership that is worth driving extra miles to get my car serviced. MS CINDY GIVES A FAMILY WELCOME TO HER CUSTOMERS, ALWAYS. SHE MAKES YOU FEEL AS IF YOU WERE HOME.

I wanted to thank Jake Brock and Mark Tompkins for excellent 5 star service! Purchased a set of tires about a year ago. One of them blew out when I hit a pot hole! I had the roadside protection plan with my purchase and They got me a new matching tire and back on the road in no time! Thanks again!

I love taking my car to Hudson Nissan. I get a no nonsense explanation on what is going on with my car. I have been going to this place since I bought my first car in 2010 and still get the best service a customer could ever have. The technicians know exactly what I need when ever I bring my car in. I will not take my car anywhere else. Thank you Kaylee and Hunter, as well as the management, my favorite people at Hudson Nissan.
