If you re looking for honest and affordable car repairs then this is your place to go. They take the time to explain everything beforehand. They don t try to screw you over like some places I ve dealt with have. As soon as you walk in everyone makes you feel welcome even their dogs. I highly recommend Barb, Louie and the rest of their crew. Definitely earned my business for any future work I may need

Man, talk about honest, fair, & upfront. This dealership is that plus more. They have a great staff who is willing to help you with any questions or issues that you may have. I drove three hours for a mustang located here and I was totally blown away by the awesome customer service I received. I definitely recommend them if you re looking for a quality used vehicle.

Riverside Auto recently changed my oil and rotated my tires. They were very thorough in checking under my hood and gave me confidence in their service. I love my vehicle and have very high mileage, so Riverside will now be my primary mechanic to keep my Escape on the road.

If any of my local people need a good trust worthy mechanic shop don't hesitate to go to Riverside Auto it's family owned and ran! Their lead mechanic is Phenomenal and The Whole crew there will make you feel like family. My boy blue is back home and better than ever! Barbara and Louie are top notch! (& Jaxx) We have had vehicles serviced and purchased vehicles here. Amazing! They treat you wth respect and get you in and out as quickly as possible and very reasonably priced. This is our hometown mechanic!!

Excellent family business. I was very pushy in what I wanted and this business handled me like a dream. My jeep drives so good now and I have beautiful lights. My girl barb is the truth! I purchased a car from her and I was so surprised with the service I received because she was up front and honest she wasn't all on my neck while I'm looking at the car selection she had she also will work with u the best she can with your situation. I never in my life had a car dealer tell me they are going to call me in a few weeks or so to see how the car doing and if I'm still satisfied and to set up an appointment for a free oil change!! Y'all better come see her and get served I promise u won't be disappointed!!!! I found my forever car dealer finally!!

I have been using Riverside Auto for several years and have always had the best service and the prices are always fair. I was present the day Jessenia Perez (who left a 1 star review) allowed a child to pull down their clothes and use a potty in broad daylight at this business. The owners handled the situation very professional & it seemed like the two women and the man with the red t-shirt were high on drugs and allowing an exposed naked child on a main highway. This is a great business & they always treat everyone fair. I was appalled at the actions of the 3 adults allowing a naked child to use a potty in such a public place & then dumping it on the ground of the business.Service: Engine repair

Extremely friendly and honest people. I had tires put on my car. They didn't over charge or charge any hidden fees. What they quoted is what I paid. Great prices! Definitely give this place a try you won't be disappointed.

I was leaving Myrtle beach and my car dropped down to 45 mph I was on the highway and prayed to make it to the next exit. When I reached the exit to my right was Riverside auto I walked into the office with hope and a prayer I had a 3 hour drive home with two babies in the backseat. This family took me in went above and beyond to assist me they were leaving at 2:00 but made sure I was able to drive my vehicle home safely with my two kids I HAVE NEVER ! Had great customer service like this !! I felt like I was one of their children. They gave me all of the information I needed to fix my car when I made it home and told me exactly how to drive my car so I could make it home safely too bad the reviews only stop at 5 stars this was definitely a 100% experience absolutely LOVE THEM !! good honest family I wish they were located in Charlotte North Carolina!!! I made it home safely and they even sent me a message to make sure of it HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!!

What an Amazing experience purchasing a vehicle...A very quick and professional process, was there for maybe an hour from the test drive til I drove away.Barb took care of everything...all the DMV stuff and even changed my address for me...At the present who wants to mess around at the DMV. The vehicle sold itself after i drove it, I had no doubts what was being sold to me was a solid vehicle that will surely outlast the cost. Riverside sells a lot of cars/trucks I am through the lot almost daily and now I can see why.Honesty and Quality glad to see it still exists. Thank you Riverside.

I ve been in Horry County my entire life and never have I found better people than the ones at Riverside. Honest, trustworthy and will break their back to make sure you re taken care of. I just bought a car from them today and have had the beat experience I ve ever had with a car lot. Definitely recommend them and will be going back.

Wonderful, knowledgeable, and professional family business! They were with us every step of the way from the time my daughters car was towed from our home to their shop! They kept us well informed of the diagnostic process and all of our options! Definitely recommend!

I had an issue while traveling . My vehicle was towed to this location per Triple AAA. He educated me. Repaired the issue and didn t try to Break the bank. I have since had my other Vehicle.. My Range Rover serviced here.. again IN AND OUT . Professional Team . I went in there yesterday to look at the Cadillac they had, and let me tell you this car was on Perfect for the price was listed at. Mrs. barb helped me out getting this deal done as quickly as possible. every went so smoothly and faster than I thought. They do all ur paperwork all u have to do is drive ur car and ur good to go. I do really appreciate the quality service they provide I totally recommend them. Thank you guys!

I recently purchased a vehicle from Barb and Lou at Riverside auto sales and service. I could not be happier with the way I was treated, and the quality of the used car that I purchased. I have less than stellar credit and Barb did everything she could to get me in a car and succeeded with a payment that I could manage. I highly recommend them if you are in need of a vehicle.

Yeah and yelling profanity In front of children and spitting on cars. Real professionals. You should be so proud. Glad you got it all on video too. So you can show them exactly what your husband said and did. Your right and glad we will never do buisness with you. Get your facts straight, and quit harassing us. Child endangerment really lol because she had to pee and I don't want her using nasty public bathrooms. Yeah ok. All over something so petty, you must really have nothing better to do with your lives. Don't worry we contacted authorities as well.

I drove 2 hrs to buy a 1981 Corvette that seller listed as "immaculate and 1 owner. After several conversations I decided to make the trip, was told by Barbara it was her personal car, that her husband and bought it from the "mayor of Darlington, SC and that they needed extra cash flow because they had opened up another shop and she said she would drive to Boston where shes from. Well I arrived to find car was anything other than what was advertised including oil dip stick wouldn't fit in dip stick tube and was folded under air breather, multiple electrical connections unplugged, ground wire not attached, a recent shotty paint job with multiple areas of over spray, missing mirror adjustments, dash and or gauge cluster had been removed at sometime and never reinstalled properly, drivers side front bumper and body line miss aligned, etc. I told Barbara that I was gonna pass and that car was nothing like described, guess they thought I was just gonna hand them a ck for 12k and tow it away. This is no way to run a "honest business ". I'm curious to see how they spin this completely honest review with witnesses

If you want an honest and affordable mechanic shop you have too go to Riverside Auto & Truck Repair. They are fast, and get it right. And my bill was more than fair. The best mechanic shop in Horry County hands down.
