Do not use this shop!! I took my car here after a big accident and he only fixed the body- said he has no idea there was damage under the car despite my husband telling him the tire arm was bent - shocks destroyed and possible frame damage. He kept the car for a month, we picked it up today and discovered nothing other than cosmetic damage was repaired- nothing under the car. He blamedthe adjuster for not telling him there was damage under the car. Clearly the adjuster tells him the cosmetic damage he can see- it s up to the collision shop to check for any other damage that can t be seen. What a waste of time and now I have to take me car somewhere else to be fixed!! He should not be in business.Service: Body & Trim

Thanks for Mark and his team for the great work on my car! They were very nice and professional. They also gave me a reasonable estimate on my car's repair and it was also nice of them to keep my car few more days before I can pick it up.

I've had Mark (and his team) work on my BMW and Audi. Great service and even better quality and detail with his work. His knowledge and expertise on my cars were top-notch. Knew all the ins-and-outs on European cars. Despite having a lot of cars in the shop, he had my car completed in a more than reasonable time (and they had extensive damage). Nowhere better than Mark and his team.

I had the best experience here - I was trying to fix a paint chip on my car and trusted the internet for advice (terrible idea) and ended up royally screwing it up. The lovely gentleman who helped me had it patched up and on my way in 15 minutes and couldn t have been kinder. Highly recommend.

Charleston Chrome and Collision is the best around. Amazing customer service. Mark was a pleasure to work with, cares greatly about attention to detail and getting the job done right. I brought my truck in for some body work after a fender bender and it looked like it was brand new after they were done with it. Also, their phone number works just fine.

My fiancee had ripped the front bumper off our Mazda, and I had rigged it back together with duct tape. Needed to get that fixed. I called, brought it by for a free estimate, dropped the car off, and paid when I picked it up a couple days later. It was a pretty seamless experience, and I felt like I was charged a fair price. I'd come back for sure.

I was shopping around for an estimate for a bumper repair. These guys were professional and very reasonable. They were super efficient and did an exceptional job resurfacing and matching the paint. Very happy I chose this place.

Took my baby (Chevy Avalanche) to Mark and his team and trusted him to fix her back after totaling the back qrt. panel. Mark was very patient and understanding of my situation and did the best he could to satisfy my concerns (and I am a difficult person to satisfy). I m glad to say he worked miracles. The guys there were really nice. We were working out of town and ran into some car trouble. We came in and he had the car fixed and back on the road in no time at all. I definitely recomm using them if you have any car trouble!
