I had an awesome experience with these guys. They gave me a great car for a great price! I was searching for awhile and I found the diamond in the rough. I have had no issues with my yukon since purchasing over 6 months ago. Im in search for a car for my oldest now and this is where i will be going. Great people, you can tell that they are trustworthy and reliable and they really work with your situation.

I went looking for a car, saw what they had on the lot, told 'Josh' what of car I liked instead, and he showed me one they had that wasn't ready to be off the lot yet, BUT assured me that before they let me drive it off the lot, that everything would be fixed and ready to go! He totally made me NOT believe the publics views of lawyers and auto salesmen and AT LEAST, with them, you can trust the Auto Salesmen! I have to wait until the middle of next week until the main mechanic gets back in town to work on it, and then I'll have my car AND can trust that it will be in perfect running order!!

The car they sold us one year ago was in disrepair and not able to pass North Carolina State inspection then or now. I believe the fact that the car was sold in South Carolina was used to avoid the fact that it could not pass inspection in NC (we never thought to ask, although it was made clear that we lived in NC and would be driving/registering it there). We were rushed through the financing process and did not know the true cost of the vehicle until contracts were already signed. When we brought the car back one day after purchase because it didn't start consistently, they promised to "make it right". They replaced the starter, but the car still only started some of the time. They never programmed the clicker we bought for unlocking the vehicle despite promising to do that. In order to unlock the car, we have to use a manual key and the alarm goes off every time. These are all issues they were aware of before selling us the car, and issues we brought to their attention, but who has time to keep driving there for repairs that should have been made before the car was listed for sale? A NC mechanic quoted us $2500 to bring the car up to NC inspection standards one week after we bought it. We have spent a year paying for repairs at our local mechanic and trying to keep up with car payments all while driving an unreliable lemon. We'll never do business with Accashian again, and certainly would not recommend them.

On March 15, 2021, my son and I traveled from Atlanta Ga to Accashian Automotive to purchase a vehicle. We test drove the vehicle and tested the code's at Autozone. We were informed no codes were displaying. The salesman advised everything was serviced on the vehicle and drives well. We purchased the vehicle and proceeded to drive back to Atlanta. My son was driving and a yellow light came on displaying Drive train. The vehicle immediately lost speed in front of an 18 wheeler. This could have been a tragedy. On April 5, 2021 I just couldn't let this go without the sales guy knowing what happened. He said he didn't know the car had any issues and I got a 9500.00 vehicle for 6500.00. I asked him what the hell did that statement mean and he was unable to elaborate on it. I would not reccomend this shop to anyone.

A week ago (8/27) I went there to buy a Tahoe they had for sale. After talking we agreed on a price no financing when I got ready to pay i was told it would be a extra 230.00 because he get charged a fee for using a card. After I told him no 9500 out the door was what we agreed on then out the blue he didn't have the title (yet he had it up for sale at lot and online) and that he couldn't sell it without the title. My question is why would you list something knowing you couldn't legally sell it thats false advertising. Then he said he'll call me the next day (28th) I have yet to receive a call but low and behold the Tahoe is still up for sale.

We were in the market for a specific car....one that looked good and run good at a good price...itsnt that what everyone is looking for? Josh and Thomas were so wonderful and very accommodating...we drove over an hour to purchase a car from them. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an affordable dependable car! Thank you guys!

Worst people to do business with! Sold me a LEMON about 5months ago and the motor is gone!! Called them several times and even tried to work with them in regards to paying half and half to get fixed and they still tried to get over and wouldn't! Lied like the cars were certified by nc and husband was a LICENSED mechanic! Waiting on better business bureau to solve it now!

Had issues within room and no internet connection. Got run around and no assistance for about 3 days. Called number provided by front desk. Still no one responded. Finally got help on Thursday and Then on Friday we had no cable or internet. We were there 4 days with no service and they would not put me in another home.
