I rate Todd n his crew a 10 Star he did everything to perfection a 5 Star not enough did in time frame he told me charged me the price he quoted me answered all my questions. I will highly recommend him n his crew

I tend to be rather meticulous with my Jeep Grand Cherokee & plan to keep it for many years to come. Post wreck, very few locations had availability - seeing the Google reviews I took a chance & had the Jeep towed to B/B.The workmanship was high-quality (you can't tell it had so much damage to it) - beyond that, the shop kept me informed through every step of the process...it was always easy to get someone on the phone to assist with my questions. Given the damage I had & delays related to parts availability, I exceeded my rental coverage...Todd, I believe the owner, actually negotiated with my insurance company on my behalf & had the rental extended an additional week.This isn't a chain with revolving employees - it's a smaller shop that actually seems to take great pride in the work they do - hence the 5-star reviews. Highly recommended.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

GET YOUR QUOTE IN WRITING. Job was completed in a timely manner but was quoted one price and by the end of the job they took 3 times the amount I was quoted. I guess be careful whose recommendations you use. Also as a woman I feel like I was talked down to by one of the employees. I grew up around working on cars I know enough to know I was taken advantage of. They didn t do me any favors.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I took my car to this shop because I had someone recommend it. Well very poor job. My lights were working even with my car being wrecked.For 3 weeks Todd kept putting me off, one excuse after excuse. Still my car is NOT FIX. NEVER AGAIN. The worse part is that my Insurance company which is Progressive not holding this shop accountable. I'm highly disappointed with both right now.Service: Body & Trim

Excellent workmanship! Can't tell the deer damaged the car at all. It is just like new. Super nice crew and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

After an initial call and sending photos I could not get any reply. Multiple texts and phone calls later. Left messages with other people who said they would have Todd call me back. Two weeks later and still nothing. Worst customer service ever.
