I came in to the NTB in Little River because I could feel a vibration in my seat. I thought it may be a tire out of balance. They pulled the tire and checked to see if it was out of balance. They found that the rim was bent. The added a weight to balance it out until I get the rim replaced. They didn't even charge me for checking my tire! Great service! Really appreciated!

I took my car to NTB in little river 3 months ago to buy a tire and get it put on with no problems at all and recently just got some tires and rims balanced and mounted on my charger with no problems at all I recommend this shop they will get you right!!!

I got 4 tires, an alignment and windshield wipers this week. JD was amazing and so helpful. He helped me to navigate through what the best tire would be for my car and answered all of my questions in detail. The work was done in a timely manner and I left feeling well taken care of and my car was driving so much better. I will def be back and work with JD and his staff in the future!

Just stopped by to check tire pressure since my warning light was on, they took care of it quickly and were super helpful explaining the issue to me. Highly recommend! Quality service and nice staff.

Update.Talked with the corporate office. They ask me to speak with a district manager. A few hours later, received a call from the store manager. We worked through the issues. He ask that they to recheck and balance the tires. It did make a difference. The manager did apologize for the employees behavior.That did take steps so show their sincerity to correct the issues.Visit started out good. Was quoted 45 minutes to an hour. It took over three hours.. At this point the level of service was horrible and very rude. Can't trust the company.

Used to live in the area and moved away. Coming back to visit family this weekend I noticed I was having some issues with my car pulling once I off the main highways. I made it to a familiar area and found this spot and had them check it out. With all the construction on 95, I guess I got a nail in my tire and was losing air. The staff got me fixed up with kindness and speed so I can enjoy my evening with my family and the rest of my weekend

I want to thank the staff today for working me in without an appointment. Josh did not hesitate when I asked if I could get an oil change today. Josh was very professional and kept me updatedOn the progress. There is acustomer lounge, very clean and comfortable with TV and charging station for cell phone. I highly recommend NTB Tire Store in Little River to service all your vehicles.

Great service, honest, no up-selling. I've taken my cars here several times and they deliver as promised. I'm new to the area and I'm glad I found a go-to place for my auto repair and maintenance needs. Highly recommended.

I had an issue with my low tire warning light coming on in my car. I put air in the tire a couple times and the light came back. So I brought it to NTB in Little River SC, where I bought the tires. It was a lazy Sunday around noon. I spoke with the manager and told him what was going on. Long story short, they found a nail in my right rear tire, patched it right up and had me on my way! Great service, store was clean, rest area was comfortable and the manager was friendly and pleasant. I'll be back when the car needs service.

Friendly service. Car needed oil change and routine maintenance which was performed quickly. Got a courtesy call back when car was ready for pick up. Great customer service since we started going there in 2020. We often recommend their shop to people who inquire about car maintenance and repair.

My wife had a flat headed home from work and I went out in the rain and put the donut on. I assumed I needed a new tire but the guys at NTB in Little River said they could fix the tire. The tires aren't that old so this is great news! I was all set to buy a new tire but they saved me some $$$. The waiting area is clean and welcoming, there's free internet and a cell phone charging station.

Thank you to the guys @ NTB !! They got me in the same day that is an absolute plus, worked in a timely manner, explained everything to me, were very nice and very affordable!! Definitely will be my gonto from here on out!!!

Incredibly attentive staff, always does thorough work, and is the only place that will touch my tires or change my oil. This shop has helped me out of many sticky situations with an annoyingly difficult foreign car. Josh up front is especially kind and gets me and my car taken care of no matter the circumstances. Never happy to have to get something fixed on my car again, but happy it can at least be here at this shop.

I took my car in, due to having a roofing nail in my tire. Dealt with Josh, the assistant manager. He and his staff gave great service and were very professional in taking care of my car. I would definitely recommend NTB in Little River, SC.

I ve been using NTB for several years now. Brought my car in for regular maintenance but knew I was overdue for new tires and also needed them to look into a problem I was having. Eric looked into all the issues, explained what was going on and got me all squared away!

Stopped in at NTB in Little River, SC. My brake light was out in my vehicle. I asked a gentleman, J. D. at the counter how much it would be to install a new one, I told him I didn t have the money at this time, and he said he would put one in for me for free!!!!! I was so taken back by his kindness, I still can t believe it!!!!! My post here cannot express how much this means to me!!!!! Thank you so very much J. D.!!!!!!!!!!!

I went into the little river location to purchase a tire for my Mercedes SL500.They sold me a tire for 315.00. After changing, I noticed that my rim was damaged. Pointed it out to the supervisor and was told he couldn't do any about it.I would not recommend NTB to anyone.They don't stand behind their work.

I have an 800 mile road trip planned near term and out of the blue my left front end started knocking badly. I could hear it and feel it. Even though the store was closing soon, Phillip King, store manager, personally diagnosed and fixed the issue - loose lug nuts. I am very grateful and plan on buying new tires from him soon!

A very good experience.. I called late in the day and got an early morning appointment for an oil change. I arrived and they took my car right away, and was out in 45 minutes.I'll definitely return next time.

Eric was very helpful recommending replacements for Our 2013 Toyota Highlander. While replacing the tires, Josh saw that we neededrear brake pads. I am glad to know that the car is safe again!

We have several cars that we get serviced at this store. Everyone, every time has been professional. They tell you before hand what they are going to do and how much it will cost. Come back pick up car. Always exactly as they say. Very good service.

Been a customer since 1985. Always do great work. Always receive great curious service, they do not try to up sell you. Best prices on tires they sell their tires at cost, charge $19.95 to high speed balance that's how they can make a profit. They guarantee their work and stand behind their products.

Made appt same day to balance my tires. Was in and out in about 30 mins. Car feels smooth now. Good people reasonable price.
