This company has let me down time after time. Don t waste your time attempting to get service from them because you will walk away in bitter disappointment. Their emergency services will waste 30 minutes of your night until they can t get in touch with their technician and cancel. They have botched two tire replacements and let me hanging more than that amount. If anyone can point me in the direction of an actual tire service shop in this area I would be much obliged.

The best tire shop and road call service you can ever get in Charleston Sc. Went inside the store and it was clean. Very friendly staff. Went inside shop, clean and organized. The guy that did my road call to put the front drive tires on my semi was at the truck in a timely manner and did very clean fast work. Tina is very helpful when it comes to the breaking the bill down and know the tire business.

Could not asked for better service. Had a minor issue with the RV tires and the General Manager of the store came and and helped be get back on the road. I have dealt with several McCarthy Service Centers and this seems to be the philosophy they have about helping the customer. You have earned my business for the future.

EXCELLENT SERVICE, THEY GOT ME UP AND RUNNING IN LESS THAN AN HOUR AND THE GUY WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL.

Forget this place, not helpful at all. Do not recommend!(plus it's pretty sad when half of your reviews are from employees...smh)
