DO NOT LET THIS SHOP WORK ON YOUR VEHICLE. Exactly what everyone warns people about in a body shop. Never take your car here or allow insurance to choose your car going to this shop. Was quoted the repair by my insurance and was selected to go here. The shop is the least secure place to leave a vehicle, red flag number 1. I was told by Mr. Rivers the repair with parts deliveries would take 2 weeks tops. After no communication past 2 weeks, I went to this "shop" for an update and was told it would take longer. After 32 days, Mr. Rivers said the repair to the front end was completed and I could come pick up my truck. I arrived with my truck parked on a side street with Mr. Rivers waiting for me with my keys and an invoice. I took a walk around the truck to see that my brand new replaced bumper was 3 inches lower on one side, the brand new front grill was loosely "installed" and is easily moved and rattles, the front fender was hanging down and was touching the tire, and a repainted trim piece was already flaking paint off. I told Mr. Rivers this wasn't acceptable and wouldn't be paying for the vehicle as is and also wouldn't be leaving it for him to further fumble around with. He asked me to sign over the check sent by my insurance to cover the parts and that he would order additional parts to fix all of the obviously incorrectly installed/repaired parts and lack of repair done to the wheel well, or else he wouldn't give me my keys. I asked why he said the truck was completely repaired when he knew there were additionally needed parts to actually fix the damage and if he thought i just wouldn't notice. He assured me that he would order the parts needed to fix the truck correctly and give me a call when I could bring the truck back to have him fix his own cheap terrible work and deceitful parts scam. I signed the insurance check over to him to receive my keys and hopped in and left. Immediately upon leaving, i had multiple dash warnings for my front camera not working, cruise control unavailable, pre-collision assist unavailable, and my tire rubbing on the wheel well that he didn't fix. He totally installed the bumper, grille and front cameras wrong therefore none of that stuff works now even when it all was working when the damage occurred! He promptly blocked my number and has refused to make any of this right in any way. So I had a $5,000 "repair" done that left me with a few new incorrectly installed parts, a bunch of missing parts, multiple system failures of the truck, and out 32 days. Insurance was 0 help in getting this situation fixed.Literally never allow Mr. Rivers or anyone at this shop the chance to work on your vehicle unless you want no communication, parts theft, incorrectly installed parts, horrible paint work, deceitful practices to try and hide that horrible work, and more damage than when you arrived. It's amazing this guy hasn't been blacklisted by Insurance companies as he so clearly does everything he can to rip off clients and companies to increase his profit. Never do business with this joke of a shop as they're exactly the kinds of people that make people distrust actual mechanics and legit body shops. This guy deserves 0 stars and needs a Better Business Bureau investigation ASAP. DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF LETTING THIS SHOP TOUCH YOUR VEHICLE.Service: Auto body & trim repair

I give him zero stars , worst body shop ever. I had an auto accident which involved my whole back bumper and trunk being mess up, he fix the work on my car but the trunk latch wouldn't close properly, the frame work was horrible because I kept getting water into the trunk of my car when it rain, also took it back to him about 5 or 6 times and he still couldn't fix the problem. So I had to trade in my vehicle and not to mention I had a brand new vehicle. Never go off of anybody else recommendations.

My experience with Rivers Paint and Body Shop, everyone was very professional,greeted with a welcoming a smile and affordable. I'm well pleased with there work.

He completely ruined the tailgate on my truck and made my bumper worse than it was. He spray painted the sides of my tail lights, my exhaust tips and my fender flares. I would never go back here even if someone payed me.

They were not able to help with my repairs. A little too ragtag for my taste so I ended up going with another repair facility this time around. This is the kind of business I want to support but unfortunately it didn't work out this time
