So grateful this Autozone is close to where I live. I went there two times so far and both times I had great experiences, with Sheryl first and with Marco this morning. Both very kind and helpful.

Came here to purchase a new battery since mine kept dying at the worst times possible. The new cars today aren t like the old ones where the employees can help you switch it out at the store but Cheryl guided me toward a mechanic right down the street who was able to install it for me asap and for so cheap! She called him up and let him know I was on the way and made me feel a whole lot better about the situation. It was reassuring to know he knew I was coming instead of just blindly hoping he d be able to squeeze me in at nearly 4 pm on a week day.Her attitude and demeanor is always very pleasant. She s helped my boyfriend out with spark plugs and wiper blades in the past and was a pleasure to deal with back then as well. AutoZone is my go to spot for anything I need for my car when I plan to do anything to my car myself. Their prices are always reasonable and their staff is always ready and happy to help. I never feel like a burden here and this location is my absolute favorite. Thank you Cheryl for helping me out with my battery and for hooking me up with a reliable mechanic! It s always nice to have a number to a good shop saved in the phone for unexpected car troubles.Love AutoZone! :)

Cheryl was so delightful and helpful. We were attempting to spruce up a 2000 Chevy truck from a friend. She was so attentive.Cheryl even put the wiper blades on for us. When I have an automotive need, I plan to visit her.

if I could give them a half star I would. been here 2 days ago for oil change items. come to find out the filter they gave me was wrong. took it bk and they didn't have it. refund it but kept some of my money n told me another autozone had it went to another autozone n yes what they didn't have it either. I'm never going back.

People are nice. In & Out if they don t have a part they can order it or refer you to another business that has it even if it s not Auto Zone

Just left, awful customer service and attitude. Went looking for a fuel pressure switch for my boyfriends truck. The parts sales manager there was rude and had a huge attitude. The first part she saw said call the dealer and she just threw her hands up and said all of them are going to say that you need to go to the dealership. My boyfriend had a part pulled up on his phone and went to ask her if that part was what she was looking at. The part on his phone said exactly what we needed and the part number. She proceeded to grab the phone and look, then THROW his brand new $1400 phone down on the counter and started yelling that she just doesn t understand and doesn t know what to tell us. We proceeded to just walk away. I would not suggest going here unless you need wiper fluid or an air freshener.

The manager of this place was very rude. Was not friendly. His position has gone to his head. Great accomplishment dude seriously!

Can t find any employees to help with return. walked around the store for almost five minutes trying to track down someone who worked there

We went here once a few months back and it was alright. No one wanted to actually help us. We were the only two in the store, and the employees were just standing up front listening to music and talking on their personal phones. We had to go up and ask multiples times about items, etc. Then they also told us after purchasing they don't anything to your car to help. Even from a simple oil change to windshield wipers. Not what I was expecting at all.
