Had a flat tire. Told them right rear tire. They put the new tire on wrong place. Flat was on the back and they put new tire on front and after I told them I still have a flat they put the tire I had on front to the back. That took another 45 mins..

Went there to simply have them mount two tires on the rim. I even had tires removed from truck already to make it as simple as humanly possible. I called ahead of time to ensure they had time to do it and confirm cost. Upon arrival I was told "their machine couldn't handle my tire size" but just 6 months prior this very same store mounted 4 tires on the very same rims that were even larger than what I was asking them to do this time! It was 4pm on a Saturday so my best guess was they had checked out for the day already and decided to lie to me instead of do their job.....

I went to get a simple oil change and left with a cracked water pump. Then when I took it back they had the audacity to say we can t fix it .Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

If I could give no stars I would, I went here to the Walmart Auto Center on Saturday May 8th 2023 around 8 am to have either my tire fixed that was still under warranty from Walmart and the refused to service any tire on my car because of aftermarket rims, that the tire machine could not handle. Never buy tires from Walmart again.

I pre-ordered a tire for my car. I called earlier that day, spoke with a representative and she stated that they did have the tire. I told the young lady that I would be in later so that they could install the tire on my car. I get to Walmart and they don't have the tire!!! I'm like what in the world. They need to hire people that really value their jobs.

This is the worst customer service I have ever seen. It is a joke! They never never answer the phone.. I called for 40 minutes and no answer. I get a text my tires are there and get there and they don't have them. Spent hour and half there. Worst experience ever.Service: TiresService: Tires

The Nice young lady that handled our bill in the Automotive department half hour ago, was awesome. Excellent customer service and wonderful personality. Didnt seem bothered as other employee did.

Service was slow and unprofessional. I was the first person there and it took over 35 mins to change my oil. I brought my own oil and only needed that done. No tire check. Nothing else and still took over 30 mins. Associate Hope needs to be fired. No sense of urgency..no sense of wanting the customer to have a pleasant experience. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO WALMART FOR AUTO SERVICE!!

They put brand new tires on my car but they said it was against there policy ro put the front tires on the back and the new tires on the front and I call laziness.
