I recently had my front fascia repaired at Caliber Collision, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Jamal and his staff are very professional and friendly, they finished repairs to my vehicle three days sooner than quoted!The repairs look great and Jamal actually took the time to show me the damages so I understood exactly what was repaired and why.I chose this location over the Goose Creek location because of a less than favorable experience at that location in early 2024.

I got rear ended in my new van; Caliber did fine with the bumper & sensor replacement, but wanted to avoid doing any repainting to the rear quarter panel. When they called me to come pick up my vehicle, scratches were still visible. I was pretty irritated that i was called to pick it up when it was so obvious to me that the work was not complete. They "buffed" it out as much as they could, but there were still 1-2 that couldn't be removed without repainting. I decided to take it home because I'd been without my car for a couple of weeks at that point and didn't feel like fighting it any further.

The repairs done were top notch and my vehicle looked great when I picked it up. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because of how much longer it took and the lack of communication explaining the whys.

Absolutely above and beyond. Left my car with them about a month before I was supposed to move to Columbia, and the automated system that tells you your car's repair progress promised it would be finished a couple days before I moved. When I came to pick it up, however, it wasn't done yet and they were still waiting on a part. The staff went out of their way to make it right. Brianna gave me a ride home that day, and the following morning the manager Cody drove me and the last of my belongings from my old apartment in Charleston to Columbia and arranged for my car to be sent to a Columbia Caliber location to pick up when it was finished. Wonderful experience, it has ensured my business with Caliber for the foreseeable future.

I don t even know where to begin!!! So I had my car repaired at this location just to find out they steal!!! The funny thing is they stole my windshield wipers and replaced them with some old ones they had. After I gave these people a great survey. I know how my windshield wipers worked and look because I just replaced them at Safelite!!! I can t wait till Monday to ask why. Also there are other reasons I would include but it would take to long just don t do business with this location!!!!!!!

They did a great job fixing some damage on my bumper. My car was repaired quickly and returned to me significantly cleaner than I left it both inside and out. The staff was very friendly. While I hope nothing happens to require me to use their services again should I happen I would definitely go back to them for service.

Had a minor accident and insurance sent me here for repairs. The staff was very friendly and professional, they worked great with my insurance and the rental car company, all I had to do was drop off and pick up. I hit a deer in March. after talking to this facility, getting the vehicle evaluated by them and being told parts were on order, I called in May to ask what was going on. i was then told they wouldn't order parts until my vehicle was dropped off for repair. Their first available appointment was mid July. After nearly two weeks at the shop, I called to ask what was going on. I was asked about a pre existing condition and suddenly told it was ready for pickup. Agreed upon items from both initial inspections by Caliber were not done (transmission cooler), my bumper is on crooked, I have a new leak in a tire. my headlights are two different colors (my blue led vs their cheap halogen), a fog light that suddenly holds water after their repairs. All of my concerns were "noted" and parts were supposedly ordered, but I was begged to fill out their survey. I did because the scheduler is such a nice person. It is now late October and I have still not heard a word about my additional parts. My insurance company billed for them. But here I am, 7 months into a repair with no end in site.Service: Body & Trim

The service was incredible. Chris, Sabrina, and David were fantastic to deal with. They had my repairs done 2 days prior to expectation and all the time updated me on status. They handled the insurance as well as rental car for me. Just Great Professional service and good people. Beyond excellent service! These guys we re able to give me a fair quote and set an appointment instantly in the same week. They gave me an estimated time on how long it would take as well. After dropping my car off they also gave me a ride to work. When I came to pick up the car, they weren t finished but again offered me a ride back home. Jason then told me they d finish working on my car and drop it off to me at my house. Once i received my car back, the quality of work was excellent! It looked like nothing was ever damaged. They truly went above and beyond with the service I received. From the receptionist, to the mechanics, to the manager, it s a great group of people working here. I d definitely reccommend any and everyone to get your body work done here. Thank you guys!

I purchased a brand new Volkswagen earlier this year and not even a month into ownership, a deer ran into the side of my car and did about $5,500 of damage to the headlight, the panel, the fender, and the hood. I asked the saleslady from Stokes Volkswagen, where I'd purchased the car from, what company she recommended for repairs and she said Caliber Collision on Ashley Phosphate. I also have Liberty Mutual, who listed them as a recommended provider for customers. Overall, the process was pretty simple and not at all stressful. Paperwork and dropping the car off took all of 5 minutes. They called me with updates on the repairs and when I called about an issue with one of my cameras, they immediately offered me an appointment and a rental car at no cost to me. They were very professional and friendly staff. I definitely recommend them.Services: Electrical, Body & Trim

This place had my car for a month and a half. This is because they use photos to do the initial estimate. They don't know what your vehicle truly needs until they start repairs. Then you have to wait additional time for more parts to be ordered. Had they done a proper evaluation like many other calibers, this extended wait could have been shortened. I would stay away from this one until the franchise owner ditches the photograph evaluations.

I have used the Caliber Collision on Fain St., & thought they did a great job. However, I called the same one this time, as well as the one on Ashley Phosphate Rd., & just wanted to get an estimate. They told me they could not get me in until after the first of the year (now end of August) because I was going to be self-pay, not insurance! They told me that they had to do insurance claims first, because they had an obligation to them first . I think that s very unfortunate for them and myself, as I can t get my car fixed, & would be paying them in full! Their loss. Not a good business plan, in my opinion.

This company is great! When we first went to pick our car up there was still something my husband wasn't happy about. They didn't argue it at all. Paid for us to have a rental for 3 more days and it was pristine when we got it back. They are amazing!!

Their customer service is nothing like I've ever experienced... Everyone there truly cared about me and my satisfaction. My experience was smooth, easy and comfortable. Additionally, their work is impeccable. I'm extremely happy with the results after they've repaired my vehicle from an accident. Thanks to everyone at this shop, my vehicle is immaculate.

I unfortunately had to use a body repair place, twice, due to car accidents. We have used Caliber collision both times and it has been the best choice for a bad situation. I have used this shop in the past and they always go far above and beyond to satisfy the customer. I can't even tell where there was damage on my vehicle. They even stayed late to ensure my vehicle would be finished by the time they promised. They helped me with the claim process and were very helpful. They even let me know my battery may need to be replaced as it had a low charge, and that wasn't even part of the repairs. They washed it for me before returning it and it looked great Services: Tires, Body & Trim, Battery

I have been in the Charleston area for almost two years. Unfortunately, this is the second time I needed body work done to my truck. I first used Fender Mender (FM) but decided to give Caliber Collision (CC) my business this time around.I was very pleased with the quick drop off system CC had compared to FM. Matt was my agent and he spoke to me in a professional way and explained everything to me. I wasn t spoken down to nor kept in the dark like FM made me feel.CC has a text update system that Matt used to keep me updated. When they ordered my parts, when the conducted the work, and when they figured my truck would be ready. FM never gave me that courtesy.When I arrived for pickup, the front desk process was quick. I received my paperwork and made my payment. No wait or hassle. FM made me wait almost 45 minutes to get my truck.Matt showed me exactly what was done, even tho I had the paper explaining the details, patiently and wanted to assure I was satisfied with their work. FM walked me to my truck and was in a hurry to go back inside.My truck looked like it did when I drove it off the lot. I was very impressed with their work. The repairs and painting was done perfectly with no signs of repair. FM work was not perfect. You could see where they tried to smooth their work but left ripples.I m very impressed with CC and will use them again in the future if I m in need. Matt was very professional, completed my repairs to my satisfaction, and went above and beyond. I highly recommend them.Service: Body & Trim
