David is an amazing owner! He genuinely cares about the community and his staff is always pleasant, professional, and honest. I really appreciate the integrity they have when working on my car. The mechanic is fantastic too! They know their stuff, get the job done right, and are always willing to communicate any issues. They willing to tell you if they can t fix your car upfront or trying at least one part before they continue to make sure they aren t ripping you off or over charging you for a job. Now that I will always give them my business.

Holiday nightmare turned around!!!The absolute best! My truck was having issues with spark plugs and one of my cylinders. The advisor was EXTREMELY knowledgeable and helpful. My vehicle was repaired and was able to see my family for the holidays. Thanks again for all you do!

Dave and the rest of the team did an AMAZING job on my truck! They kept us informed every step of the way and all of the work was done in a timely fashion AND at an affordable cost! We will definitely be back in the future!

Dave and his team did great work and went above and beyond to get my vehicle back to me in time for a big trip to Atlanta. They could have left the shop at 5pm or 6pm and finished it the next day, like most people would, understandably. However, they stayed until 10 p.m. to finish it up and waited for me to come pick it up at 10:30 on a Friday night. 5 star work, 10 star service. They were also very up front about the quote and the work that was needed. Thanks guys! See ya soon for my wife's Van!

David, Thanks for the great customer service. Your team took time to find my cars problems. The technician even wanted me to see visually what was wrong and the needed repair. I also appreciated you printing an invoice with the complete price prior to starting the job. The service you provide is extremely rare now days. Reasonable price, was finished in a timely manner. I had a great experience here. Mechanic even made me aware of other things i needed to start looking into in order to keep my Chevy Spark running properly. Would highly recommend. Thank you

The guys here are great! They were so communicative and transparent through every step it took to fix my car. They let me know exactly what they were doing to find the problem and how they were fixing it. Not to mention they have extremely fair pricing. I cannot recommend them enough and will definitely come back!

Kept having issues with my exhaust for far too long. Took it to 2 different places and no one wanted to touch it. Every other place just wanted to get me a whole new exhaust system for my vehicle when all it needed was some minor exhaust weld. With amazing customer service from David P. and fast and excellent job completed by service tech John C. I was out of there in less than 30 minutes or so. Would definitely take my other cars to them for repairs if needed and will recommend to all of my friends and family. Thank you.

While visiting from out of town my car started having a seizure:/ Called the shop and the manager David BATMAN Rustin told me to drop it off and he would check it out. All last minute on a Saturday. Within a couple hours, he called me, explained the problem and said he would have it taken care of in time for my trip back home on Monday. I highly recommend this shop!!! The service, honesty, and integrity are something I have not experienced in a very long time if ever. Most places like this talk to women like we haven t a clue about the car we are driving and how it works. Not here ladies. Great service and prices. Highest star rating possible.

Batman and the boys took great care of my baby. Took most of the day due to the amount of business, but stayed open after hours to make sure they did a great job. I even brought in some of my own small parts to help and they covered everything. Super cool and friendly guys. Don't waste your time anywhere else on Dorchester/Phosphate. Class service. Well done boys!

Took my car in for a rattle that had started a month ago after hitting a nasty pothole. Another shop took care of it and it drove great for a month. Fast forward to a month, during which time we moved from IL to SC. I did a little searching around on google and to find a mechanic that was nearby and with good reviews. I came across this shop. I can confirm, they have earned every single one of their five star reviews. It took them a while to pin down where the rattle was coming from because the car would only rattle when on the wheels and not up in the air. The team over there went over every nut and bolt. The shop was very good at keeping in communication with me and letting me know their progress. They ultimately found the rattle and were able to fix the broken parts on the Jeep. In their search for the ultimate culprit they tightened down every nut and bolt that hold that car together. The car drives like it did the day I drove it off the lot! If anyone has a Jeep Renegade, I can confirm they are experts now! Thank you so much for your dedication in finding the issue and fixing it! I love my jeep and I want to keep it as long as possible. I think they just helped me keep it a little longer.

I had a great experience here. I called for an oil change and because my car kept breaking down on me. I brought it in later that day and within 24 hours they had my car fixed and ready to go. David was super helpful with explaining what happened and helping me get set up for financing the payments. Will be taking all my car troubles here from now on.

Batman did an awesome job diagnosing the problem with my wife's car and fixing it. He went above and beyond by providing me with pictures of what the problem was and printed out a parts list for parts I would need for future reference. Will definitely be bringing our vehicles here for repairs and maintenance from now on.

Good reviews were a part of why I chose Meineke to service my vehicle. My experience was superior. I did not have to wait long for my vehicle. I had a great experience getting my car repaired at this shop! Dave & his team very responsive and helpful throughout the process. I originally brought my car to the dealership for repair and they did a 'quick fix' but unfortunately the problem returned a few months later. I brought it to Meineke and was so impressed with how quickly they diagnosed the issue. Dave went out of his way to help locate/order the correct car parts and kept me updated along each step of the way. He took the time to explain the issues to me in laymen's terms and answered all the questions I had - I really appreciate his approach and excellent customer service. If I ever have another car issue, this Meinike location will without a doubt be my first stop. Highly recommend this place!

I was rear ended and left stranded with my muffler hanging off my car. I called in and spoke with Dave and not only was he able to advise me on what they could do for me at the shop but he went above and beyond to refer me to a lawyer in the area that could help me with the accident issues as well as give me some advice about the whole process I would have to go through. Hands down the most advice I have ever received from a mechanic shop. Thank you so so so much Dave!!

I had dropped off my car for some engine problems they had promptly diagnosed the issue as well as showing and explaining everything to me. They got the problem fixed fast and showed me the bad parts that came from my engine. Dave and the team were great to work with and very helpful!

Made an appointment for an oil change at 4:30 and found out they only did it from 5-7 and it was first come first serve. Luckily no one was on the list and they got right to it when their tech came in. Everyone was super kind and there was a bearded dragon that kept us company! Went down the street for some tacos and the whole thing took about an hour. Wonderful service and will definitely be coming here for all car-related needs!

For someone who despises most mechanics and hates dealing with anything car related, I have to say I am IMPRESSED! Not only were they kind and understanding about speaking with my dad first, but they took the time to educate me every step of the way and all the little tips and tricks about car care in general. As someone who doesn t know much about cars, I appreciated that more than they know!! On top of it, I got DOOR TO DOOR service! They didn t just send me an Uber when I had to drop off my car for repair, no- they CAME TO MY WORK and picked up my car, then brought it back to me before my work day ended! Talk about 5 star service!! I really really recommend this place if you re looking for honest and good quality work! Superb!
