Brought my 2020 F150 by N. Augusta Customs to have a Line-X spray-in bed liner installed. Great quality, great customer service! Only took a couple of hours to complete the job! Highly recommend them for truck modifications!

This is my second time having work done by North Augusta Customs. I first came here a couple of years ago to get a front end level kit, spray in bed liner, and toolbox installed in the back. They did a phenomenal job and were finished before the end of the day. Fast forward to today, I go in to ask about an issue with one of the hydraulics on my toolbox. I also was interested in a bed cover. Not only did they fix the hydraulic on the toolbox for free, but they got me out of there with a new bed cover in under an hour. The guys were great with giving me their honest opinions on the different covers and I m confident and happy with my choice. I ll be bringing all of my vehicles here from now on for any custom work I need done, and you should too!

Had my Katzins interior done! Check in was easy, they fully inspected the car before hand and had me sign off on it. It was done the same day and came out great. (Side note, working with Katzins wasn t great, they ordered the wrong covers for my car, very pushy sales and it s like once you buy it s hard to get in contact with them, no fault of North Augusta Customs. They were great!!!)

Had 3 lift kit installed on my FJ Cruiser. These guys did a great job and without breaking the bank ! The work was done right and within the time frame quoted. Friendly staff! Highly recommend!

I purchased a bed cover for my 2021 Ford f150. I paid for a matching color. The colors don't match but I've been trying to get some assistance from North Augusta but I get no reply. I would not recommend them their customer service is terrible

I recently had ceramic tint installed on my front windows along with a windshield strip at North Augusta Customs.I was very pleased with the ease of setting up an appointment as well as the professional and efficient service they provided. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs their windows tinted.

I have had several of my vehicles upgraded here. Roof rack, lift kit, step bars, tonneau cover, all professionally installed. They treat my autos as if they were theirs. Fair pricing and fast turnaround.

I want to thank Geddings Jhant and Bryson Clark for a job well done. I had taken my Escalade to have a leveling kit installed and my windows tinted. Geddings discussed my options, we made a plan, and the work has been completed. I strongly endorse these gentlemen and North Augusta Customs. A wonderful place to do business.

THESE GUYS REALLY KNOW THEIR STUFF, I WANTED AN OLD SCHOOL LOOK WITH A NEW SCHOOL FLAVOR AND "NAC" CAME THROUGH FOR ME. BRYSON, GAVE ME A GREAT SUGGESTION FOR THE FRONT BUMPER LIGHTS AND GEDDINGS GAVE ME AND AWESOME "BA" SUGGESTION FOR THE REAR BUMPER THAT I ORDERED AND LIGHTS ALSO. I CAN'T WAIT UNTIL THEY BOTH COMEIN, VERY HAPPY WITH THEIR WORK AND DEFINITELY BRINGING MY TRUCK NEEDS TO THEM ALL THE WAY FROM SOUTH CAROLINA.

Great staff, easy to find, lots of products offered at fair prices. We had some truck windows tinted and they did a fantastic job, plus offer lifetime warranty on the 3M tint. I would recommend them to anyone.

I called NAC round 9:30ish and spoke to Brison about a spray in bed liner, he explained the three tiers they offered and what to expect from them. So I got the mid grade liner from LineX. I showed up round 10:20ish they took my truck right back to the spray bay. When I got my truck back I was like holy s it looked better than a factory spray in liner. They took the time to do it right, removed bed bolts, taped off around bed for that clean cut line look.To top off my experience with NAC I decided to get a new toolbox as well.Thanks Team NAC for a great experience!!! Will return!!

Great customer support and quality work. They had some issues with their equipment, but stayed well after closing to ensure my truck was finished so I could stay on schedule for an out of town trip. Hard to find costumer appreciation that good today. The bed looks better than I expected. Worth the trip to North Augusta to visit these guys.

I am very disappointed by the service I was provided by this company. I was referred to this business by a good friend who I purchased a car from and when I was finally contacted called by someone named Amanda I scheduled an appointment for the following week and I was even told they could pick up my car. My appointment day and time came and went without anyone reaching out not even to say they needed to reschedule because of whatever reason. I will be using the tinting company I always use now because this is absolutely unacceptable.

They were very helpful here. I was looking for Electric brakes installed on my truck. To pull a camperThey showed me a plug that would hook to my cellphone and work the electrical brake on the trail. I liked the product and price but am computer and cell phone handicap so, I opted to go with the standard setup It was cheaper and harder to steal as the phone bluetooth device plugged into the plug outside the truck.

Absolutely professional place. I had a bedliner installed (spray on) and they stuck to their word on time and price. Met the owner really good guy and onsite. I would recommend using them for all your custom needs. Thank you for the excellent service.

I am very happy with the quality of work and the level of professionalism provided by N.A. Customs. I had a Tri-fold bed cover, leveling kit and window tinting done to my truck and I am 100% satisfied with their work.

Rude - use foul language for no reason. Not knowledgeable about different types of tires and will try to belittle you when you call them out of their lack of knowledge. Way overpriced - you can get the same product and service for 40% less elsewhere. Please save yourself the time and energy and go elsewhere.

Friendly staff without a doubt. I spent quite a bit of money with these guys and had to wait a lot longer than I should have to get my truck back. Multiple orders of receiving damaged side steps which wasn t their fault...but they had my truck for a long time and after receiving it, there were numerous things that were done wrong and it was simply because they didn t listen. Upon returning home I found a sizable scratch on my truck that wasn t there prior, along with lights that were not wired in the way I requested. I later had my truck ceramicoated by another company and they corrected the scratch and I re-wired the lights the way I asked them to originally so not much harm caused. I ve since found non-matching hardware used along with touch up paint used on powder coated parts, it just kinda gives me a sour taste for the business especially knowing what I spent and having had told them my plans to do more work with them. I just feel that given the length of time they kept my truck, it should ve been flawless.Not an angry review at all, these guys are as friendly as they come...I just feel like they may have a tech that doesn t listen or perhaps doesn t have a lot of pride in his workmanship.

Revising. Had an issue with a dealer truck that had been done here last year but decided to go in person and have some work done.Completely different impression of them after doing so. They did everything they said they would, answered all questions, get everything the way it should be and there wasn't any BS. The staff was nice, attentive and professional. I would recommend them for sure.

Friendly staff. I just did not have a good experience. Scheduled spray liner, level, bed cover, and wheel well liners. Picked it up and later that day and the wheel well liners were the only thing installed. They could not find the wheel lock key in the glove box and the cover wasn t in yet. My fault, I should have removed them before I went. Re-scheduled to have the rest of the work done and I even removed the wheel locks. Picked up and the bed was sprayed. Nothing else. We scheduled in advance for everything to be done and the cover was suppose to be there and it wasn t. Its just frustrating because I have to make plans each time to drop it off to have work done on it since it is my daily driver. Canceled the cover and level that I had planned. The work that was done was good and if you have to have line-x they are your only option in the area. Just plan for multiple trips and make sure to iron every detail out before you go. Trying ROC And Design in Aiken out for level and cover.

We have ordered a couple if services through this business and were completely satisfied. We had Line-X put on a 2003 Dodge Ram and orders a toolbox. They did a great job on the bed liner and even installed the toolbox. Will definitely be back for future business!

Make sure you know how North Augusta Customs is supposed to install the equipment on your truck. Because if you don't tell them, and they install it incorrectly, they suddenly become experts and explain why doing it other than by the manufacturers instructions is perfectly fine.

Had them do a Line-X bedliner on my truck. Good job on the liner itself, but it seems that the proper precautionary masking wasn't done to my truck. Upon receiving the truck I found some pretty heavy overspray on the corner of my cab. I was able to remove most of it, but there should be none according to the pride that Line-X takes in their work as a company. There was also one spot where a little too much liner was sprayed on the bed and it bubbled up. Being that this is the only Line-X dealer in the area, I will use them again. I just wish they would've done a little better job at masking off my truck. I dropped off my truck after hours and was initially told that it would be ready for pickup the next day. At the end of the business day the next day, I called only to find out that it hadn't been done for whatever reason. However, they offered to stay after hours to work to get my truck done on time, which I find outstanding. Overall, I'd still recommend them. Great customer service.

I had my truck bed liner sprayed and had a bed cover installed. Installation was on time and workmanship was excellent. Inside sales was knowledgeable and helpful. I will definitely go back!
