We were traveling and had an issue with our tow bar. Everyone at Corbin's was extremely helpful in getting us the proper equipment so we could safely continue our trip. We are so appreciative of their expertise and helpfulness. Thank you!

I needed a spare tire carrier fabricated for my motorcycle trailer. Based on the on-line reviews, Corbin s was the # 1 option and I was not disappointed. Excellent customer service from the moment I stepped in the door. Steve did a great job! He made exactly what I needed. I was very pleased and impressed with the quality of the product and service. 5 stars isn t enough. Highly recommend!

Corbins came recommended to me from another shop I called that was listed as a "Curt" hitch dealer/installer on Curt's website and actually wasn't both. I couldn't be happier with the entire process from Corbins. I made an appt and they began working on my car right at the scheduled time and the hitch install actually took less time than I had anticipated. They took great care of the car as well. Lynne was fantastic to deal with on my special order hitch and she was super nice. There is a nice place to eat right next door as well, while you wait. They offer a lifetime warranty as well which is a bonus. I would highly recommend Corbins for any car/truck hitch installs!

Great place to get hitch work done ! Well organized and are good at what they do with prompt service.Lynne in the office is great and one of the guys even gave me an extra breakfast sandwich he had.Would highly recommend

Incredible service. From start to finish, communication, scheduling and overall experience was top notch. I was able to wait in their waiting room while the hitch was being installed and the gals working inside were such a joy to chat with. I would highly recommend and would use again.

These guys fixed my18 foot trailer they replaced both axles and all 4 leaf springs and did it in 8 hrs had me back running my route the very next day these guys are A+1 I RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYONE I MEET FROM NOW ON 100%

Wow! From the first call this place was class act. The young lady on the phone was cordial and informative. When I arrived, they took my truck back on time and got it done in the scheduled time slot! The young man doing the install communicated with me very well and did exceptional work. Oh ya, everything was fairly priced. I wish this kind of service was more common. I say Corbins needs to open a super store with everything under one roof as I will be their best client....seriously, if you need anything towing related, just make 1 call, this is the best place in town!

These people at this place of business are the GREATES PEOPLE you will ever meet!!! My wife and I are retired motor home travelers and had tow bar troubles while traveling to Charleston for the first time. By chance we called them. God told us to call them. They went WAY out of their way to get us back on the Road. Please if you are ever in the Charleston SC area. Look them up. It was a Great experience just meeting them and getting their HELP!! Lyn is the office manger now she our friend for Life!! I can t say enough about how Great they are!!!

Nice folks , reasonable price compared to another shop I was quoted. They took great care with the installation on my Land Cruiser even remounting my brake light adapter for a cleaner look. Would use them again if I ever had a need

Was in with two small kids today - they were so accommodating and kind..just seems like it is run by good people. They did a great job on the hitch and had the best price as well. Would recommend to anyone..we had an appointment and they had us in and out in under an hour. Service this good is rare anymore.

We went today to get a trailer hitch installed in our new car. Not only were we early, but they got us right in and done early! The front end customer service was amazing! And they even switched out the towing ball for me twice when the store i was buying the trailer from had the wrong information online. Highly recommend! Worth all of the 5 star review!

Very friendly, very fast, very reasonable, high quality installation on my 2019 Subaru Forester. My install required the trimming of the heat shield around the muffler and was completed in minutes. Waiting area is clean and comfortable, bathrooms are clean and new, overall a much better than expected experience. Right across from Mixson neighborhood.

Very helpful. Had an issue with our fifth wheel axle hub. Guys there were polite, professionals and took us in immediately as they knew we were leaving the next morning. Highly suggest using them for axle and hitch issues, installation and new purchase. Best !!

Took my fifth wheel here to sell under consignment, Nate looked for deals on motorhomes as he knew this is what we wanted. He got the trailer sold as well as landed on a very good motor home, awesome deal. So we got both, not the usual trying to sell and buy at the same time, but all in all we re very happy with our purchase. Nate was very resourceful with other interest such as tow vehicles, equipment, etc.., I would highly recommend this small business vs other big brand stores, it s more of a one on one transaction that s available to you 7 days a week, looking forward to more services offered here.Thanks to Nate and all of Paradise employees who helped with this service.

I arrived before 8:15 for an 8:30 appointment and was greeted cheerful. The trailer hitch reciever was installed wonderfully and professionally. They were finished by 9:30 for a fairand reasonable price. Excellent service and experience.

There is a reason that people in Charleston say that Corbin s is the only place to go for towing accessories. I ve used them twice for tow hitches and they recently set up my Jeep to be towed by my RV. The staff is friendly and accommodating, making the process so easy. Post setup, they take the time to educate you and make sure everything operates correctly. I can t say enough about the great experience of working with such a friendly and knowledgeable staff!

Exceptional service and pricing! They originally quoted me an hour and a half but it only took them an hour. I feel that other shops would have taken advantage of that extra half hour to try and make a few extra dollars, but not this business. All the staff and technicians were courteous and professional. Highly recommended for welding and hitch related issues! Thank you!

As a retired employee of Corbin's I would say I wouldn't take any of my towing issues anywhere other than Corbin's. Steve the owners main goal is to do the job right and will go the extra mile to make sure it is done correctly. He will do what it takes to make sure the customer is more than pleased with the job, even at making a profit. His concern is the customer. So if you want a company that's main concern is you, go to Corbin's. You will be a customer for life. Get hitched at Corbin's.

WOW! What a great experience! Took my 16 ft boat trailer to Corbins and they replaced the lights and the wiring. They were so polite, work was well above average - no kidding! The wiring materials were the highest quality I have ever seen and the plug was heavy duty. They also fabricated some braces for the lights at the back of the trailer which were fantastic. The price was solid too! Don't have experiences like this every day. Thanks CORBIN'S!

We were travelling down from Canada in a motorhome and I noticed that the rear portion of our trailer hitch (where it attached to the frame) had bent, either because of the towing load we were putting on it, or from whatever the previous owner had done with it. Being concerned that if I ignored this issue we could have a major problem I had my wife see if she could find a repair facility in our next destination which was Charleston. She saw that Corbin's hitch shop had great reviews so we decided to try it out and after a call with one of the owner's (Steve) and an explanation that we were on the road and would appreciate quick service, we set up an appointment for the next morning.We arrived about 10am and they immediately started working on our problem (despite being crazy busy). In very short order they had fixed the issue with the price being very reasonable.I have to say that the reviews were spot on and if you want friendly honest work done to your vehicle/RV this is most definitely the place to come to. Five stars does not do them justice.

Such great service and knowledge. We are from out of town, came in with a trailer brake problem. Long story short, on a hot Friday aftn we returned several times and they kept looking and looking to find, and finally solve, our electrical issue . Plus, the brake controller they recommended is far superior to what we had. Would give them 10 stars if I could.

I had an awesome experience at Corbin's. From the very first time I called them to discuss hitch options to the day of my installation, everyone I interacted with was friendly, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. Wish I hadn't waited so long, but happy I went with Corbin's as they did great work in a timely manner. Go support them, Charleston!
