They re pretty good at being timely on repairs as long as the truck is down. If you re working that day it s next to impossible to get them to come fix anything.

I took my work truck to this shop because my maintenance company recommended them.I gotta say, I am surprised & impressed. They did good work.The reason I am so surprised is because when I dropped my truck off, there was nobody there and the place looked like it hadn't been open for a long time. It looked really run down.I talked to the owner by phone and told her what I needed. They go it done. Sometimes looks can be deceiving.

A few weeks ago my truck broke down in Charleston. I called Advanced Maintenance and they sent someone right out. Douglas was very professional and knowledgeable. He quickly found the problem and got me back rolling.

RIPOFF ROAD SERVICE , DO NOT EVER CALL THIS GUYS , GONNA SUCK UR BLOOD , THEY DON'T EVEN HAVE COMPUTER FOR DIAGNOSTICS , ONLY TOOL BOX LIKE IN 1980 AND THEY WILL SHOW UP AND THEY WILL NOT GONNA KNOW TO FIX THE PROBLEM AND WILL ASK YOU FOR 600$ OF FEE AND OTHER BS ! AVOID THIS GUYS
