Kevin was the most helpful and professional person anyone could ever meet! I went in because my alternator was bad on my car. He dealt with my extended warranty company and kept me in the loop about the progress of my car repair! I recently moved to West Columbia and had no idea where to take my car for repair. I am so happy that I found AtoZ Auto Repairs & Kevin! Fast, friendly, professional & great customer service!!!!

I took my Cadillac Escalade in for 97,500 mile maintenance. The work was done expeditiously and at a reasonable cost. I recommend this facility.

Outstanding service and excellent staff! Service was very fast and staff was personable but very professional. They are very honest and do not hit you with hidden fees or recommend repairs that are not needed. I would recommend A2Z to anyone.

A2Z auto is the only place I take my personal vehicles to. Great service, excellent customer service, prices are fair and you leave with your vehicle in great condition without feeling like you got ripped off.

I took my Bmw Z3 , 1997 which needed a transmition and differential oil change which at 270.000 miles was about time to get some preventive maintenance . Prices were reasonable , and they suggested only what was needed that says a lot . Also changed throttle cable which was worn . Good experience and good prices compared to taking the car to a Bmw dealer . I ask them to do what I cannot do myself.

So my 2010 Chevy Avalanche sat for over 3 weeks at my usual mechanic & he was telling me that he thought it may be a Warped cylinder head because i was burning coolant and moisture was coming out the pipes. Got tired of waiting & was told about these good folks and I m glad i took my truck here. All i needed was a new radiator & I ve been riding good ever since. They were honest, fast and efficient & i still have to drop my 2012 impala off to them RECOMMENDService: Engine repair

I have been here twice. I have a 2013 Silverado that had head gasket replacement in March, and Recently, A suspension lift install! Both times the truck has been there, they have been really helpful! Good quality workmanship on all the parts that were installed! I won't let no other mechanic touch my truck other than A2Z! Definitely will come back if I need any more mechanical work done!Services: Steering & suspension replacement, Engine repair

A2Z helped me out of a jam while my husband was out of the country. One car had a flat. Tire was gashed and couldn t drive. My other car had a check engine light come on. A2Z went above and beyond to help me at a time that I didn t know what to do and was left with no transportation. Thank you A2Z. God bless your business and all of your staff. You were truly a blessing to me.

Sometimes it was just trying to figure out why you didn't get to go to the store and see if you can come over and get the money for the birthday party for me to go with the other side of the street from the kids on the other day and work with you but I don't want you to get a chance I will be able I can come over and see them tomorrow night if you don't have time for a while and then I would like to get a ride home with you but you don't need anything else until I get home I'll be home in the afternoon if you don't have any time. Seriously, though. 5 stars and a green spider.

The guys at A2Z are top notch to work with. Kevin is a honest mechanic and tells you exactly what's going on with your vehicle. He and his crew have saved me tons of money on repairs that other shops around town have promised that I needed. They are honest people and will not trick you into paying for repairs that your vehicle does not need! I highly recommend A 2 Z!

I had taken my F250 to them due to a code of fuel injector #3. The estimate was $400 to $600 to replace it. After the diagnostic it was found that the injector did not need to be replaced, it just came loose and needed to be re-seated. I was only charged for the labor for the hour. The honesty is what will keep me as a customer and as a referral. Along with that was the customer service displayed. They had so much patience and kindness towards me and my son. I felt like we were 'one of those customers' who drove you nuts. But they never made me feel that way. They took the time to explain things to the both of us. I will definitely be bringing vehicles back to them when the need arises.

Absolute fantastic customer service and experience with A2Z! Kevin is great with communication and does amazing work. Love the family atmosphere and I look forward to working with them again with my 2018 4Runner. I would highly recommend A2Z for all your auto needs.

I have been getting any repairs for my 2008 Lincoln done here for about 3 years. My husband also gets his older model Tahoe repaired here. They do excellent work and are reasonably priced. Every repair we have ever had done has always been done very well and in a reasonable time. I highly recommend A2Z.

Me and my entire family have only Kevin and his crew work on all our cars and trucks!! Doesn't matter, new, old, gas or diesel they handle it all and do the best customer service every time!! Its like being part of the family. Red carpet treatment each visit. Service, Honesty and Value that can not be beat! Thanks for being one of the few that cares about its customers.

Awesome experience. The staff was great and very professional and have a wide range of knowledge. The work on my car was done in a timely manner and was completed efficiently. I will definitely go to them again for service for my car. They were able to fix my car when no one else could. Great service!!

A2Z Auto Repair is the bees knees! The staff is friendly and professional, while the maintenance employees are fast and efficient. The turnaround time to get my car back has always been under one week - fantastic! By far the best automobile repair shop I have ever experienced. I have had foreign and domestic vehicles and they have insured that all of my cars are in perfect working condition! I can not say enough great things about A to Z Auto Repair and most importantly the owner Kevin. I took my car to the dealership for my issues at first and they told me it would be a minimum of 2900 dollars up to 5,000 dollars to fix my car. I knew I needed a second opinion - I called A to Z Auto Repair they got me in within a few days, I called to check on my car and they told me they had spent all day working on it. What I was needing to replace would only cost $1350 from them (mind blown by the price difference from the dealership) but they wanted me to come get my car and try the cheaper way first - which was go to auto zone and buy some cleaner to pour in my gas tank to see if that helped - and they didn't even charge me even though they had it for 3 days!!! I am blown away by how professional and nice they are!!! I won't be taking my car anywhere but here from now on, and I have already told all my friends!!!

An honest and qualified mechanic is hard to find. Thru numerous diagnostics, repairs and general maintenance oil changes, tires, etc,Kevin and A2Z have earned a customer for life with me. I have referred others to A2Z that have actually called me up to thank me for referring them. Took my son's 2008 Truck here, as we had it at several other's who couldnt figure out what was triggering the misfire code and lean codes, we had the 100K mile tune up done elsewhere, though with new plugs, wires, coils, etc. Still showing the codes P171, and P301, we changed the fuel filter, air filter, applied mass air flow sensor cleaner, still to no avail, so we were told about A2Z, they came highly recommended, and I can see why, all we needed was replace the fuel injector cylinder one, and Wallah, its fixed and running fine, no more aggravating engine light codes or riding with the shakes, these guys know their stuff and it didn't take em long to figure out what and how to correct the problem, and they are very honest and trustworthy, and these days its hard to find , I now know where to take a vehicle in for repair and get it fixed right , no more hassles, no more stressing. My family thanks A2Z for putting a huge smile back on my son's face, he is so happy and very appreciative in getting his truck back., and driving safely again.

Kevin and his shop guys are excellent. I took my old Landcruiser and they serviced it well they had to keep it a little longer than expected but I would rather have it done right than be rushed. I would highly recommend this company for your repairs. He is a BMW master mechanic and he has a crew that has experience on Toyotas and most very car. I could not be happier !!

I was introduced to this shop from a family member and now it's where I've taken all my vehicles. They've done quality work on my wife's Lexus, my own Lexus and BMW and they don't gouge you on labor rates and upcharge on things you don't need. They're honest, quick, and fairly priced. Can't ask for much more out of a shop.

When I think of Kevin and his team at A2Z the first thing that comes to mind is Honesty and Integrity. This is something that is hard to find in the auto repair world when everyone is out to make their next dollar. Not only are they honest but they are also quick to get you taken care of. They understand it is a huge inconvenience to be without your vehicle and they go above and beyond to get you back on the road as quickly as possible. I have used them for auto repairs and service for many years and can't say enough good things about them. Over the years I have also referred my friends, family, and coworkers to them...all whom have been very pleased with the service they received. Keep up the great work Kevin and team!
