Caliber did a beautiful job repairing my Forester. They were great at communicating and keeping me up-to-date and were extremely helpful approving and working with my insurance. They made everything easy and I highly recommend them!

Caliber collision in Lexington kept me informed every step of the way. They made this process so easy. My car was returned to me detailed and repaired as good as new. I highly recommend this place. From the customer service, to the care of my vehicle, to keeping me informed daily, and even having the repairs completed early, this place is top-tier. I will never take my car anywhere else. Highly satisfied with every aspect of this company. The whole team was amazing. Nervous because it was the first time I ve had to get bodywork done on my car, but it is literally perfect now!

The staff is friendly, but the repairs are slow. Their communication is top notch which is why they get 3 stars instead of 2. I don t know how costs are because my insurance company wanted me to use them. If they did a better job of expediting estimates and ordering/scheduling I believe they would be more efficient. I wouldn't use this company again.

Marshall, Rick, and the rest of the Caliber staff are absolute professionals that kept me completely informed during the entire process and when I received my car (earlier than expected) it looked like a brand new car!

Wanda was really nice, the manager was too. They have to deal with people in crazy stress out moments. It was very helpful to start the process of getting my car repaired. If the process stays this easy, awesome.

They were very easy to work with. All of their staff is professional and kind. We got our vehicle back ahead of schedule. We would use them again in the future. The only thing you need to know is they do not accept cash which is posted all over their office but just incase someone uses cash like I did be aware they take every other form of payment.

Let me start by saying I NEVER leave reviews unless things are extraordinarily good or bad. My family and I have the worst luck with other drivers. This is the 4th time we ve had to bring a car in for major bodywork in the last 6 or 7 years. Since the first time, I wouldn t dream of going anywhere else. Ask for Bryan Derrick. He s a sharp guy who will take good care of you and your car. He and the rest of the staff make you like feel you re the most important customer they ve ever had from the very beginning. And they take pride in their work. We ve had experiences with other big name shops like not painting inside (but visible) parts of panels, not matching the paint, poor job of blending new paint to old, etc. After those problems, when Caliber gives us the car back, I check very closely for the little details. I look so close and can t for the life of me find flaws. These guys truly take pride in their work. Jamie Bowers is the store manager and props to him for being so friendly and available. He s either in the shop or talking to customers. He must be doing something right to run such a tight ship. And finally, how can I not mention Wanda? She s at the front desk welcoming customers, talking to vendors and insurance companies, and working up paperwork. The best part is that she makes it look easy and always has a smile on her face. I hope you never need bodywork. But if you do, don t compound the headache by going to anyone else.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Air conditioning

Caliber collision is a great place. The folks that I dealt with are the best you could ask for.. they did an excellent job on my Cadillac XTS , I would recommend them to anyone because of their outstanding service, and the kind people that work there they were so good to me.

Great work, great service and all in great time! Thanks for taking care of my vehicle as if it were yours. I was even able to pick up my car on a Saturday when they are normally closed because my service rep saw the email from the insurance company and called me that morning!

Kara Black was very easy to work with. She explained the process from start to finish and updated me whenever she can. This Caliber Collision in Lexington, SC is one of the busiest body shop in town so our car took a little over 3 weeks to get finished. All in all, my wife and I had a positive experience with their staff. Jamie their manager was also very helpful as he explained what was done to my car when I picked it up. They had our car to repair for a couple of weeks and they were absolutely amazing. Kept us updated, finished the vehicle exactly when they said they would, and over all just great to deal with.

A while back Caliber Collision did some paint repair on my Palisade. They did an outstanding job. Recently my daughter run over a curb and she cause some damage to the front of her vehicle. Mr. Jamie unbent the bottom of the front of her vehicle and put a bolt so it would not look as bad until we decided to fix it. He did all this at no charge.He has always been friendly, pleasant and gone out of his way to help.Thank you!!!!

I had a great experience with Caliber Collision in Lexington. The team working there is extremely efficient and very welcoming. They kept me informed on the progress of my car from day one and made me feel very comfortable knowing my car was in the shop. Bryan did an absolute wonderful job on my car and the results were of the highest quality. Wanda at the front desk was very helpful and answered every question I had. Caliber did a great job from start to finish. The front office staff made it easy to set up an appointment to have my car repaired. They even worked with my insurance and a local rental car company to get a rental car set up for me the day of my appointment was smooth and efficient and a rental car representative was waiting for me to take me to their office. A short time later I was off to work. While the work on my car was being completed I received numerous updates regarding their progress. When my car was finished it was as clean as it s ever been and the repairs looked great. I paid my deductible, left the rental car at Caliber and off I went. They did a great job and guarantee their work and my satisfaction. My car looked amazing after a deer demolished it. They were quick with the amount of work my car needed and kept me updated regularly on the progress. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful! Dealing with Wanda, Rick and Jamie was a great experience! Definitely recommend this business and will return if another unfortunate incident happens with my car. Caliber Collision does an excellent job. Customer service was great. They did a great job on my repairs. I can t think of one thing that I wasn t satisfied with. I will definitely recommend them to family and friends!

Highly satisfied customer. The shop sent text messages with a link letting me know where my vehicle was in the process. I had to have rear and the side panel repaired due to an accident. Caliber Collision on Columbia Ave has worked on 2 of my vehicles. Both were pleasant experiences with the work being completed ahead of schedule. They even took care of a last minute request late on a Friday afternoon. Exceptional customer service.

Caliber Collision is an amazing business! Wanda greets you and makes sure you are aware of what will be done, what you need to do and she is very reassuring.
