Friday afternoon on our way to Orlando Florida with a load in Latta South Carolina the rear end went out on our truck at exit 181 on the off ramp.Dustin Nolan who owns Extreme Towing came himself to the see what was going on with our truck. He gave us several options as to what we could do.Tow it, let them fix it, or tow it to the dealership.We opted to have it towed back to Tampa so that we were close to home.The driver that took our truck was awesome. He tried to alleviate the stress that this issue caused and was just very pleasant. Actually all of Mr. Nolan's crew is very pleasant and awesome to work with including Mr. Nolan.I would highly recommend using this tow company. They're very professional and pleasant to work with and reasonably priced.

Was on my way home from Florida broke down on the way and Xtreme towing was able to tow me and get me fixed in one day and get me back on the road. They did an awesome job at a great price definitely recommend them.

Was told the technician was picking up a new part to put on my truck road side and he brought a used part. Called to ask what was going on with the used part. Got nothing but the run around on it. Then was told I will not be charged for the used part and was charged for it anyways.

Best service ever. I was stranded two hours away from home and the insurance company had me stuck for 8 hours but luckily this company came and took my all the way home. The driver was so helpful and so nice, it made my day so much better. The woman who I spoke to on the phone was the sweetest too. I d recommend them to anyone.Service: Car towingService: Car towing

AAA was going to take 5hrs+ to get to us so i called xtreme towing and they got to us super fast and were extremely niceIf you re ever stranded at 2am call them instead of wasting your time with AAA

We had our F350 truck serviced by a business very near to us in Hurricane West Virginia before our trip to South Carolina. Little did we know they had not tightened our lug nuts enough, and we noticed a wobble in our tires. They told us it was just rust on the rotors. On our drive back from Myrtle Beach, our lug nuts broke off, and we were left with just one on our front left tire. We pulled off the highway and called for a tow truck from Extreme Towing. Hunter came to our rescue! He went out of his way to help us! He even gave us a ride to a nearby hotel. Hunter was very helpful and knew we were stranded. He went above and beyond to help us and we are very grateful to him!Service: Car towing

Even they didn't have to physically go out too my sister in law, there was a gentleman that kept communicating to see where we were in our situation, and he was very patient and very kind! If the service field service is anything like the help that was in the office, I highly recommend this place, and when we could not find anybody else they were opened and accepted the claim right away!

THE BEST!!!This is one of the best places to ever use! We were from Georgia on the way to North Carolina with a 27ft RV pulling a 24ft trailer, we had issues to where the truck would not crank, they picked us up and took us to their shop where we were greeted with nothing, but sweetness and treated like their very own family! Hunter at Xtreme towing saved me once again!!! So very professional and efficient. This is the 2nd time Hunter had to tow me. My car is not the prettiest or new, but he treated my car with care. I don't typically write reviews, but in this case I made an exception. BJ is one of the most honest and trustworthy guys I've met in the trucking industry since opening our doors in 2017. We've been screwed over by so many people I had actually gotten to the point, I wanted to give up running trucks. However, not anymore, I literally cried today after they completed my truck, because I couldn't believe how nice they all were from start to completion. So, if you ever break down or need mechanical services for your Tractor, please don't hesitate to give them a call. Trust me, you will not be disappointed.

My family and I were on the way from NJ to Orlando, Florida when out check engine light came on and the car began to shake. We managed to pull over in a parking lot of South of the Border and called roadside assistance. The tow truck driver, Hunter, was there in about 30 minutes and could not have been nicer. We were traveling with our young special needs son and Hunter went out of his way to make sure we got to our hotel since there was no Uber or cab to speak of where we were stranded. We had about a 45 minutes ride and we laughed and joked with Hunter the entire way. We were hundreds of miles away from home, in an unfamiliar place and the kindness of a stranger made all the difference. Thank you Hunter!Service: Car towing

The office manager is the nicest person! They had a tow truck out to me in less than an hour and fixed the hub of my tire in less than a day. Everyone was awesome to work with, so nice and super professional. I don't live in this area, but if I ever break down again, I hope it's close enough for them to help me!Service: Car towingService: Car towing

Our Christmas miracle! After breaking down on 95 and getting towed to a shop that was going to leave us stranded until after Christmas, we were able to make it a few miles down the road before breaking down again. We somehow magically broke down in front of an AutoZone where Anthony from xtreme towing was miraculously standing there with his tow truck. He offered to help right away calling the owner, Dustin, who was more than willing to get us back on the road.We hopped in Anthony s truck, he took us right to their shop, and they started working on it that night. To make things even more miraculous they drove us to a nearby hotel, made sure we had what we needed for the night, and picked us up the next morning!We are writing this review back on the road, from the comfort of our, now, working car!This company has some of the nicest and most honest/helpful people we ve met. 100% recommend.Service: Car towing

AMAZING SERVICE!!. we are from maryland when someones dog ran out infront of us on a backroad. the guys had the car on a flatbed in less than an hour and even dropped us off at a motel nearby. we where gonna get it taken to a preferred shop nearby but i asked bj at the shop if there was anything they could do since its a 2020, and they had the parts there in a matter of a few days and installed shortly later. we where back on the road in a week and they even worked with our insurance company. upfront pricing and friendly staff. all repairs made looked top notch. the owner even picked us up from our hotel and took us to the shop for no charge. i would recommend this place to anyone looking for quality, honest work in the area. (5 stars are not enough in my opinion) thank you guys again!Service: Car towing
