Total asinine parking layout for trucks!! They should have the center row backing up to the bank to make it easy for everyone to get in and out. Twenty-five feet between rows is not nearly enough for access and egress; lots of wasted space. Access from the interstate is a bit convoluted as well. The place is relatively clean and the employees are friendly though.

Ladies that work here Claira and Laura are 100% positive attitude although the store is undergoing a renovation the store was clean shelves were stocked coffee was fresh restrooms were clean I would recommend coming from a driver of more than 15 years

Most inexpensive gas we ve found $3.59/gallon. Clean, friendly, and closely located to Hwy 20.

Close to I-20 Taco Bell and Dunkin Doughnuts right there. Great customer service and lucky Lottery tickets

This is the first pilot in my 7 years of driving to make me wanna leave A BAD REVIEW SADLY MY FIRST REVIEW AND ITS BAD STAFF LAZY AND VERY TALKATIVE = DONT GREET YOU WELCOME TO PILOTSHOWERS ARE DIRTY I MEAN DIRTY WHERE I DIDN T EVEN WANT A REFUND THEY NEED TO KEEP IT TO BRING THEM UP TO DATE OR NEW STAFF WILLING TO CLEAN !!!!!The whole staff hygiene is unbearable and this pilot looks Great they just need a better staff obviously parking is awfully small but the STAFF I REPEAT DONT HAVE THE PILOT RESPECT 12/16/2023 I hope to see improvement 12/16/2024

Mindfulness, respect, and Great customer service. I go every morning on my way to my work in Lugoff!!! Highly recommended for a good morning stop on the way to work. Manager of this place treatment to workers and customers is not acceptable. We are 5 truck drivers going to Loves truck stop to fill up our tanks. That's over $80.000.00 a month. Let us know when she is not there anymore and we will bring our money back.

Refreshingly pleasant visit after 2 years of so many gas stations going downhill. Bathroom & store was clean. Cashiers were very friendly. Manager was doing good job directing. Great selection of products & brands in the store. Will reroute my future trips to include this gas station & convenience store.

Kudos to the staff that have to work between 2 separate restaurants aka Subway, and Dairy Queen..... Makayla was not only prompt and friendly, she made the stay enjoyable. For the staff and service 5 . The reason for the 2 stars is for the owners, how do you expect 1 set of employees to work in 2 different restaurants as a single entity is insane, I watched while here the employess not being able to get a break to just get a drink. Watched Makayla jumping back and forth between both restaurants and keeping a friendly smile and a servants heart towards her customers. For the owners I hope she gets a good raise for her efforts. She did both sets of jobs flawlessly. I felt bad placing orders at both locations as I was in line at Subway, and my daughter was in line at Dairy Queen. Thank you for your time.

Well it s definitely not 60 parking spots like the app says. Maybe 30/40 and honestly the later it is in the day the more impossible to back in. This pilot had to be designed for a Dually hauler. Sometimes I m lucky with parking

Amazing travel stop. The staff was was very friendly and genuinely appreciative of my crew when we stopped in. Jessica is amazing! She invested time into our crew to help us solve a problem. She went above and beyond to accommodate us and help us through our problem.

Nasty restroom, dirty store. The subway person, lol, I waited like 15 minutes to order, but the person never came out . Asked for help couple of times, no answer . No cashiers too, you can literally pick something and walk out, because the cashiers are busy chatting outside the main entrance . Those who are hitting 5 stars are probably the people related to this place and the high ranking reviews are fake for sure. I know it is hard to keep high quality in such area, but please, have your standards higher and teach those around you for culture, cleanliness, politeness, service. Change your surroundings, dear store manager. Otherwise, change yourself, or even replace. Sorry.

Nice selection of snacks and drinks and also the bathrooms are very clean, friendly employees and a very nice atmosphere. I enjoyed my 10 minutes stay while I was there very nice experience with friendly folks from the community around store. It was pretty busy when I stop by by the same time there was no evacuation order for North Carolina because of hurricane that probably made it as busy as it was.

Came here to take a shower and the shower had a lot of small bugs in it. I rather go to Loves or the Pilot that's 30 miles up the interstate

I love this stop. Lowest gas prices around. Many delicious coffees too choose from and absolutely hands down the best and friendliest employees around. Always smiling, helpful. They do their best to get your in and out. Great customer service

Wow...I am so distraught. I spend over $400 every other day here on diesel. It was 11/04/21 at 6 :45pm. The cashier would not take my $5 bill because she said it was torn and it will not go into the machine. I ask for the manager, she was just as ignorant and said no. It was the only cash I had. Customers behind me was upset as well. Do she not know that when they count down the money after shift they leave that $5 in the drawer? Well, I couldn't believe it so I went 10 miles down at your other Pilot and they took the money with no hesitation. Who rejects money? Especially money that is not theirs. Retrain their ignorance in customer service. That was sad and the way this world is now, she lucky I wasn't one who had a chip on my shoulder and blew up the whole gas station. It was awful.

The staff is extremely friendly and courteous at this location. I only filled diesel here and DEF here and went inside to use the restroom, which was very clean and I bought a coffee. They had Reese Peanut Butter cup flavoured coffee creamers at this location, I've never seen at other locations before!!

Normaly I wouldn't take time to review a gas stop because that's what it is just a quick stop but I felt I needed to make an exception, (first time here) first very clean restrooms, second well stocked of your regular items you would find at a gas station; snacks, drinks, hot foods, truck needs), third I noticed every single person is greeted as soon as they step inside by the nicest lady cashier, I'm deffinitely stopping here again when traveling!

Two women, one in subway attire and the other with a boufont hairdo whom appeared to be some manager out of uniform, was very rude at Subway yelling out very hateful that Dairy Queen wasn't open yet. Did not even offer any information as to what time it was opening. I will not spend any money at this store again. I ask for nothing but to be treated with respect. Apparently that's too much to ask here. We were willing to over look her coughing without covering her mouth. This is a testament to the workforce here = trash. The lady working behind the counter was very nice. Her cashier number was 845 I believe. I appreciate her kindness. But the other two had nasty attitudes. We are away from home 25 days out of every month and depend on getting food, showers and supplies from Pilot. It is very disheartening to be treated this way when you are tired and hungry and don't have the luxury to be home every day.

One of the dirtiest showers I've seen in a long time.Mold in the grout, greasy boot prints in shower and floor. Dirt everywhere and the mirror looked like it was wiped down with a shop rag.Had to flush the toilet to get rid of the rest of the previous customers remains. (Not much, but enough to show that the toilet wasn't clean when shower was serviced)Wont be stopping there again.

I always fill up my car here before starting my trip to Ohio... I get snacks and drinks to eat during my drive. The staff is always friendly and helpful, even when they're busy they take time to make sure I've gotten what I wanted. It's clean, quick and reality accessible to I-20.

Nice area. Clean space. Decent food n coffee. Friendly staff. Big over charge on my credit card. 5 x time's more than I purchase. Charge currently pending??? Will call my CREDIT CARD COMPANY.

Krystal is so nice. She has that genuine personality and smile. The GM Shelli was close by and I had to let her know. The GM is pretty nice too.

If you re looking for a good pit stop while traveling- this is the place. There is a large store that has ample drink and snack options and there is a Dairy Queen as well. The bathrooms are large, clean and well lit. This is a busy location but there are plenty of gas pumps and cashiers, so no wait.

Quick. Clean. Good service. We are pretty picky about where we get gas just because we travel for work. People here were friendly and very helpful. Best of all, the bathrooms are CLEAN! Don t be afraid to stop in.

I attempted to stop in here in my long haul semi with dual 150 gallon fuel tanks, but I was unsuccessful due to the lack of any signage or traffic control, nor even a left turn lane to enter from the southbound lanes.So the way it works is the very first entrance is the truck entrance - unmarked, of course. But because there's no way to get from the parking to the exit without waiting in the fuel lines, a lot of trucks will try to exit thru this entrance. Then if you're trying to get in and you see an exiting truck blocking the unmarked entrance, you go past on the assumption that the last drive is the truck entrance. Nope. It's the fuel lanes and the only exit, and there's no way to get in from there since the fuel lanes stretch all the way across from the building to the forest, so now you have to continue north on the road hoping that you will find some place to turn around.Then coming back, you realize there's no rational way to get in from southbound, so you just roll past, get back on the highway, and stop somewhere else instead.South Carolina in all it's glory.

Very clean! Cashier was extremely helpful. We accidentally gave her the wrong pump # when getting gas. She was able to correct it 10 minutes later, when we realized our error.

Had good experience. Was very hot out. I was able to place as much ice in my drink containers (2) as I wanted. No charge. Staff were friendly & helpful. Always like stopping at Pilot Travel Centers as they usually will have all that I need & reasonable prices.
