I was already having a bad day, and my tire pressure sensor for my back tire was reading very low when I went to go on my break at work. I checked my tire and I saw a nail in it. I ended up going to a parking lot (pouring rain) and started to change out the tire myself and the mechanic working for this shop asked if I needed help. I said yes I couldn't get the lug nuts off. He told me he had a shop 2 min down the road so I followed him. He had me sit inside and we made small talk as he got to work and plugged my tire. He was kind, professional, and was quick. Thank you for helping me out!

Do NOT GO TO THIS GUY . He literally gave me a rotten tire that lasted 1 day & now he doesn t want to take responsibility for something he broken . He may be cheaper but he s definitely not worth it .

Awesome people!! We are from Florida and had a blowout on our camper and needed 4 tires..noone could help us for under 500$ The family that owns this place got us took care of for $200 including putting them on our rims. The whole family works hard and we appreciate them all!!!! Honest and nice people, not something you run across every day....Thanku again Felder Detail and Tires!!

Don t ever get no tire from this place, if you need a tire get a quality tire even klarna one from a good place but for the live of god never get a tire from here. They put the wrong size on my car and I didn t notice now my car is messed up and im forced to pay 100 s to 1000 s for my car to get fixed because of this

I went to buy a tire last week and they literally put the wrong size tire on my car!!!! I didn t notice it until I drove around for a couple days and it started grinding and making loud noises when I turned. I came back yesterday to get the tire replaced and later on that day it had a leak and I literally went no where! I went to another tire place to see if it was patched. Apparently there was many patches. I will never purchase from here again.

The ONLY place to have our tires in stock in the Charleston area!!!Tires start at $35!!!The owner and employee are very welcoming and respectful.God is GOOD!

Customer service is something this place lacks. They tell you you're tire comes with a warranty but don't have tires to replace it with
