When my mom s car started dragging a piece from the undercarriage, we were so fortunate that a lovely gentleman happened to be there on a day that they were normally closed and was so kind as to take her information personally. We felt so much better leaving the car in good hands rather than parking it, and putting the keys in the dropbox without speaking to someone. Monday morning they called with an estimate that was very fair including doing a few extra things to get my moms car in good shape for an upcoming road trip. Truly, excellent price, quick, courteous service and they went the extra mile assisting us on a Sunday when they were closed, highly recommend!!!!

My opinion is by far the most trusted Auto Service in the Charleston area! There is no need to take my word. Called four other shops in the area; this was the only shop to answer. They were able to see me the same day as well as communicated with me every step of the way. I definitely recommend them.

We took our 2019 Ford Fusion here with 50,000 some miles on it back in April due to some frequent sputtering. The mechanic and worker at the desk was very nice and told me exactly what they thought it was. They were honest and suggested I took it to Ford as it would be covered under factory warranty. It took several months and a lot of money but Ford eventually admitted to the REAL issue and replaced the Torque Converter and Transmission. B&N Auto was affordable and correct from the beginning! Thank you for being so easy to deal with!

This is THE BEST place to go for Auto service hands down anywhere. All of the staff are very friendly. They are also the most affordable option for auto service I've ever found. Because of their popularity you have to wait a little while for your vehicle to be fixed sometimes but it's absolutely worth the wait.

They did a great job! Replaced my driver side bearing and the tie rods n cv axles on both sides. It literally rides like a new car now. Be flexible about time tho bc they weren't happy with a part n had to order another. I live close by so they dropped me n picked me up in my car which helped a lot!

I would recommend B&N to anyone looking for straightforward, quick service to their vehicle. I recently needed to have the clutch replaced in my car. I called several places around town for quotes, and B&N quoted me several hundred dollars less than every other place I contacted. They got me on the schedule immediately and the work was finished THE SAME DAY. Replacing a clutch requires at least 6-7 hours of labor so I was not expecting them to finish it so quickly! They also noticed one of my battery cables was rusted through and offered to replace it for a reasonable price with no extra labor charge. I was very impressed with my entire experience at B&N and will be returning anytime I need auto work done, and will recommend them to everyone!

After a nearby oil and lube place misdiagnosed what was wrong with my car and charged a lot of money for repairs I didn't need, only to tell me my engine was shot, I took it here for a second opinion after reading all the good reviews. I was immediately assisted by a very knowledgable mechanic who said all I needed was a water pump. They fixed it fast and for a great price. Everyone was exceedingly friendly and professional. I could not be more pleased with my experience and will come here for all my future repair needs.Service: General repairs & maintenance

These guys are great. They are always helpful and honest. We came in a few months ago with AC issues. They told us the compressor was slowly failing but we could wait to replace it. We waited and were able to save for the repair. Some places would just change it without sharing that important information. Even now they are quick to adjust the compressor belts when needed and just make sure the AC works as promised. I would highly recommend them.

The best place for full service. I don't think there's anything that can't do. I've been bringing my vehicles here for 25 years. Ron Hayes is a wonderful person. And his sidekick, Charlie is one of the smartest mechanics I've ever met

One of the best auto repair shops I've ever been associated with. They are professional, reasonable with their prices and they get the job done when they say they're going to get it done and sometimes earlier. Never have they advised me to do something that was not needed. I highly recommend this company. I assure you that you will not be disappointed.

They did a great job on my car, and fixed what the previous mechanic had screwed up. They were fairly fast, and and it actually came to less than they had estimated, which almost never happens, in my experience. I really appreciated that they explained things well, and seemed straightforward and honest.

Everyone is very nice. They keep you in the loop with repair timelines and you know exactly what you will be paying, down to the penny. No surprise charges. Also, they do excellent work! I highly recommend!

I had worked there for 15 years. Honest people with great service !!!The owner spent many hours schooling me in auto repairs. I could say I definitely tried his patience. Nothing but the best in service.

Have dealt with Ronnie, Kim and LInda for almost two years. As a manager of a used car dealership (who actually wanted cars done right) they were exceptional , experienced in nearly all makes and models and fairly priced. I then started having all my personal vehicle maintenance and repairs done there, including my wife and daughters' vehicles. They have never let me down and are my "go-to" for all vehicle needs.You want it done right at a fair price? Call them.

I live very close by this auto shop and have used them for years now. They are a great honest family owned company. I trust them and know they will not price gouge me or tell me things are wrong that aren t just to get more money from us. Always recommend them when someone I know is looking for a mechanic. 10 if I could!

Going thru some difficult times. I went their for a battery and my car was overheating. They sold me what I needed with out getting extra stuff. I feel very satisfied with their service. I happy I didn't had to spend a arm and leg. Great Christian people! Thank you so much!

Have to say had been looking for a car for a long time. By chance drove in and looked at some of his vehicles and was amazed at his honesty on the problems with them and his pricing. The crew here are some of the best I have dealt with. They told the truth instead of like many other dealers on that road raise the price of the vehicle over the fair market value of the vehicles according to the problems they know is wrong with them. I really enjoyed working with them and will continue with them as long as I live in charleston, even if I have to drive a hour to get to them for maintenace.

Today is October 27,2015. This is the 2nd time I have had the absolute pleasure of dealing with this company.I am convinced that these guys are the most professional,and honest folks in the greater Charleston area offering automobile service.I went to this shop this morning and they were very prompt in addressing my issue, made the necessary repairs within an hour,and saved me over 375.00 over what I had been quoted elsewhere.There is no question where I will go for all future service and repairs, great job B and N. Thank you!!
