Excellent service. Jeff was known to us from a repair he did on our tractor trailer over 25 years ago. Courteous staff, very helpful in providing details as to what would need to be done to repair our Class A Rv. I highly recommend this staff and because of the amount of clientele they are worth the wait for the excellent quality of service. Thanks again.

Had the axles replaced on my 5th wheel camper. After the install was complete we realized that the axles manufacturer had sent the wrong axles. The manufacturer then sent the right ones. The owner was great to work with. I'll have them work on anything else comes up with the chassis or frame.Service: Steering & suspension repairService: Steering & suspension repair

I had an appointment I was there on time to in three days to take a look three days to get started the more I called the more. The lady lied to me very deceitful slow and the shop looks like a scrapyard. I know there are not many places to go I should ve taken my truck to the Dodge. Place at least it would ve been closer. Next time I will do business in my hometown. Feels better when they lie to me .

Been there twice. I highly recommend. Once to get leaf springs replaced and upgraded on camper. Worked with me to use the camper warranty. Very happy with the service. Chuck is very personable.2nd time, took our towing vehicle after we lost the drivers side rear suspension on a pot hole while still towing 100 miles away from home. Chuck was the 3rd person I took it to, the first didn't have time to look at it after 2 days of having it, the 2nd looked at it and didn't know what to do about it. Was very pleased that Chuck was able to fix it (turned out needed some new bolts on the suspension airbag harness) and replace the rear shocks all before lunch that day and for a very reasonable price. Was very relieved Chuck wasn't scared of the air bags, I usually get some awkward looks or eyes roll when I mention the air bags. (Which I understand since the airbags are custom and after market) While he was tightening it all back up, he even moved the towing electrical wires to a better spot so they wouldn't get pinched again by the airbag harness. Didn't even have to ask him to do that, he just did it.

Great place for commercial truck frame and suspension work. They do all my under carriage work.. The owner is great, always has a handshake and a smile when you come in.

Charleston Frame and Wheel replaced 2 axles, leaf springs and brakes on our fifth wheel camper, they also upgraded my suspension. We had an upcoming trip and they made room to get our camper completed in time even though I didn't give them much notice. To top it all off they completed my job in five hours while everyone one else quoted me 10-12 hours for labor. They have top notch customer service, they are very professional and made us feel comfortable, also their work is above average. We would highly recommend Charleston Frame and Wheel.

Excellent! I almost never leave reviews, but I had to with this outfit. Icalled a day or two ahead, to see how long I was going to have to wait and leave my rig there, cost, etc. Well, Chuck said bring it in one morning next week, and I'd have it that afternoon! I was skeptical from experience with some other outfits, but I dropped it off in the morning, and he was done that afternoon as promised. This seems to be the norm for them, not an exception! Very fair price, installed some aftermarket caster/camber bushings and did a great alignment! I'll be telling those I know about 'em!They appear to be a little cramped for room, so the 'waiting' area is more of an extension of the shop, just without the trucks in it. I suppose they could make it look prettier, but IMO that would not add any value, only costs.Thank you guys!

This is the best company. We needed two new axles to be put under our 5th wheel toy hauler and they did an excellent job. Chuck gave us a great price and performed the work with high standards. We highly recommend them.

Could not have been happier with the service here!! Had the alignment done on my vintage class c rv and it can be tough finding people to work on this sometimes. He also went above any beyond with some suspension work. Hard to find places like this, in my opinion. I would recommend them to anyone. Chuck and his crew solved my front end and steering problems, plus installed Bilstien shocks and Hellwig anti sway braces front and back on our Class C RV. It is a pleasure to drive now. Excellent workmanship and pricing. I highly recommend Charleston Frame & Wheel.

Lack of attention to detail which almost got me killed. Did not listen and a simple inspection would have prevented both issues I came to have fixed. Simple visual inspection would have caught the 6 loose bolts I ended up finding. All ego and little pride in work.

I had them add a leaf to the rear of my motor home. They did an awesome job, the results were better than I could have hoped for. Highly recommend these guys!
