Really great, honest folks to deal with. Quality of workmanship is excellent and attention to detail is always a top priority with them. This is my 3rd year taking 4 different vehicles to them and always excellent service and reasonable prices. Don't hesitate to give them a call. Kudos to Robert and all the staff. I have to admit that the customer service was okay. However, I could care less if the customer service is good or bad as long as the things that I have paid for are fixed properly. Earlier this year, I took my vehicle in to get my brake pads replaced, rear rollers replaced, and front rollers turned. I was quoted a decent price ($50 dollars cheaper) than what I was quoted at other places. The price along with the good reviews made me decide to go to this place. Dropped off my car and approximately 30 minutes later, I received a call stating that the job was going to be $70 more than I was quoted(Apparently I was not quoted for the front portion of my car to get fixed). Against my better judgement, I still decided to let them fix my car. Approximately a week later, I called them back and stated that my brakes were squeaking. I was able to come in that day. The mechanic drove my car and said he didn't hear it and stated that I could bring it back if it did it again. He also stated that if it continued to make noise he would replace the brake pads because it could be metal in it causing the noise. It did and I returned it again. This time the mechanic once again drove it and said he couldn't hear it and if the brakes are making noise, I should drive my car more and it should level out. That was months ago and I'm very upset that my brakes are still squeaking after paying $360 for the job. Thank goodness this is not my only vehicle. I'm going to take my vehicle elsewhere to get it fixed properly. I would not recommend this establishment unless you're willing to pay your hard earned money for a mediocre job.

My two cars have been there several times for various reasons. I ve always received great service without any problems. I would recommend to anyone that wants honest people and prices.

Had a Trip Check done and a few thgs done that a dealership in Aiken said needed to be done. The services recommended in Aiken did not need doing. You can trust Robert.Services: Brakes, Oil changeServices: Brakes, Oil change

We have used Spanky's Service Center quite a few times and are very, very pleased with their promptness, courtesy, honesty, knowledge and their prices are very fair. They have been extremely helpful to us on many occasions and I can't sing their praises enough!

Overcharges people way to much for the work they do. Half the time I have to take it back up there for them to redo it.
