Awesome service from beginning to end. We are staying in Lake City, SC for a few days and my engine light came on in my truck. Stopped by a local parts dept and had them see what it was. They sold me an oxygen sensor, but when I got to this place, they said that wasn t the problem. They fixed the issue and the cost was cheaper than I paid for the sensor. Great staff, very responsive and thorough. I am grateful to everyone there. Very professional and kind folks. Really fast service. I would trust them with any auto repair.

Called them first thing in the morning for a no start condition. They came out and towed my truck in. By 3 pm, I had my truck back all fixed. I could not ask for better service. I would definitely call them again when I am back in town and need repairs.

Very poor customer service! The owner Donnie and receptionist Taylor were very rude! If you're a mechanic and is being asked questions, you should be able to answer them without being nasty and just walking off. A receptionist should be well aware on how to give great customer service, listen, and deescalate a situation versus escalating it. First and last time customer, would not recommend anyone to come here! No stars if I had the option.

My car got water in the engine durning a flood. Altman automotive got me in the same day I called. They were very thorough in getting details about what happened as well as calling me to keep me informed about what they were doing aloften. They are very affordable and I am so glad I found this shop. I would highly recommend to anyone with car problems but are worried about it being too expensiveServices: Electrical, Engine repair

Had my daughters van towed there on August 27, a Sunday. I call them on Monday to let them know that the van wasn't starting, they said ok we'll get it checked out. Called them again on Wednesday cause we hadn't heard from them, she said that the mechanic was still checking it, but we noticed that the van still parked in the same spot where the tow truck driver left it. Called them back on Friday to say we would be coming to pick it up since it still hasn't been looked at, wasted a whole week when we could have taken it somewhere else.

We took our vehicle to this place after being referred by a friend. They found the issue after we called several times, a week later we had no follow up no nothing. The part that we needed was located in another area, I then called to get a serial number and was told that the owner would locate it after several hours no return call. I went to pick up my vehicle and the owner and receptionist was unfriendly and RUDE. If you see this place drive by QUICK but DONT STOP!!

Took my jeep in for over heating issue, my jeep was repaired. Spoke with mechanic he said everything was fine. Two months later over heating again. Spoke with someone on today, she stated that someone would pick my vehicle today. No show and no phone call either. Bad business communication.

Great service, quality work. Just in a very unsafe part of town. Take all your precious belongings out of your car if you are leaving it overnight.

Performance was excellent
