If I could give them 10 stars I would! My AC went out just before I moved to town, and I was looking for a Honda specialist to help. Honda Medics were so wonderful to work with. They were quick and incredibly helpful. I will absolutely be bringing my CRV back for future work, and would HIGHLY recommend the same for any other Honda owners!

I went to get a new tire installed on my S4 then a 4 wheel alignment afterward. Work was done in a timely matter. Shop associates were friendly and explained what my alignment readings were before getting it fixed. Thank You Jermell and your staff!!

Great job at a fair price by professionals. I had an excellent experience with Honda Medics and I will be back to them with my car for any future needs. They took care of some front body work on my older Accord when other shops couldn't or wouldn't. Strongly recommended! Thank you Jermell.

I went to Honda Medics Of Charleston after reading all their wonderful reviews which seemed too good to be true! To my relief they were absolutely true. Jermell was so friendly and pleasant to talk to.I feared the engine was blown in my 2012 Honda CR V because of the knocking under the hood. They had my car diagnosed literally within minutes and to my relief it was not the engine! It was the AC compressor which they fixed the same day. Amazing!! I will definitely be returning to Honda Medics with all my mechanical needs. Thank you so much.From a very satisfied customer.

A/C went out on my daughters 2016 Honda CRV the day before driving 1000 miles from Texas. Without knowing a sole in Charleston I went solely on Google and Yelp reviews when choosing Honda Medics. What a find and a blessing this shop is. The car was diagnosed and fixed the same day. More importantly the professionalism (Jermell) at the front desk and the technician (Chris) who went above and beyond to get the necessary parts and complete the job before closing time was exceptional. I am thankful to have found a Honda shop that I can depend on.

I brought my 2012 CRZ in that was having clutch issues and they took care of me well. I called about a dozen shops around town and they all refused to work on my car but these guys were more than willing to take a look. They got me fixed up pretty quick and are all super friendly. It also helps that their prices are reasonable to. 10/10 recommend.

Would not take my car anywhere else. I was referred to them after dealing with a few dishonest repair shops that cost me a lot of money and my car still wasn t fixed. They are trustworthy and honest about repairs and do high quality work at a fair price.

Seriously you cannot find people like the people at Honda Medics anymore! I was driving from Western NY to Florida on Interstate 95 when I lost all power on my Acura. The Acura dealer told me to call Honda Medics . They bend over backwards to quickly and efficiently fix my SUV. They are seriously angels on earth! I am screaming from the rooftops for people to patronize this business because you will never be unsatisfied in their carefully guided hands! (alternator and battery)Services: Electrical, Battery

Best car repair shop that I've worked with.Online Invoice listed, in detail, with accompanying pictures, all the problems found during their inspection of my 19995 Honda Accord.Cost of each repair was listed next toproblem description. Check boxes allowed me to accept or reject each repair job individually.Business is family owned. No high pressure sales tactics to perorm unneeded mechanical work.Repairs were done in a timely manner AND, I was allowed to inspect the car afterwards to verify all the work was done as per the invoice.Got a Honda that needs repair? I highly recommend Honda Medic

They were very honest with the diagnosis of my vehicle. The dealership was completely wrong with the issue with my car. I was going to be overcharged by $800. If it weren't for Honda Medics I would have been out nearly $800 and the issue still wouldn't have been resolved. Thank goodness for Honda Medics!

I recently brought my mom's 2017 Honda CRV to Honda Medic of Charleston for some issues with a rough idle, janky acceleration, and a recurring computer resetting problem. Jermell Davis, the owner/mechanic, not only quickly identified the problem but also provided a straightforward estimate that was right around what the final cost ended up being. Jermell is not your typical mechanic he's a genuinely nice guy who doesn't shy away from explaining the issues and discussing potential solutions without any hint of arrogance or condescension.One of the standout features for me was the payment process, which is now handled through a convenient link. It made the whole transaction smoother and hassle-free. The quality of the work done on the car was excellent, and I felt confident that the issues were resolved effectively.My only minor complaint would be the communication aspect. Perhaps a proactive approach to keeping customers informed, even with a simple message acknowledging busyness, could enhance the overall customer experience. Despite this, I still appreciate the transparency and honesty I experienced at Honda Medic of Charleston. The best!

Reliably good service. Upfront about pricing. Honest and not trying to up-sell like many dealerships. I take my car here whenever possible.Update: I sold my Honda and no longer need their service, but I still recommend Honda Medics to all Honda drivers I know. Prior to selling my car, I scheduled an appointment to get a few minor things done. Got a reasonable upfront price as usual. Unfortunately, when I went to drive my car to the appointment, it kept stalling out. Prior to the appointment, some animals went snacking on my wires. Honda Medics were able to do the planned repairs AND rewire what needed to be rewired for a great price, and they had the car running like new. (Because it's a honda, and even a honda with 125k mileage will run like new if you take care of it.) Always a good experience with Honda Medics!Service: General repairs & maintenance

This place is a diamond in the rough. I've brought my car here two times now after a shop much closer to me refused to even work on my car due to broken off bolts in the motor. These guys had my car fixed the same day and had me on the road. If your Honda is bugging let these guys fix her up for ya.

Got me right in for my scheduled time slot, recommended against work that was not necessary, did the work efficiently, fairly priced, kind staff. Wish there was lobby WiFi and it was a bit nicer, but all worth it!

I ve been going to Honda Medics for a couple years now and I won t bring my Hondas anywhere else! Jermell and his team have always gone above and beyond! Any time I ve walked in they always have smiles on there face and are ready to help! If I could I would give 10 stars

If I could leave 100 stars, I would! This is the best place for Honda service and the most wonderful staff work here! Jaylen and Chris were so unbelievably professional and nice. I felt so comfortable working with them. I told them they have a customer for life and I will be telling everyone about them. Do not hesitate. Best customer service I think I have ever had. Jalen was friendly and very helpful. He and Jermell were both courteous and knowledgeable. Work was done quickly and fight on time and budget. Saved over $300 compared to another estimate elsewhere. Great first experience with Honda Medics.I was looking for a place to have my MDX timing belt replaced and started my search for a local Honda/Acura specialist.While there were a few other foreign/Japanese shops in the area I usually like to either use a dealer or a brand specialist.I found the Honda Medics website, read the background of the owner, and saw tons of good reviews for them so I decided to take the next step.I emailed all of my requests and questions on a Saturday and Monday I had a very nicely written, welcoming and friendly response from the business.When I called to make my appointment I was given an accurate estimate of time and price, and set everything up for a few days later.Drop off was easy and Jalin at the front desk, and Chris came out to let me know that he d work his magic to get me my car back the same day. This was important to me because it was a Friday and being without a car for the weekend would have been tough.When the work was finished I got a text with an invoice I was able to pay online (thank you technology) and when I arrived they recognized me, had my paperwork ready, went over a few minor recommendations, and thanked me again for my business.I will certainly be back for anything this car needs in the future and I ll recommend Honda Medics to anyone who asks.Thanks Jalin, Chris, and the rest of the Honda Medics team!Service: General repairs & maintenance
