They did the assessment of my car following an accident. Unfortunately it ended up being a total loss but every time I had to organize anything or deal with them everyone was super friendly and helpful. They were able to get my car scheduled into a busy calendar weeks before anyone else I called to which I really appreciate as well.

Mom s car was damaged by a hit and run. Brought her car in for an estimate. I couldn t have asked for better service. Had my car for damn near a month, I wasn t informed about the delays. My car looks nice, however, they left a bright yellow sticker part that is visible and my car is now infested with ants. I m the only one who is in my vehicle. I detailed it myself prior too getting in my accident. I had my car for a couple weeks and just noticed. I don t commute anywhere differently, I just go to work and home and don t leave no food in my vehicle. They only explain for this is my car sitting on their lot for weeks !

Huge shout out to Cyley and Chris who assisted me with my vehicle. They were both compassionate and accommodating. I received quick turnaround time and excellent communication. They definitely turned a very stressful situation into a positive experience. I highly recommend!

Just had my Honda Pilot repaired here. They did an awesome job!!! Many years ago, I had my Honda Accord repaired here as well... Same experience! Everyone was extremely nice and they kept me updated about my vehicle repair process every step of the way. I am well pleased with the work.

I blew a tire on my way home from work and Jeremy and his crew were very generous to help me out! They helped me not only with my spare tire issue, but go above and beyond to ensure that any issues moving forward could be handled accordingly! Truly believe that they were heaven sent and their friendly service will ALWAYS be remembered and appreciated! Everything was done to my standards. Customer service is spot on. The Management team wanted to give me the best possible experience. The work done on my Vehicle was Top Notch. Don't waste your time with anyone else. They bring their best Daily.

After my car got t boned last month I had it taken here to be repaired. I m so glad this is the shop my insurance sent me to! They kept me I updated and got my car done very quickly and it looks amazing! Classic Collision was actually not able to help me with my repairs, but, unlike another body shop in the area, was kind enough to get in touch with the insurance company and figure out what was going on that kept me running in circles to find a shop that could do my repairs. Thank you Cylie! (I hope I spelled your name right. :-)

Classic Collision in North Charleston is a very accommodating & quality place. I was shopping around for repair estimates and upon calling, I spoke to Miles Oltmann. Miles was extremely professional, patient, honest, & insightful as I asked questions & told him about my situation. The next day when I dropped off my car, I was going to walk back home but then one of their employees, Lisa Rodriguez, offered to give me a ride instead. CC was timely w/ my repair estimate & although I chose to go another route, I would highly recommend CC! When I told Miles that the estimate was outside of my current budget, he still cared enough give me two other quality resources; I ended up choosing one his recommendations! I cannot remember the other young man's name- but he even gave me a full bottle of coolant, so I could make it back home, when picking up my car! I really appreciate the knowledge and courtesy of the employees at CC and can assure you that you would be in good hands!

They were in constant contact when my car was on the shop. Because of shortages it took longer than expected to get my car back but, they paid for my rental car that went over the 30 days that my insurance paid for I am quite impressed!! Chris was amazing!

This is the place to go to have auto body work done. Dustin took my initial call and explained what to expect. Josh processed the car in and the service was smooth. Because of a past repair I had done here, I knew it was going to be a breeze. FenderMender did all of the legwork to get the extra payment needed from the insurance company (accident wasn't our fault so a little more effort since not my insurance). As if great service wasn't enough, I found out they recycle the broken parts of the cars which means they are an environmentally conscious company. We are very pleased with the end result of a new bumper. It looks fantastic!

I was very pleased with the service at this Fender Mender, I was misinformed to go to the one in West Ashley, so when I arrived at the one in West Ashley the clerk was not very nice and told me I was wrong on two accounts, I told her the insurance company told me to come in at anytime to get estimates for my car. But kept on insisting you needed to schedule an appointment. Some calling to and from the insurance company happened, and I came to find out I was directed to the wrong place. (Glad too.) So, I arrive at the Fender Mender at Ashley Phosphate they were very polite and courteous, they even had the Enterprise company come pick me up. John was very nice and helpful while I was there. More surprising, the time it took to get my car. I was very happy with the quickness and quality of the work. I'm absolutely glad I drove to the one in North Charleston, because I didn't like the customer service at the one in West Ashley. Great work guys! * two thumbs up!*

I had to get my front bumper repaired a few days before moving out of town. I brought my car in the weekend before, and after letting them know that I was moving the following Tuesday, they made sure that my car was handled as quickly as possible and repaired to the best that the time constraints would allow. They were excellent and treated me with nothing but politeness and helpfulness. They were able to help me same day and take care of my problem without even having to file a claim with the insurance company and had my car done in under 10 minutes and charged me nothing for it. I was impressed and blown away by their generosity and kindness. Great place! Would recommend them HIGHLY! Even saw a customer from my old place of work there as well and he seemed pretty pleased with the work done on his car as well! ;)

I took my car here for repairs from an auto accident based on the recommendation of my insurance company. After the estimate was in, I was quoted 10 days for repair. I called the day before the car should have been done and they advised that the part they had received was bad and they had to order another one and it would be another week. I was fine with this as I had a rental car but asked that they call to keep me updated and they said they would. I also asked if it were possible to have the oil changed while it was in the shop and they advised they would make sure it was done.I didn't hear from them and called the day before it was to be done again. This time they let me know that they were just finishing up and that the car would be ready later that day or the next day at the latest. I called the next morning and they advised they were cleaning the car out and that I would be able to pick it up at 1:00. I took my rental car to be returned and had them take me to pick up my car. When I walked in the guy at the front laughed and said "Your car isn't done. We don't even have it here." I let him know that someone had told me it would be done at 1:00 and asked if he knew who I spoke to or when it would be ready. He was very rude and stated "I don't know when it will be done. I just told you that." I left to go back to work and as soon as I was back they called and let me know that my car was ready. When I called to discuss a pick up time they didn't answer.I ended up having to leave it over the weekend and when I called Monday morning to make sure I could pick it up, no one would answer the phone. When I went to pick it up I asked if the oil had been changed. The guy again laughed and said "No, why would you even ask that? We don't do that." I opened my car and it was a complete disaster. They had told me the previous week that they were cleaning it out but they clearly didn't because there was still the dust from the airbag and towels in the back of the car.After leaving with my car, I noticed that there was some sort of film all over my windows. I ended up taking it to a different Fender Mender location to avoid having to talk to anyone at this location. They advised that it was an overcoat spray that they had just been careless and not cleaned off. I would never recommend this location to anyone. It was by far the worst customer service experience I've ever received.

The female reception they have needs have some better manners then what she has. I'm not the only one that can't stand going to that Classic Collision on Ashley phosphate. Multiple tow truck drivers have complained how disrespectful she is and neither driver or myself care to go there. We all have had customers go to a different body shop so the vehicle owners or us drivers have to deal with a rude employee

All I can say is WOW they did awesome work. The guy that helped me form the beginning to end was Josh and he was great. I was really nervous about getting my new car repaired because I didn t think they could make it look new again. Well that they did. They really took care of me and I will use them again if I need to. I highly recommend and I don t write reviews.

All in all, they took care of my Jetta very well. It did take them a little longer than expected, as different parts were needed after the original estimate. However, they returned my car to me spotless inside & out! Very impressed with the customer service.

Newly remodeled waiting area, friendly staff... This is my 3rd vehicle over time. Excellent work, my Rogue is brand new again. All done in a timely fashion. Happy New Year and keep up the stellar work.

Nice and friendly service. Pretty quick turn around as well. We did have an issue of having to make multiple trips because we were told car was ready and there were still issues, but they were taken care of quickly and the inconvenience addressed. Would certainly recommend for any body work.

I have a 2003 Nissan Frontier XE extra cab long bed V6 pickup truck. In 2011 the front end ,passenger side and engine were damaged badly. I paid out of pocket to get it repaired because I only had liability Insurance for the vehicle and my insurance wasn't going to cover the damage. The job this shop did was the best body and repair job I've ever seen. The contracted an outside shop to repair the engine , radiator and front bumper. I intend to bring my truck back to this shop to have it repainted with minor body work. It's been 7 years since this shop worked on my truck and I wouldn't take my truck to any other place but Fender Menders !!!!

Very piss poor communication:Called Wednesday 27 June 19, the day after I was rear-ended. Service department said they would have to look up the parts and call me back. No one called me back.Thursday afternoon i called them, same person, we have to look up the parts and we will call you back. No call back, surprise.Friday, Monday, repeat of me calling them. Same response but no call back.From here I will notify my insurance company of the communication and service. Because my insurance recommended them. Hopefully this location will be dropped by State Farm.
