Bought a vehicle here a few weeks ago from out of state. The price was great and the owners did a fantastic job of sending me detailed photos and videos of the car before I made the long trip to check it out. Upon arrival the vehicle was exactly as they had described. I couldn t be happier with my purchase. The owners were super easy todeal with and kind- one of the best car buying experiences I ve had. Keep it up!

It is really hard to believe that this dealership swindled me. He sold me a car that engine light came on after driving less than 200 miles. PLEASE BEWARE!!! Don't go here and make the same mistake of going through what I am experiencing. He talk very well so I commend of that but he lies and everyone reading these reviews should know. (People forget the power of social media so this will definitely be posted on all social platforms including making sure it shared to spread awareness to companies who operate in this manner. I expected more of you sir.

***RATING CHANGED WHEN UPDATED***Overall a good place to buy quick and decent cars.Robbie was outstanding in letting me test drive two cars to see which was best. I ended up purchasing a 2013 GMC Terrain. it has some issues but I plan to keep you all updated on things as I repair them so you can truly see this guy is reasonable and reliable when purchasing a vehicle in your appropriate price range.Purchased 12/3/23 - Has a slight vibration in each gear, bad in reverse. Also, in reverse it seems to have a power surge and at idle. Looks like it may have possible oil leak (due to oil spillage in motor bay), Headlights have some years on them, 3 open recalls. Tire pressure system keeps going on and off, CV Axles click.12/5/23 - Installed a new battery due to the one in car being old.12/12/23 - All 3 GMC recalls fixed (new catalytic converter, and new oxygen sensors) but, vibration and power surge still there.12/15/23 - Confirmed alternator is bad, should be replacing soon.1/5/24 - replaced CV Axles. Still needs new alternator, an oil change (to confirm oil leak) and alignment.1/24/24 - Put in new alternator and oil change. There is no leak. Confirmed electric issue with car causing power surge.2/26/24 - wiring issues are worse, car misfiring at idle.3/31/24 - transmission went out at 138K miles.

If you're looking for a quality vehicle and an easy buying experience, go see Karson and Robbie at Buchanan's! I came on the the lot looking for a sedan, but also mentioned I was open to a SUV. Karson asked me if we'd like to look at this Jeep Commander and said it looked brand new inside, and she was right! We took it for a test drive and fell in love. The car was a great price and they were a pleasure to work with, from start to finish.To the person who commented below regarding the Georgia TAVT tax, as a prospective car buyer we educated ourselves with the process prior to looking out of state. That being said, all car buyers should so that when looking out of state at vehicles. But, as soon as Karson realized we were in Georgia she was fully transparent about the taxes and even looked up the estimate for us. I can honestly say it was a stress-free experience from beginning to end and would recommend them to anyone.

Really great experience in every regard. Robbie and Kelsey were tremendous to work with. As out of state purchasers, they earned our trust and gave us confidence to drive the 650 miles from Pennsylvania to purchase a vehicle from them. They represented the vehicle correctly, and when requested even provides a video walk through. Just a tremendous experience with these folks. Would drive 650 again just to do business with these folks. They have earned our trust. Thank you.

Do not buy a car, or truck for this place. The owner is a great salesman but his vehicles are not worth the time or money. His vehicles have hidden major issues. Bought a truck a few days ago and it s already in the shop. When selling the vehicle the salesman told us that he had changed the oil, he do all the mechanical work on his vehicles, and the truck was good purchase. It was one of the best vehicles on the lot. The funny thing about him changing the oil is the truck had an oil leak. Had he changed the oil like he stated, he would have seen the oil leak. So he either saw the oil leak and chose not to disclose it or he didn t change the oil like he stated. The owner did state to let him know if we had any issues, he was informed about the issues after we had to have the truck towed to a shop. The first thing out of his mouth when he was told was we weren t getting any money back . We didn t ask for any money back.We asked him was he going to help us. Once he made that statement we shut down. The part that is needed to fix the leak is going to cost us over a thousand dollars plus towing fees. So what is a $600 discount when we have encountered towing fees, parts, and mechanic fees within a 5 day time frame from the date of purchase. Emotions do play a part when you have been swindled out of your money for what you thought was a good purchase.

The car I purchased was a fair deal and was represented correctly. My issue is with the paperwork. This was the first time I have purchased a vehicle from a dealer and the taxes were not included in the deal. I negotiated an OTD (out the door) price, which should include any & all fees. Several times I was told that I would only have to pay the title & registration fee at my local tag office...never any mention of the taxes. Imagine my surprise when I went to register my dealer purchased vehicle and the taxes were not paid. I would certainly not recommend anyone doing business here.

I was very pleased working with Kelsey. I ve looked for several months for a vehicle for my daughter and I ve had several salespeople be very short and no help at all from other places. Kelsey answered all my questions and provided what I asked for. When we went to look at truck Kelsey was busy with another customer and Robbie stepped in and helped where needed! My daughter loves her Ford Ranger!! Thank you, Kelsey and Robbie!!

We purchased two suvs back in February of this year and they both are not working. I was furious because my car would just cut off in the road and I was told to give time to slow down from income taxes but the vehicle never had repairs. Also my husband vehicle motor locked down while we was one hour away from home . Very unprofessional taking people money and selling dangerous vehicles.
