But attire is by far the most friendliest and knowledgeable tire shop I ve ever been to. I ve always been intimidated by purchasing tires but Lola the owner made it seamless and made me feel very comfortable , their prices are incredible and you need anything for your car they will fix it go to budget tires ask for Lola she she greet you at your car with a friendly face and a smile they really make you feel at home. I found she s been in business for 35 years now this woman knows what she s doing. It doesn t take a vantage of anyone. She will find the right tire for you they also do full service brakes I found out and front in alignment. Clarence her son extremely knowledgeable and friendly gentleman.

I love this little shop. The owner and her sons and employees treat you with great respect and kindness, and they work hard to ensure you have the best in great customer service! They were fast, and knowledgeable, and I will continue to go there when I need my tires replaced.

Wow, what can I say about this place? I was a steady patron here 25+ years ago as I was just starting out driving and working on cars. Today I needed to change the tires on my old trailer so I decided to come back and give them a shot. Still the friendly service I remember and willing to help out. Fair prices if your on a budget and quick service!

Took a set of practically new tires (less than 500 miles Bridgestones) to get mounted and balanced. Charged me $250. On the way home vibration started at 65mph. Couldn t go back that day as it was 5pm on a Friday. Tried to stop by the following Tuesday but there were a lot of police around and no way to enter the lot. Finally made it back less than 2 weeks later and explained the problem. They would not check the tires for correct balance and told me it would be $30 per tire to make sure they were correctly balanced the right way the first time. This is my first review. I m not typically the one to post things but buyer beware. Extremely poor customer service. It would be different if I paid $100 for the original service.

My Experience here was phenomenal talk to Mrs Lola they had me in and out fast grate environment friendly staff I wouldn't take my vehicle anywhere else I would recommend anyone to go there best experience I have ever had at a tire shop Thank y'all soo much... I will see y'all again in the future

Go see Lola and her son if you want to be taken care of and charged a fair price. They're just moving into a new location but they're already making the neighborhood a more beautiful place.

Best service I've come across in Charleston, S.C. The 2 young gentlemen there don't just fix your tires. They come all the way out in the front soon as you park you car and genuinely greet you. They both with their boss go above and beyond to help you concerning your tire needs. So, I personally recommend their Tire Store to all who need tires for their cars. I give it a 10 + or 100 +

LOVE these folks! This is the 2nd time I've gotten a tire from them. In and out in half an hour, with a good used tire for my aging car - changed, mounted, balanced, etc. And even gave an extra discount - unasked - for Mother's Day.LOVE THEM!!!

Worst experience ever if I could ve give no stars I would. I honestly think that they purposely did something to my vehicle. My car was work perfectly prior to my visit, I only went there to get a new tire. They next day I started to have issues. MAJOR ISSUES . I ll never in life come here ever.

They worked me in right at 5:00 and even took one tire off and put another on just ensure I got the best tire available. All of this was done in a timely and respectful manner and for a price you can't beat.

Hard to find and bad service. I called days in advance and told them specifically what my problem was, drove 20 minutes to get there and rudely be told "I'm not messing with that." Don't waste your time, spend your money elsewhere that you can actually find and without a grumpy old man that should just retire already.

I have been going to budget tires for years. Never dissapointed in Lola or her team. I highly recommend using her for all of your tire needs and vehicle services.

Lola the manager said to come up and that I could get my car tire looked at and that they would still be open at 5:30 when I was getting there. I showed up at 5:31 and they where all closed leaving me with a flat

If I could put no stars I would! They put a 25inch tireon my car that takes 16 inches.... One tire! So my car has been leaning and rocking!!! They took a week to change to the right tire.... Poor service, poor quality and no empathy!

Quick, easy, inexpensive used tires. Great people. Recommend it if you are a used tires person. Used tires should only be considered if you can take the risk. If you can afford it, buy new. If not, come here !!

I just moved from Hawaii. If you like REAL people who are down to earth and put the customer at the center of their focus, get tires here. They are the absolute cheapest anyway!Mahalo Nui Loa for the fast and friendly service.PS the owner is Hawaiian, not Hispanic, despite the ignorant comment before me.

140 for two tires, balance and rear alignment. Can't beat that. Very nice people and very fast service. Definitely going to be a return Customer.

Everyone was very professional and easy to deal with.....I don't understand the other comments left by the other people. They are what they are, used tires......get over it. In this tough economy, they're the best kind of business to be in. I highly recommend them!!!

They quoted me $10 less than Gerald's but unfortunately ended up scratching both of my rims on the passenger side. The same scratch marks horizontal looks like my car was scraped up against something. I didn't call back or make it that big of a deal because you get what you pay for.
