I purchased a set of tires for an F350 with a long bed & an alignment. The tires were installed and were barely hand tight. They told my husband they his tire rods were shot, even though he was just under the truck the day before installing a leveling kit. They were not even able to put the truck on their lift and were planning to send it elsewhere for an alignment at a significant extra cost that was previously undisclosed. The tire shop is okay, but the mechanical shop behind it is absolute garbage. If you want decent tires AND an alignment done correctly, I suggest taking your business to Bolton & James or Firestone on East Main Street in Spartanburg.

Friendly, prompt, and professional service! Needed tires in a bind and they got me squared away quickly! Very comfortable and clean waiting area with complimentary coffee, soda, water, and snacks. Highly recommended by my neighbor, as I am new to the area, and I highly recommend as well!

I needed tires. I chose River Rock because i support local businesses. I called in the morning, the tires were ordered. I received a call to come over, tires were there.The staff are professional and helpful. The cost of the tires was great too. Check out Tiver Rock Tire.

This is the best place I've been for tires. The waiting area is comfortable with complimentary drinks and snacks. The customer service is the best. I had a screw in my tire they patched it for free. They also do engine and other car repairs. This is my go to place from now on.

I thought I had saved the day by identifying and repairing a screw puncture myself. Turns out my old TIRES were dry rotting and leaking from a valve stem, had belts seperating and ready to explode on my trip from Nashville. The super knowledgeable and helpful team at RRT got me in quick and back on the road SAFE. I only wish they were closer to me, id give them my business and recommendations every time!- #NTGatVE

This place is great! Usually in and out here. Everybody zooms around getting everything done quickly. You can see your car from the waiting area, so you don't have to wonder if they have gotten to you yet or how much longer until they're done.Super nice waiting area with snacks and coffee!

They are honest, courtesy, helpful and professional!I ve been to a few auto shops in Inman but this one is the only one I d recommend.I did wheel alignment there and also they fixed my leaking tire without charging me. No one does that nowadays, but they do.Will definitely go back when I need work on my car.

I had my 22 s mounted here. They did a great job and were very careful with the new rims. Very fast service. It s nice to see people taking pride in what they do and it didn t go unnoticed. Thank you!!!

The staff were very kind and polite. The mechanic was knowledgable and straight forward. I called last night and they were able to see me this morning, (that almost never happens). After being informed of my issues, they were able to get the parts Abbas finish the repairs before lunch. I would definitely recommend this bunch, that s saying a lot considering the work ethic of the general population. Thanks guys!!

Absolutely fantastic. Needed a tire plugged. Asked how much and he said, we don t do plugs, only patches. Patches are of course better than a plug and required tire removal from rim and remount and balance. I said ok, how much for the patch? Free he replied. I said excuse me? He again replied Free, we don t charge to do that. Are you kidding me? What business does that these days? I will be a regular customer here. I live to support local business and River Rock has a new supporter. They were fast, courteous and professional. Way to set the bar River Rock

Great staff! They checked my flat tire, and since they couldn't patch it, they put the spare on for me and wouldn't take any money for it. They also have a nice, clean waiting area. Highly recommend!

Awesome service!! I have to drive from the hospital late at night and lately my truck has begun to shake. Called, got an appointment quick and got cared for right away. A man named zach helped me and was very helpful and knowledgeable about my tires and potential options for new ones. He wasn t pushy or sketchy, I was very impressed. Thank you so much zach!!

I called them 25 minutes before they closed in hopes they might be able to fit me in to patch a tire that had a nail. She said, Sure, come on over. We arrived and they promptly looked at the tire and even checked the sensors and all the other tires. It was all done in about 20 minutes and when I went to pay they said it was FREE! What? My husband tried to give them money but they wouldn t take it. The shop was also very comfortable and not the typical greasy sitting area at a service facility. A nice coffee bar and chalkboard with Bible verse completed the pleasant experience. We will definitely be back for future tire needs.

The visit was a very pleasant one. The lady at the front said they were busy and it would be about a 45 minute wait and it ended up only being about 25 minutes. If you have a flat tire and they can fix it they will not charge you for it even if you didn't buy your tires there. They are the best tire place around the Spartanburg area in my opinion and I would recommend them to anyone. They will always have my business.

This place is totally awesome.....It is neat, clean and on point. The staff is completely polite, prompt, satisfactory. They have coffee, drinks, snacks, comfortable and clean seating. The flat screen TV has the proper subject matter on the screen ( tips on care maintenance ) and they also have pricing for their services..... tune ups, A/C charging, alignments, etc.....Plus their prices for new tires are very reasonable....A CLASS ACT!!!!!!

Great shop! My wife and I were blown away by the amazing service here and a complimentary tire repair. Great service is getting harder and harder to find making it ever more obvious that the folks at River Rock know how to run a business and treat customers right. The waiting room is really nice, but the people are nicer. I won't go anywhere else for tires again - Period. They will not disappoint you.

Bought a "new" used car and it was shaking, now this is a fairly new car, came to rock river with no appointment, only had to wait a short time. The waiting room was awesome. They balanced 2 tires and the car was like new. I would highly recommend to everyone. Also very friendly and knowledgeable staff.

The staff is friendly and the service is quick. If you have an issue they go above and beyond to fix it. Can't ask for much else. Also: pay cash.

Wow just wow! Called them about tire repair, which they stated was free. We were greeted immediately in parking lot by 3 workers ready to help. We initially came to get 2 tires repaired. They explain one could be fixed and the other was hopeless. No pressure at all about buying new tires from them, and we knew it was possible that this is what was needed before we got there.. Tires we wanted not in stock but they could get them. Stated possibly same day but definitely next day. Went to pick up same day...awesomely fast service and these folks are very pleasantly nice! This will be our new go to place for our vehicles!!! Check out their complimentary coffee and snack bar too!

Got my oil changed in my truck and was in and out in 25 minutes. The staff is very nice and they even have coffee, drinks, water, chips, fruit snacks and snack bars for the customers to eat in case they or their kids get hungry. They also have a kids corner to occupy the little ones so they don't get bored and the bathroom is very clean. Prices are competitive to most other places but the bonuses inside while you wait make it a better experience.

Friendly service. Walked in and had an oil change done and got them to look at a tire that was losing air on cold mornings. There office was very nice and they had good coffee and snacks. They were reasonable on price and didnt even charge me to patch my tire when they found a nail in it. Will be using them again when I need to!

I gave 5 stars because there's not 6 stars! Fantastic old school service that is rarely found anymore. I was met when I pulled in with an umbrella because of rain. my car was pulled right in and work began quickly. I received a complementary cup of coffee while I waited. The tire techs cleaned the hubs for a good strait contact. Removed the stickers from the tires, when the tires were put back on the car they cleaned the tires and rims! Finally they used an impact to snug, (just snug, not tighten) the lug nuts, then used an actual torque wrench to properly tighten the lugs!Fantastic Job!

I called yesterday for an estimate and they were competitive so I ordered new tires. They came in this morning and called to let me know my tires were in. They are open until 7PM through the week so I went after work. I was very impressed with the waiting area that had free refreshments. This place is so much better than the previous operation of Inman Tire. Recommending to others who use Google for reviews.

This place has THE best customer service hands down. We ve been here at least 5 times in the past 6 months for various issues on different vehicles and they are always quick and super friendly. They even cleaned my rims and tires for me with my tire balance and rotation!!! I m so impressed!

I m so happy to have learned about this company. My daughter used their service for a tire. She hasn t stopped raving about the great service. The inside customer service is extremely clean and beautiful. My 7 year old granddaughter wanted to move in lol. The coffee machine would make Starbucks really sad. Free snacks and drinks for the customers. They actually make you feel at home for the 20 minutes it takes to change your oil. The oil change cost was $50.00 less than what Vic Bailey has been charging! So thank you so much for the great service.

Just took my wife s car there to get a patch from a nail hole . Not only did we get in right away without a wait but when the technician was done I went in to pay and he said we don t charge for patches. We were not expecting that . This place is top notch and everyone was extremely friendly. This will without a doubt be our new location for all our future tire needs!

My son recommended then to me. I was visiting from Florida. The car has a shimmy. Brought it in, 30 minutes later, tires were rebalanced and roasted. I was back on the road. Nice people, nice shop, nice waiting room...

I am in shock by the service, honesty, price, and the overall hospitable demeanor this mechanic shop has. They are fantastic! Went for the first time today, and will refuse to go anywhere else from now on. I am so happy there is still good people in the world.
