Came to get an oil change and was charged but oil was not changed. Car never moved. Only changed the date for the next oil change sticker.

They are short staffed, and my car hasn't been brought back here yet.They close at 7, so I know I will be here until at least then. Thank you, Jen, ( my sis in law,) for coming to get me!

Called today on a Sunday and needed 4 new tires. Two of mine were shredded and about to blow. They had the tires I needed and got me in there and completed in less than an hour. Thank you so much the tire crew much appreciation for yall Service: TiresService: Tires

Everyone there was very helpful. They didn't have the right fluids I needed for my car but told me what to get and where to go. I got the fluids and didn't have anyone to help me. I went back and the manager was very kind. He helped me to make sure the fluids were put in correctly. You can tell a quality run department and that starts at the top with the proper management. All of his employees were just as kind and efficient. Thank you.

I've been here twice now, once for a tire rotation&balance and once for an oil change and have been satisfied with my wait time and service. Usually a bit of a wait to drop your car off as there is typically only one person at the desk but they have several technicians on duty so the cars get through at a good pace. Staff in this department have also been polite. I will come back to this Wal-Mart specifically for future oil changes and tire rotations.Service: Oil change

Customer service friendly and helpful. Persons appeared to be knowledgeable and didn't leave off any parts. This particular Walmart will be my go to for my auto care needs.

Arrived early to have oil change and tires rotated. They completed the service in about 45 minutes. I was text when my vehicle was done. I saved approximately $50 compared to Jiffy Lube

Quick friendly and affordable service. Cant find a cheaper oil change any where else in town. You can drop your car off while you shop or look around in the store and get a text soon as its done.

My daughter goes to school in Augusta, she called because her car was cranking slow, I said the battery is probably about to go. She got a new battery installed here, it took them 3 hours with 2 oil changes in front of her. they broke the negative battery terminal, overtightened it (I could see in pic she sent) and the radio doesn't work now, probably blew a fuse somehow but I won't know until I get a chance to look at it. I should have made the 3 hour drive and did it myself.

Walked around the store 2 hours just to go check out and be told they were out of the oil filter. They also said they couldn't rotate the tires because a hub cap was missing. A courtesy call would have been nice or check your inventory as you check people in. I'm giving two stars because they did at least do the courtesy vacuum and they are polite, but courtesy call and my morning wasted not cool.

Went in for two tires and asked for my old ones back. They accidentally threw them away and we're going to retrieve them. Manager did eventually replace the tire. Also they do not answer their phone. Had to call another department to walk over there and get them.

The problem comes with the service of my car 2019 Chevy sonic. Before getting the service done my alignment/streeing was never a problem. I drove off the lot and my steering was off. At times I have to do a full circle to make a short turn. Never had this happen before. I called to speak with a tech (Tyrone) about the problem and he was very combative and argumentative. I couldn't get a word out before being interrupted. I am suppose to receive a call from lost prevention, but I doubt it. I will never return. Do not get an oil change from here. I will be going back to Chevy.Service: Oil change

Got there just after they opened. They had to get me new tires and an oil change. They told it'd be an hour. They had it completed within 30 minutes. Great work on my car and employees were great.

ANSWER THE PHONE! I don t know why they even have a phone number. You can call all day and no one answers. Go inside and someone is always at the desk. Horrible customer service without even talking to someone

Nice desk people but the service guys broke my door check and didn't tell me.Tried to tell me I only had 3 lug nut covers at pick up time until I pointed to my 4th one on the floor 6months later: I reported the incident to customer service n was told I would get an email...never heard a thing...

If you're straightforward and clear about what you need or want then they will give you a straightforward answer. As for their phone services, don't bother calling because the phone will just ring and ring. Its better to just go down there.

I would leave zero stars, come in for a loose tire change was told at 5:40 they where closing, they're still open till 7pm, by one manager. had to get another manager to get the service done cause they're Not cooperating.They did not give me any options for the tire and did not tell me the the full price before doing the service. After the tire was installed they gave me a higher price than quoted and when I complained about it they asked if I wanted the tire removed. They were rude, unprofessional, and deceitful through the whole process.

Got here at 7a for an oil change. Nobody was there. I asked around and was told there were two workers. Neither one had made it to work. Had to go to another place.

I would not recommend using them they don t check anything just change your oil not putting correct amount oil and they don t top any fluids off you will have a disabled vehicle fooling with themService: Oil changeService: Oil change

Very efficient. I went in for a tire and oil change. I was out of there in about and hour. They even fixed the rubber seal on my door that was coming off without me asking.

Never use walmart tire and lube. First we got a oil change and they stripped the bolt and they had to pay to get tire kingdom to fix it. Than we got new tires on the car haven't thought much about it and about 8 months later we had to get the axle replaced ($550 fix) on the car that was only a few years old, and while the shop was looking at the car they discovered that one of the tires that walmart installed was the wrong size wich would cause problems with the axle and could cause problems with the transmission but we won't know about that for awhile. So I called walmart and the lady at the auto department told me that wrong size tires would not cause any problems with the car (wich is FALSE) and told me she wouldn't file a complaint because it wouldn't cause damage and the car was already in the shop getting fixed. I've called corporate and they agreed that it would cause damage and they will look into it and get back to me in a few days so we will see how that goes. In the end I'm out of about $700 becouse of their mistake and could be out a few thousand if the transmission is damaged.

The tech Harold couldn't understand the difference in a bad slipped belt and a tire needing a balance. He called me back to the shop I tried to explain the tire was vibrating became the belt in the tire had broken. He acted like he couldn't understand 2 different men in line started agreeing with me verbally and he still didn't get it. When I got my car back it wouldn't start, the battery had moved . When I got the car it won't turn good I had to fight it to keep it in control. I took it back twice, as I attempted to turn into a park the A frame of the car broke.I was standing at that counter February 19 2017 and saw someone drop someone's SUV got in it and took off to a park like he was on the drag strip.I know not to let them change my oil because they left the oil out of some ones car and tore up the car.They tear up your car changing oil and they tear up a car replacing a tire North Augusta Walmart don't need car repair shop more specifically they need good techs if they have one.I feel my car was damaged on purpose because the tech is ignorant and maybe embarrassed when other customers tried to help explain the vibrating tire belt.

They do as good of a job as anyone when it comes to an oil change and at a lower price but a few times they have not had the oil necessary to do the job forcing me to go somewhere else.

They were friendly, quick, personable and professional while doing my full synthetic oil change today. I highly recommend going here for oil changes.
