Impact did a phenomenal job on my 1996 Acura Integra. They found a little rust under the old windshield and went above and beyond to get it repaired. They were thorough with the whole process and very friendly. I will be a repeat costumer.

They are Awesome!! I put my claim into my insurance company & they called me right away to discuss my issue. The next day they had the windshield in, called me to make an appointment & it was installed the next day! The installation was flawless & it didn't take long. VERY PROFESSIONAL TO DEAL WITH! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM

My husband was in a car wreck traveling towards Charleston. I called Impact Auto to see if they could replace his windshield. I spoke to Chris, who answered the phone 15 minutes before closing. He kindly and generously stayed after closing to ensure he could find our glass and repair the vehicle so we could drive it home to complete further repairs. He was able to replace the windshield quickly, communicated throughout every step of tthe process, and was patient working with our insurance company. He was kind, generous, professional, and dependable. In the midst of a terrible experience, he was incredibly helpful. Our glass was installed beautifully and we have had no issues with it. I am incredibly grateful for Chris and Impact Auto. I would recommend them to anyone needing glass repair/replacement.Thank you!Service: Auto windshield replacement

These people are incredible. I never expected that having a cracked windshield repaired was so fast and easy. They even walked me through how to submit a claim through my insurance on the app and made it so simple that it blew my mind. I'm very grateful!

A rock cracked my windshield on a drive to Atlanta. My insurance recommended this shop and Chris set an appointment with me quickly. I was in the shop a couple days later and, after an hour waiting in their nice waiting room with wifi, I had a new windshield. Chris and the other men at the shop were very polite and friendly.

Fantastic service. Took a couple rocks to the windshield while visiting from out of state. Safelite was giving me issues. I switched to Impact and it was seamless. I even ran into a delay with my insurance company and they navigated that very well. I couldn t be more grateful.

Hey friends! Just wanted to share my amazing experience at Impact Auto Glass in North Charleston! I had a little mishap with my windshield being cracked, but thanks to the incredible team at Impact Auto Glass, my worries were quickly put to rest! Chris Elkins and Eric Elkins, the owners, were so friendly and accommodating. They made sure I felt comfortable and confident in their expertise. Their dedication to customer satisfaction is truly commendable!And let me tell you about the installers, Jeff Elkins and Matthew Corbin! These guys are absolute pros! They worked diligently to replace my cracked windshield, and the end result is flawless! Not only did they fix my windshield, but they also went above and beyond to ensure everything was in perfect working order. Talk about attention to detail! These guys are GREAT! I had my brand new truck for only 2 weeks when it took a rock to the windshield and got a solid chip on 526. I had put off fixing it, but yesterday brought it over to Audio Evolution for some LED headlight installation. While I was waiting, I found this shop next door and walked in to ask if they could help me out. Eric simply asked for my insurance card and put the claim through with Progressive for me, then he walked next door and filled the chip in the windshield while the truck was getting the headlights done! Absolutely awesome service, would recommend to anyone!

I needed to have my rear window replaced on my 2020 X5. I called several glass replacement shops, but their 1st available appointment was at least a week out. I finally called Impact Auto Glass, spoke with Chris and informed him of my issue. Chris told me that he could order the window on Friday and have my window replaced the upcoming Tuesday. Chris later called me back on Friday and informed me that the glass would be in on that Monday vs Tuesday. He called me about 0815 Monday and I went in and my rear glass was professionally replaced. They are the BEST auto glass company in the business. They are ALWAYS polite, prompt and professional. Over the last several years I have had to have 2-3 windshields replaced and a passenger side window. One call to Chris (he even handled the insurance company for me) and in no time they were at my job repairing/replacing the glass.

The guys were extremely knowledgeable and professional and did a great job. This was on an Audi too which is kind of a pain from the looks of it. They contacted the dealer to make sure there was nothing special needed for the job, and they took precautions to be sure they didn't scratch the paint while scraping off the old urethane, which some glass places don't do because it doesn't show. Thanks guys!

Incredible Service and Workmanship!!!They use a method of cutting the urethane to free the glass from the frame that uses a strong string instead of metal tools. When they removed my broken windshield, they found that the prior repair company had severly gouged the paint and rusted. Impact Auto Glass sanded the rust off and gave it two coats of paint. They even took photos to show the before and after. I asked if I owed them for this extra service and they said "No, just doing the job the way it should be done". The owner is there and involved and that is apparent.
