I went to brakes for less n they got good service & they show me my brake pads& rotors so they ask me if I wanted to use the old hardware. & said no because it's a older car& I wanted everything brand new. So I enjoy them & will come back to get my car work on again

Y'all need to go here. Ezra is amazing with the utmost customer service. Definately with a smile and he seems to enjoy his job. Got brakes all the way around and the price was amazing. Will never go anywhere else again. Y'all have earned my business, just keep Ezra around, the man deserves a raise

I have used Brakes 4 Less twice now. I don't remember my last experience but today's was a great one! I had an appointment on a busy Friday before a big travel holiday weekend and the guy that checked me in and out was so friendly and professional. They didn't try to upsell me. It was very straight forward and reasonable. But the guy at the desk, I wish I got his name, was just a breath of fresh air compared to most experiences when dealing with car repair places.

The customer service I received at Brake for less was amazing. The guys working there are very knowledgeable, and honest. I appreciate level of service I received and will be definitely be returning for any break needs and would refer anyone here!!!

We got here an hour early, barely waited before they pulled my car back, they reviewed everything with me and helped me pick the best option for my car!I had both my children in tow and everybody here was respectful and sweet!It s so nice to drive without squealing! This was my first time coming to breaks 4 less and I will definitely be returning!

A small shop on the corner of Ashley Phosphate Rd. And Northwoods Blvd. The folks working both at the front counter and in the shop are pleasant to speak with, and very well spoken on what the pricing models are and what they include. They inspected my brakes for free, and were very up front with the results of the inspection, as well as making an adjustment on the price for the circumstance. In all, it's a nice little shop that will do ya right and keep a smile on the whole time. Thanks guys!

I went in disgusted about how West Ashley location handled my appointment but Ezra and his team really made my first experience with them at the Northwoods location much better! I appreciate the effort put into their customer service and making my day much better and turning my experience into an awesome one. Everything happens for a reason and I will be back to this location for my car maintenance needs.

Incredible service. Called at 2:30 on a Saturday afternoon and was out with new brakes and rotors ready for dinner before 5pm. Also everyone who worked there was open about the process and seemed to have fun fixing my car at 4pm in the afternoon. Pretty cool.

I scheduled a 10 am appointment to have my brakes serviced. Ezra gave me a detailed account of what services were needed as well as suggested by inviting me into the shop to explain and physically show me!! Diane was friendly and courteous as well and I definitely would recommend anyone to this location. Top notch service and extremely customer service oriented. 5 stars!!!!

Unlike other brake places, I was actually shown what was wrong with my brakes on my car and was given more than one option without prompting so I could stay in my budget. I felt respected as a customer and got great customer service. I d recommend this location to anyone.

Great customer service by Ezra at the front desk . Very comfortable setting. Quick and efficient service by everyone else in the back. Wouldn t suggest going any other place if you need brake work done! Management was great and very helpful.

Great service! Was worried about the cost, but with their 6 months, same as cash I was able to cover the difference. Most reasonable prices in town. Definitely recommend!

Needed new brakes and took my car to Brakes for less and got 4 new brake pads and 4 new roaters for the same price I was quoted for two somewhere else. Fast service and everyone was so kind and helpful and honest. Recommend for the girlies who get lied too all the time about what they need for their car.

Thank you to the whole team over here at the bakes for less. The service was great and everyone was very friendly and pleasant. The manager came and asked if me or any of the ladies in the shop need water or anything. I was informed on the wait time. I have been to may other shop that kept me waiting just gave the most unprofessional customer service ever. Not here at brake for less thank you to the whole to for the outstanding service and a job will done

10/10 would recommend. They are willing to take the time and explain all of your options and let you make an educated decision without feeling any sales pressure. Very knowledge, personable, and professional. Will be back for any brake needs in future.

I went this morning for my rear wheel bearing. They showed me the problems my car has for FREE. I was told I needed front brakes and of course rear wheel bearing. I took my car in around 10am and my car was done by noon today 4-3-24. Also, they got me financing with 6months interest free. I highly recommend them.

BEWARE - RIP OFF ALERT!!!The package they advertise is not what you get. Rear brakes only cost almost $500. They charged $300 for two rear drums that are $37 each at all auto parts stores. They quoted almost $900 to do a 2015 jeep patriot with simple brakes. Next time going to Gerald s in Charleston!

When it comes to a woman they are a ripoff!!! My daughter drives a 2012 hyundai and for a back brake job I paid 511..oo for pads and rotors!! I drive a bmw and her brake job was more than mine for pads and rotors!!!

Update: On July 10, Brakes4Less agreed to replace the rusted rotors (see photos)AWFUL!! We paid nearly $900 for new rotors and brake pads. BADLY RUSTED rotors were placed on our car - this is NOT top quality parts, nor is it top quality service as advertised! To make matters worse, Brakes4Less is refusing to replace the rotors with the NEW QUALITY parts. This is FALSE advertising and unethical!

I set an appointment online and showed up 30 minutes early and they were ahead of schedule. They were so patient with me and explain everything very thoroughly and actually replace my rotors and my brake pads very quickly I highly recommend!

Leaving negative reviews is not something I enjoy, especially considering my positive past experiences at Brakes 4 Less. However, for the benefit of others, I find it necessary to share my recent experience. I brought my car to the Brakes 4 Less on Northwoods Blvd in North Charleston due to concerns about a low pedal and inadequate stopping. Initially, I had planned to opt for the $299.00 brake job.After leaving my car and receiving a post-inspection call, I was informed that there were contaminants in my brake fluid. The proposed solution involved replacing pads, rotors, calipers, and the master cylinder, amounting to a staggering $2400. This was significantly beyond my budget, so I declined. The service representative warned me about potential system failure and the risk of putting my foot through the floorboard while attempting to stop. Despite these warnings, I decided against the extensive repairs.I was already planning to head to North Carolina to pick up a family member, and, conveniently, my wife's family owns a tire store so I got a second opinion. Their brake specialist found no contaminants but flushed the system as a precaution, recommending only rear brake pads, which he promptly replaced. Notably, he mentioned that even if there were contaminants, he would have opted for a system flush rather than recommending unnecessary part replacements.I am genuinely appalled and find it disheartening that there was an attempt to exploit the situation with a $2400 estimate for work that may not have been essential. Such practices are, in my opinion, shameful and undermine the trust customers place in service providers. A more transparent and honest assessment of the situation would have been greatly appreciated.I am not telling people to use brakes 4 less but if they start coming with the off the wall stuff seek 2nd opinion.
