I took my brand new tire to fix a hole and do the balance there, they gave me an old tire that wasn t mine and it s very used already, otherwise they didn t made the balance that I paid for, I didn t said nothing at the time because I didn t notice it at first, so if you re going there to fix tires for example, pay attention!

Fifth place I called about a tire, three didn't have the size and the fourth wanted to charge me an arm and a leg, and they had the size an great price. They're very busy and in a small space but great work and prompt. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of a tire repair or replaced quickly and efficiently.

The guy cross threaded not just 1, but 2 lugs! So when the cheap tire eventually went flat, both studs broke of course. This caused me to have to buy 2 new lug studs and 2 new lug nuts. Thing is that the guy HAD to know he did that. Even using a pneumatic impact wrench you can feel a nut cross threading (feels way different then a nut smoothly following the thread down as intended). Couldn't prove that it was them by the time I had to change the tire - so basically I just got screwed cause I definitely wasn't going back to let them attempt to repair it. That's for sure. I mean 2 lugs?? On ONE wheel?!? C'mon u guys... Smh.

Had two tires in need of replacement and my dad highly recommended Carlos Tires and I am beyond happy I went today. They let me stay in my car, was done in less than 30 minutes and I was out the parking lot back on the road in no time! Highly recommend!! The customer service was great!

It's a great place to go get tires as well as get maintenance done on your car. They don't price guide you they make sure the work is getting done. And if you have any questions about a part in your car that may need to be fixed they're always more welcome to help you by checking it out or giving you a time that you can bring in so they can give it a good overall look through.

Great people who do a great job!! They are always so kind! They are very knowledgeable, hardworking and great prices on tires. I have been there to get three tires replaced and got a flat today so I will be going back for the fourth! Definitely would recommend to anyone who wants something done in the most fast and efficient way possible! :)

Carlos and his team are very professional, and proficient. Tire plugged and gone within 10 minutes for a great price. If you need a tire plugged or tire change you can't beat the prices or the service you will receive here. Will always look to Carlos for tire service before going somewhere else!

Couldn't even get into the parking lot. Very disorganized. A tow truck pulled out of one entrance just to pull right in to the other entrance, forcing us to just leave. Nowhere to park to wait and get your tire done. Save the time and just go up the road to Just Tire. It was easy to get in to and fast service. (Can not speak as to how Carlos service was because we left since we were unable to get into parking area that is shared with transmission company)

Found a stupid nail in my tire today and normally what a pain to find someone to repair quickly and a fair price. Normal tire stores seem like it's a bother. Driving up Rivers Ave and spot this place. Driven by so many times and never knew it was there. Boy was I glad I spotted them this time. Pulled in and they came right out to greet me. Showed them my problem and it was repaired in 10 minutes. Awesome service. You won't be sorry if you need to stop in.

Love this place! They are quick and do quality work and you can't beat the price. We just stopped by and because my tire light wouldn't go off, he checked all my tires and said they were fine and insisted we didn't owe him anything. Just be mindful it's all outdoors so wear sunscreen and maybe a folding chair if you expect the work to take a while. I'd choose them over those chain mechanics any day!

Showed up here with 2 of my own tires to replace the rears. He inspected the tires to ensure there weren't any issues and installed them on the spot. Great guy with super fast quality service. I arrived and left <45mins.

Service here was great and tires were affordable. I got my front two replaced and was out in about 30 minutes. It is a small lot so you might miss it and yes, it is in front of a sketchy trailer park, but dont let that dissuade you from coming here. Only complaint I would probably have is that there is nowhere to sit while they are working on your car. I found my new place for tires.

Very disappointed being told it was be 4 weeks for a fuel pump for my Porsche never a call back from this shop, call Auto Haus in Myrtle Beach they had the part the following day and installed that after noon.I am sure this shop is good but not effective.

I called beforehand to check to see if they had the specific tire I needed on my car and was told not only did they have it but we could come right then to get it replaced! When we arrived, we were actually informed that the tire that was on my car was a really good quality tire and he would rather patch the tire for me so I could get the full longevity out of my tire. We will absolutely be using Carlos Tires for all of our future tire needs!! We love a good honest company and they deserve all of our business.

They where cheap the entrance was crowded thou you got to hop out and see what s good can t sit in your car like a baby in car seat price was good work was fast the traffic was the only reason for 4 instead of 5 star rating

They had excellent service. Quick. Affordable and generous workers. They were attentive, keep in mind I came from out of town, and I was not at all treated differently based on my race @Dominic Kennedy.

Lot is very small, however they work very quickly. Ended up at Carlos' since all of the Geralds tires were busy, wait time exceeded an hour. Carlos' got us in and out within 20 minutes.

$50 tires! This crew is extremely fast at swapping tires. Most courteous knowledgeable staff. I got AT Hankook tires for $50 each!
