First of all, the repair to my Kia Forte 5 that got rear ended was excellent! It's beautiful and Ann did a wonderful job.Furthermore, they were so kind and wonderful to work with! Very accommodating to our schedule and very communicative. They kept us up to date on the repair via text, email, and calls when necessary. Not overwhelming, just clear.We have other repair locations closer to our house but I would go out of my way for Ann and her team if I need repairs again.

My husband & I recently had to drop off a car here after an accident. I dealt mostly with Ann who was simply the best. She was on top of communication and was very flexible when it came to helping with the pickup time due to my husbands military work schedule. Even though I didn't interact with the rest of the team, I can only imagine they're just as kind and efficient! Our car was pristine when we picked it up. Huge thanks to Ann & the whole team for making a tough situation much more enjoyable!

I was hit by a deer and wanted the repairs done as quick as possible. The office assistant Rachel was amazing in working me in and my service tech Anne was great!! Everyone in the office was extremely nice and friendly.I had an issue with electrical not being calibrated all the way and they were so helpful in getting me back in and working with my schedule. This is the best experience I have had with a body shop before. Highly recommend

Absolutely great experience! The staff is amazing, Jennifer went above and beyond to stay in touch and keep me updated on My Car s progress. And even came in on a Saturday so I could pick up my car and I have to deal with it during Monday morning traffic.

Caliber Collision in North Charleston is hands down the best auto body shop in all of Charleston. The office staff is by far the kindest and most professional people I have ever worked with. They deserve a 10 star review. When you speak with the office staff it is like a breath of fresh air! I had no doubt in my mind that they wanted the best service for me and my car. They finished promptly and I have no complaints with the repairs. For whatever reason my car insurance was a complete nightmare to deal with on this claim, but Ann and Rachel (I hope I m not forgetting anyone) were so kind and helpful! Only thing I can say is that I wish I met them sooner. 1st timer here. Customer service we great, they were attentive. My wait to repair took over 3weeks. Pretty lengthy Time. But I believe it's going to get done right.

John and Rachel were amazing! Rachel was thee most pleasant person I've ever spoken with over the phone and in-person. John was very professional and courteous. He always kept me update on the status of my vehicle and even had it washed and cleaned prior to returning it back to me. Ann Badger is amazing!! she deserves 10+ stars!!!!Super Friendly with Happy Personality!! She was very helpful with everything!! She kept me very informed about my truck progress. Everything from beginning to end was smooth. Ann and Rachel were awesome. I was kept informed on my vehicle's progress. And they actually finished the job sooner than projected. I would definitely recommend this particular caliber collision. Oh and let me add they cleaned the car inside and out and Onyx looks brand new!!

They repair my car after a collision and was the best experience ever!, nice people , helpful , the replace rental car was waiting for me after leave my car in the shop , then my car was like a new , I m happy and I highly recommend the service ! Thanks so much

Could not have gone worse. Had a wrecked car from a woman running a red light and was rewarded with a disastrous attempt to fix the car. To list just a few mistakes, they told me my car was ready when it wasn t. I missed two days of work since I live out of town. They didn t replace the daylight and told me to get it fixed in Atlanta. After pick up I reported the engine did not sound nearly the same. They told me to get it fixed in Atlanta. Instead of reaching out and coordinating a pick up and rental, they made it my problem. Two months later I m still dealing with a car that can barely accelerate past 30mph. The Atlanta branch said it wouldn t blow up after admitting they did NO work to it. Two months later, I am forced to get a second opinion to prove to Caliber that something s wrong. Not one person reached out to offer help, or responded to my email (that included 5 reps) explaining my frustration and hesitancy to put a review online.

Great experience! The staff was very professional and eager to answer any questions I had about the process. They fixed my car in a timely manner and even cleaned it inside and out. The repair looks amazing and I am very happy with my experience. I hope I never need their services again, but would not hesitate to return for any future car repairs. 10/10 recommend!

Amazing customer service! They were able to get my car in earlier than the original appointment and even finished a few days earlier! The car came out looking better then when I turned it in! Awesome business and such a great customer service team!

Rachel is your initial contact, who sets the position experience at Caliber. What a pleasant and patient person! She knows her stuff and will assist you however she can. Rachel is courteous, efficient and helpful.Ann exudes similar qualities and oversaw my auto repairs. She completely explained insurance procedures, costs and Caliber s responsibilities. These two amazing co-workers, added to Calibers great body repair work and honored their expected completion timeline.All went smoothly without any surprises. Amazing service all around.. needed work done on my car after it was hit.. had insurance arrange repairs at caliber and I was picked up at the shop by enterprise to arrange my rental... and then I dropped the rental car off to the mechanic so I didn't have to jump around and use an uber to return the rental amd retrieve my car!!

Better hope the insurance of the at fault driver is accepted by them. They will also deny fixing your vehicle if your paying out of pocket. Declining business is new to me.

We were incredibly impressed with the high level of customer service and quality of work at Caliber Collision. Rachel and Chris were both available anytime for questions, and Chris kept us up to date with consistent text messages regarding status. He took great care in making sure the repair was done both timely and impeccably. The car was even ready earlier than we expected as due to the current high volume of work at local area auto repair shops this could have taken weeks. I called and spoke to four different shops before selecting Caliber. From the very first call speaking with Rachel I was impressed with her assistance and sincerity to provide help. This location came highly recommended from our dealership and we are grateful to have found them. We trust their service and their commitment to deliver excellent work on time. Three months ago I gave them my car to be repaired after being rear-ended. I got it back and was highly satisfied. Until today, three months later, when I opened the back hatch of my car and for once looked up at the hatch instead of focusing on putting the groceries in. The interior panel surrounding the window on the back hatch is out of place and cracked in two places. Next time I guess I need to go over the car with a fine tooth comb before I agree that the work has been done correctly.Service: Body & Trim

The staff was very nice from the warm greeting when you enter the door until they took possession of my keys to repair my vehicle. It was a very pleasant experience though it was not my first time there. I would recommend them to friends and family happily

I will do business with them again in a heartbeat. Hopefully, I will not need too! Night and day difference compared to the service I received from Baker Motor Company. I received constant updates and calls from Caliber, staff was very friendly and accomodating. They stayed on schedule which was a huge plus. Stay away from the overpriced and underwhelming customer service at Baker and use Caliber. You won't be disappointed.

I was given the number to Caliber Collision for a crash wrap after my sunroof exploded. I called this morning and unfortunately did not get the woman s name who answered the phone. I told her I was referred there for a crash wrap. She said that they did not have any technicians available today to do it. So I asked when the next available time was. She said, They sell crash wrap in stores, just do it yourself. Unbelievably poor customer service.
