From catching the promo, to ease of booking an appointment, getting there and immediately getting educated on tinting and the options along with ceramic, the experience with Jose was amazing! I had no clue what the parameters and extent of tinting. Because of the knowledge and respect he provided I ended up getting more than I intended just because of how informational he was! I got the back windows tinted as well as the front windshield ceramic tint.I highly recommend him for all your tint & detail needs! Cost is worth every penny and he warranties! Do not try out the cheaper options or you ll be just coming to Jose to fix your mistakes!I ve gotten so many compliments on my new ride and hopefully referral business to this good man I just met! Best of luck bro!

Alright, so I'm one of the pickier type of customers. I've been failed by other shops in the past. But, my appointment today went perfect. I felt as if everyone involved, wanted me to have a good experience. All questions I had were answered. I was allowed to look at the different percentages of tints on vehicles there, to help me decide what % I wanted to go with. Nonetheless, this was a great experience for me. I went with the ceramic all the away around. Very pleased. Thank you for taking time to explain things, and for doing awesome work, without my vehicle incurring any damage. Everyone was pleasant! Great Work!

Just had my vehicle done by Jose with the System X ceramic coat and I am blown away! My car GLOWS! Jose is professional, courteous and extremely knowledgeable about the products he uses. His attention to detail and the pride he takes in his work is a rare quality these days and he is on the top rung of the ladder everyone is climbing. There are very few places I trust with my vehicle, but Next Level took all the steps to make sure I was a very satisfied customer. Professional, communicative, affordable and outstanding work! I asked so many questions for over a week and they were super patient and answered all of my questions. I took my car to Jose and when I brought it to him it was purchased by myself from an individual and it was quite horrendous interior wise ! he brought that car back to life inside , it look like a brand new car !!! I felt so good to drive it around and before I was idreading driving it because it did not look like a Mercedes I wanted to drive but he did a beautiful job and I so highly recommend him and will have several friends having his services done for them also, I also I m gonna have the exterior worked on with some waxing and paint correction I trust him impeccably!Your expectations will be exceeded!Services: Sun control window tinting, Steam cleaning, Full body wash, Seat shampooing, Privacy window films, Heat control window films, Auto detailing, Wheel washing, Auto interior vacuuming

Jose and Britney were great to work with! They did an awesome job on my K5. I was debating and worried about the level of the tint due to my eyesight at night. Britney recommended a darker tint seen in the picture and I'm glad I listened to her. They worked on the car pretty quick and looks amazing. Brittany was exceptionally polite, insightful, and fast with her communications. Scheduled my dad's truck ( christmas present! ) with extreme ease. Pricing was significantly lower than competitors, but easily exceeded all other local shops in care, product, service, and installation. Best tinting experience I've ever had.

Great service and products! You might find cheaper but Next Level does not cheap out on the quality tint they use. Jose also went above to let me know the crack in my windshield was too bad for the protective film to be put on. He stands by his warranty and will do what it takes to make sure everything is perfect. Even if that mean not doing it, in this case until I replace the windshield. You will not be disappointed.

I took my 2003 mercedes in since I was tired of getting cooked by the sun and the results are amazing! We did see streaks and tiny bubbles after the install but was assured that this was completely normal. Sure enough after a few days these issues went away.
