Got some new Amp power running boards installed today. Was really impressed by how quick, easy, seamless, and professional the entire process was. Fastest email response ever. Phone calls to schedule and confirm service appointment. Friendly staff. Fair pricing. Service was done faster than they estimated. The install itself is extremely clean and I appreciate the attention to detail like aligning the boards and centering the LED lights. They also took time to hide and route the wiring more than even I would have. These guys do what they say they are going to do, and the price I was initially quoted is the final price I paid, both of which are unfortunately increasingly rare nowadays. It makes sense why they have so many 5-star reviews. Will definitely be returning to Joe's for my future truck needs. And I'm loving my new steps!

Can t speak enough about how amazing their customer service is. Their team is knowledgeable and helped me with all my question s. Got a leveling kit put on my 4Runner and would recommend everyone go there for any and all truck etc needs

I had a great experience here. They were flexible and reasonably priced, plus they were helpful and friendly the entire time. Here s an example of how they go the extra mile: I needed to remove a tool box before I could install the one I bought myself. I asked what type of screws I should use to mount the new one. They told me and then said they would make sure I had some to make it easier. I got home and saw they had taped them to the box, saving me time and money tracking them down on my own. Thanks Joe and team!

Huge selection of open and inclosed trailers. These folks can get anyone in the trailer that you want. Bad credit is no problem. WHAT YOU WAITING ON ? GO GET THAT TRAILER.

Ordered a Ranch truck cap. These guys gave me a great price and called when the top came in. Set up the appointment and got the cap installed. Great people to work with!! would do business with them again.

Outstanding customer service and product. We purchased an ARE shell for our 2019 Silverado and couldn't be happier with the outcome. They found a small leak after installation during their leak check and immediately ordered a replacement side door. No leaks after several downpours since. Very courteous and professional. Without hesitation I recommend these guys! We are much happier with this shell than our previous L**R shell. Doors fit better and Joe's does a great job sealing between the shell and the truck. I'm a happy camper :)John R.

They have gained a life long customer from me and my businesses after my initial experience with them. I had them install a backup camera on one of our work trucks. A short while later, I had a minor issue with it that was most likely due to driver error on our part. They took the truck back in on short notice with no questions asked and fixed it all back up, free of charge. Small gesture of goodwill by them, but it meant a lot to us and are exactly the type of companies we like to give our continued business to. Highly recommend them and will be using them for all our future truck needs.

This is a GREAT company!!! They are on time and do a great Job!!! I just got a new truck and stopped by and ordered accessories for it. Each time was a very good experience. I have been to both locations and both had the same experience. Joe went ABOVE and BEYOND customer service...I hope everyone gives them a try!! You won't be disappointed!!!

Customer service/Purchase:I called a week in advance to see if they had any 7x16 trailers in stock. The day I came they only had one 7x16 left. It was a Cargo Craft trailer and fairly priced. The guys were awesome to deal with and showed me everything on the trailer that I needed to know. I was in and out in about an hour and half mainly because I was trying to decide on this trailer and the 3 others I looked at before I arrived there. I made up my mind and got a slight deal on what I wanted so I am very pleased with everyone there and my purchase. I highly recommend these guy they are incredible.

I'd like to give a shout out to the team at Joe's Truck Accessories. The only word I can come up with is: Outstanding!I had my GMC truck at the Collision Center Jones Ford. JTA's was great at installing the Tunnel Cover. The cost was great. They saved me big time.I will make sure all my friends and family knows, that Joe's the place to go. Got a new headlights housing replaced from them looks really nice . Left the shop that day and was raining and got moisture in both housing and I call them and got it replaced ( wasn t sure it was new one or not but it fixed the problem) and i was told that it should cam with led bulbs and it wasn t and they charge me $199 for the low beam and I went on vacation and realized that the high beam is wasn t led and call them about it. Then they want to charge me $143 extra to replace it. Wasn t very happy about it. Over Allen was very nice ( he was my salesman) I was planning to get my 2016 tundra lifted and put fender flares on but I ll take my business somewhere else

Needed some mud guards and side steps put on my 2021 Genesis. Tried north Hyundai for labor she would not give me a price said she would call me back never did. Called Joes truck Scott took me in right away did a very great job and a good price. Need anything go to Joes truck in North Charleston and see Scott he will get what you need and take very good care of you

Joe s Truck Accessories in North Charleston. Installed a FlipBack bed cover for me this afternoon. No other retailer in the area had what I needed in stock.The staff was courteous and professional. I was welcomed with a smile and my service was completed in a timely manner. All my questions were answered and I was thoroughly instructed on proper operation and maintenance.I will definitely do business again!

Purchased a used camper top from them for my 19 F-150. Staff was very professional and they did an excellent job on the installation. I m from Savannah, but will definitely be back for any major work needed for my truck.

I just recently purchased an UnderCover Flex bed cover for my 2014 GMC truck from Joe's and it was a wonderful experience. He gave me the best price in town and had it in his store the very next day. They made an installation appointment in advance of the expected delivery and had me in and out in less than 30 minutes. Give Joe's a chance before you make your next accessory purchase!

Joe & Cody, at Joe's Truck Accessories truly care about the work they do on each job. There attention to detail on every part installed on my 2013 Dodge Ram 1500 was done like they were working on there own Trucks. From the WeatherTech mats, vent visors, hood visors, mud flaps & license plate proctor to the Westin bull bar with the Rigid Industry spot lights, to the Retrax Pro Tonneau Cover. I walked away feeling very confident in the work they performed. I didn't feel like all the parts they ordered were just thrown on my truck.
