We came to look at campers at camping world. Our salesman was John Kirk. He has excellent customer skills he was very nice and he helped my boyfriend and me. He took the time to explain and show us every detail of the camper. We highly recommend anyone who's wanting a camper to come see him. He was so amazing with his attitude and He's a number 1 person . Caitlin is amazing! We purchased an RV recently and she was incredibly patient with all our questions on our first shopping trip. We just purchased our second (upgraded) camper from Camping World and I really can t imagine going anywhere else. Everyone here is super helpful and they really go out of their way to make you feel welcome. They have a great selection of both new and used RVs, and all the supplies you could ever need or just want. Our sales rep, Yang, was so patient in going through multiple showings and helping to make the final decision. Scott in the service area was also great in demonstrating all the features of the new camper and offering suggestions on additional options. Really everyone from the front reception area and around the store are nice and friendly. I would probably be up there every week if I didn t live so far away!!

I was totally shocked at the AMAZING customer service that was given to my husband and I today from Caitlin and Taylor @ Camping World in Charleston! These ladies are awesome! They were able to help us with everything we needed and then some. You guys are a true asset to this company and have perfect personalities for their positions! Great job guys! Yang helped us find the perfect camper for our family! We weren t actively looking but came across a video that Yang posted of a really cool little camper so we decided to check it out. Yang showed it and a few others to us and we ended up loving the original one we came to look at from her post, we are so excited to start new family adventures now! We were very pleased with the entire process from sales to finance to service department that showed us the complete ins and outs of our new camper. Everyone answered all of our questions and really made sure we were taken care of!

We had the best time shopping with Catlin. She had all the answers and if she didn't she went and found out. She was not pushing she took her time with us. I'm disabled and can't stand for long periods of time. When I had to sit down she even sat with me and talked. Thank you Catlin we will see you soon.

My husband and I had an overall great experience at Camping World. We mostly worked with Matt and the service was great. The only negative thing we have to say is that the camper we bought wasn t completely ready to be sold at the time of purchase (the A/C needed to be repaired and the black tank just needed to be emptied). However, they worked diligently to get these things done for us by the end of that day so we could take our camper home same day. Overall a great experience and Matt was great.

Absolutely terrible customer service from beginning to now. Bought a camper in July in cash and had issues with every department along the way. Our salesman pushed Good Sam Insurance on us assuring me that I just sign up for it now and switch later, not giving me a chance to check with progressive. Insurance rate was double and charged me for switching. Then the salespeople kept swapping between taking EFT or personal check, failed to send me time sensitive documents to sign, and then after everything was paid for and it was agreed and in contract for it to be delivered, they called me to ask when I could pick it up. After the salesperson ghosted me, the sales manager arranged for the delivery with the driver with garbage driving and customer service. He backed the camper into a tree (never checked clearance) and when I told him he broke a part of my awning, he shrugged and said it would clip back together when it was cracked and broken. He explained nothing and just ran out of there after getting it off his truck. When I called for repair to my damage, they kept giving me the runaround about ordering it, and then asking me to come pick up the parts. Then, when the fridge stopped working right and the manufacturer told me to go through the seller, they told me they were too busy to send out a mobile tech. Here it is November when I call again because another piece broke in my camper and the service person told me I was never scheduled for repairs, and that it would cost me $70+ for a mobile tech to come out, mind you that this is encompassing the repair for the damage they caused. Once the warranty is up I will not be doing business with Camping World North Charleston and will tell my cautionary tale to anyone in the market for a camper

15/10 Yang showed our family RV s of all sizes and price points at the away show in Orlando (she s located at this SC location). She was so pleasant to chat with, had so much patience to answer questions. She brought up a good point, if you don t like your neighbor to just drive away lol. We weren t quite ready to buy yet but definitely are interested now that she s introduced us to the many options. We would seek Yang again for when we are ready (she said delivery is available!)

My wife and I went to look at a camper that seemed way too good to be true. However once we looked over the camper with our salesman Johnny we knew we had to sit down and really think about leaving with the camper. Johnny was great all around and didn t pressure us into making a decision that day but we knew this was a deal we couldn t pass up. Extremely grateful for all of Johnny s help and everyone involved with the delivery of our new camper ensuring we knew how to properly use each item attached to our camper and getting the necessary equipment and supplies to make our experience the best. John of CW Charleston, SC was very helpful when we were looking for a travel trailer. Great follow up after we explored their store in person. He even checked back six months later. Many regrets now after buying one at CW Knoxville with extremely poor service after the sale, no follow up to sale.

This story is so long that I don t even know where to begin. I purchased a used (1200 miles) used Thor Scope in February 2023. When I purchased the Van I was told by CW corporate that when they received it and did a check there was not even a single repair order required. NOT A SINGLE order. The truth was not a single repair was done to the over 20 required. It basically was returned because it was junk. Leaks, bad sensors, broken bed, broken freezer door etc etc etc. Now other than the lie, I was assured they would fix everything. HAHAHAHAHA. It is December and there are things still not fixed. They once had the van for 45 days. I was told all my issues were finally fixed. When I arrived only 2 were complete and there were still the colored stickers on all the things still not repaired. 45 days!!! I was told by corporate that I would be compensated for the lost time of service. Still nothing. I brought the Van in about a month ago so they could fix the broken window shade. The shade did not roll up automatically and it fell off the window. Guess what. They just mounted the shade back up with the broken shade. How could a tech put it up again. The shade was just flopping around all rolled out covering the window and he never even tested the shade. Are you kidding me!!!!!!!!!!? Stay far away from this place. Buy and service your RV somewhere else.

Buyer beware. We just purchased a 2020 Grand Design on October 28 of this year. Our salesman John was exceptional however I can t speak for the rest of the experience. Yesterday we pulled out the sofa and noticed some drips down the wall under the window. Upon further inspection we noticed there was mold growing behind the wallpaper on the slide out. Camping world had to have noticed this because they replaced the sofa. We ve had it under a covered shelter so no additional moisture has been able to get in during our short time of owning the trailer. There have been several other issues but small in comparison to this. BEWARE I added photos of proof.

Camping World of North Charleston, SC and Specifically to mention our sales rep. Ms. Yang Pham , leasing officer Mr. Any Leal and show room host Kim were All OUTSTANDING. Also, the Store Manager GM was wonderful, helpful and available at any time. This location and its Team are Fast and Friendly with World Class Customer Service. Yang Pham and Andy Leal made the process of finding and purchasing Quick and Easy with seemless perfection. In short, this location is nothing shorth of what a visit to any camping world should be like. I Highly recommend this location to anyone , anywhere. It's worth the drive and time to go there. If anyone is looking for a camper Les is the guy to see. Caitlin in retail sales was also awesome to work with she knows her stuff. The tech Will was awesome as well when we did the walk through he went over everything with me and I'm a first time camper owner..
