My battery practically died on me the other night. I literally was by myself and I had to call roadside service and they took forever. I finally got a family member to come and give me a boost. I call the Advance Auto on Edgefield Rd and was told that they do not install batteries after dark. This made me not to want to shop at Advance Auto again. However, I ended up going to Georgia Avenue and was approached by Glenn and Chris. They were so passionate about their jobs and so willing to help me. I felt so relieved. They assured me that they would take care of me and that I was safe and everything would be fine. These two gentlemen deserve of some type of award for the immaculate customer service they gave. I will forever be grateful and continue to shop at this location due to the immaculate customer service. Great Job guys

The store on Georgia Avenue in North Augusta is the best! The employees there are willing to take the time to explain anything I need them to and I've never had to wait even 20 minutes for a pickup order to be ready. These guys really go several extra miles to help you when you need it! .

Friendly staff, great service. If they don't have an item in stocks or at their others stores, they'll try to send you somewhere that the items you need may be. Advance Auto is my 1st go to place..... always!!!

The General Manager Glen took outstanding care of me and provided solutions to the battery issues were were having. This is now officially my go to parts store.

If this is the one in North Augusta then I replaced one the their HVAC systems. If it's the one in Aiken, then I stopped by to pick up a system that had been changed out by on of my coworkers.

Glen was fantastic. My car started becoming sluggish to crank and seemed to be losing power. I'm no mechanic but pretty mechanically inclined so it was EXTREMELY nice to not be treated like I had No clue what was going on because Im a female. As suspected the battery was failing. He helped me make the best choice and installed it. Very professional and courteous ! Service like this is why I will continue to use this specific store!

Arrived minutes before closing time and I am typing this while they should be open till 9pm. STAY OPEN DURING YOUR POSTED HOURS OR CHANGE YOUR HOURS!!! It's that simple. Good news there's plenty of other stores nearby who will get my money in the future...

Have always had a great experience here. David is always kind, helpful, and professional. Tico helped us install a battery earlier this week and was over-the-top helpful. Damani and Tommy have been great too. Glad I live near this place. I've become more confident in what I can do to save money by doing small basic repairs on my own rather than take my car to a shop. That's because of the great people at this Advance Auto.

They did great I made a split payment and they had to reboot the system because I wanted to remove something, it took a minute but it was my fault so worth it and the man helped me find everything, super friendly

Had the perfect customer experience here. Workers were knowledgeable and filled me in on things I was unaware of. Ordered a car battery online, went to pick it up and had them install it for me in less than 30 minutes. Thank you for great service!!!

Their stores are pretty good. Most of the time the staff is knowledgeable, with the exception of the web designers, who need to be fired. Congratulations for having the worst website in the auto parts business.

The gentleman came out to my truck and made sure that the new radiator my husband had ordered matched the one that had come out of my car,then he spent 10min looking thru the "help" section for a bushing that would work as they didn't carry it.

Mom bought wipers and had them put on. The man royally screwed up. Wrong adaptors.I went to eat with her hit the washer to clean pollen off and wipers damn near flew off. Went back and talked to Nick who immediately got on the job and straightened out the problem. Could not ask for better more professional assistance. Two thumbs up!! Definitely will get my business and highly recommended them to anyone. Great job!!

Had a great customer service experience today. Teko was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. What a pleasant difference from other places I've shopped recently. If you go in, I highly recommend you ask for Teko!

Came in to get a tool which they didn't have. Meanwhile the clutch cable slipped on my motorcycle needing only a adjustable wrench to adjust it. Asked one of the staff members who couldn't get off the chair he was sitting on to help if I could please borrow adjustable wrench for a moment to be told that they don't have that tool. If you're looking for any kind of customer support I would advise going to a different Advance Auto Parts.

Stopped by to have codes read on my vehicle. Dave the manager checked the codes and then rudely informed me that codes were for technicians. I was so angry I just went to a different parts house and got the parts I needed. I'll have Dave know that I have turned a few wrenches and I know what codes are for.Be warned. Stay away from DAVE at Advance Auto.

I have been in here a few times and have been treated really nice and the take too care of you a of the don't have what you need they will take the time to find out what one of the stores have it for you

Very professional people, and if they dont have what you need, they will order it in right away. Even helped me install my windshield wipers, which they didn't have to.
