When no one else gave me a chance, when no one would give me a car J.D Byrider looked out for me. I have to give a big shout out to Justin he was awesome, very nice and honest. Andrea was awesome as well, very nice and helpful. Crystal is awesome as well. I can honestly say these 3 made it happen for me today after going to 2 dealerships with no luck. These 3 beautiful people made a difference in my life today. All hands down if you looking for a vehicle this is the place to come and make sure you ask for Andrea or Justin and I'm sure with Crystals help you be riding like me! Thanks Guys!

First coming to JD Byrider was amazing and I was immediately approved my first time buying car join their credit building program and my credit boosted significantly. I am still a customer 2 1/2 years later and my second car and they have done me right every time Tara is an amazing associate she guided me through the process, let me know everything and truly made me feel safe with purchasing another great car through them. I recommend you come right to Miss Tara at JD Byrider for her to get you into a car!!

Shaun F was fantastic. He worked with me to get me a vehicle that fit my needs and budget. He went out of his way to work with me even when I was having issues securing insurance. My mom and brother bought a car there they were super sweet, helped them out with a car, and then the boom tragedy struck. Took back to the dealer to fix breaks and abs other things because it was messing up.. Clearly, they didn't fix them right they got in a wreck yesterday on September 30, 2020, and the breaks stop working... Also, last Tuesday, September 26 2020,They lost lug nuts and replaced them nuts, and that then wheel was super loose they had tightened the freaking lug nuts to drive off the lot, so it won't be wobbly..I wouldn't recommend buying a car there at all. Unless a person wants to deal with shady stuff after buying a car.

Best place to get a nice, gently used car. Great members that are well informed of their available cars. I worked with Rob and Audrea who were very patient and knowledgeable about making sure you drove away happy, and I am/was very picky about size, price, and type of the car I needed to leave with. Being a full time college student and a single mother, total cost and monthly payment was very important and they were able to meet my needs!

My wife called the payment services to try and work something out with our payment. We have made our payment on time or early since we got the car over a year ago. When she tried to explain why we need just one extra day to make our payment the lady CRYSTAL was so rude to her my wife was so upset. She told my wife, well thanks for making your payments before, but that s what you were supposed to do this isn t my problem . Like who even speaks to someone like that? That lady needs a new job because she is obviously miserable. My wife tried to explain to her that she was put on hold and was trying to get in touch with her and someone told her that Mrs crystal would call her back. All she was trying to do was let her know that she had left a message for her. Her response to this was well I ve been busy but you ve got me on the phone now so what is it EXCUSE ME? My wife was nothing but respect until she just hung up the phone because she was upset. Customer service is not their strong suit. I will never again buy a car from them.

Justin was my dealer today and he hooked me up with a nice 2012 Toyota RAV4 for a very good price. Test drove the car to the other side of the town and back and it was great all along the way with no hiccups. Justin even hooked me up with a few discounts and put in an extra effort to get me the suv that I wanted when I was first offered a 4 door sedan and 2 door coupe, he knew that I wanted something bigger because I m starting a family and have a kid otw. For this He ll forever have my thanks and gratitude. If you shop with JDByrider Justin is very much recommended!!!!!

The sales staff and service department are top notch! If you need anything, they are your one stop automotive stop. The automotive warranty is the best in the business! Getting into a vehicle is easy as 1, 2, 3 . $ 5 dollar oil changes????? Who can beat that????! No one!!!! Go see the awesome folks at JD Byrider today!

Staff was super friendly and willing to help me get into a car at first after that first approval everything else was a complete head ache they told me to come in we have you pre approved if you have no money down we will work with you and help build credit down payments 1500 and above i 3000 that's a great DP come on in I got there went thru all the paperwork these people wanted to put me in a 14 yr old car for 14,000 and wanted 5000 down total for the car everything was a lie except the credit building

My son bought a truck from them. It's been in their shop 3 times, last time for a month. Still not fixed actually its worse. Now he has NO BREAKS. Almost wrecked with my grandbabies in the truck. I'm hoping anyone that has bad dealings with these guys will contact me. They returned my sons vehicle in very bad and dangerous conditions and we will move forward legally. Plus they threatened to repo his truck if he didn't pay 1000 for work NEVER done. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS.. and then that's this...J.D. I came in desperate need of a car, and with the help from Tara, Bruce, JJ & Audrea.. they all were so amazing & nice & made the process so fast & easy for me and got me in the exact car that I wanted..
