Can't recommend. My first salesman knew nothing about RVs. When I moved the deal to a nicer unit they tried to make me pay the taxes on the original unit as if I had actually bought it and 6 months later I'm still getting calls from them asking for the title to the unit that was never even PDI much less purchased. They didn't know much about the unit I actually bought (not even my "expert") and being brand new at this I'll say now they should have NEVER let me leave with the hitch gear I used (and I told them I was new and needed their help). Lastly I didn't known I'd still have to pay the full sales taxes because I was switching from a class B (vehicle) to a travel trailer and the value for trade exemptions only apply to vehicles. Maybe I should have known that but they were more than happy to let me believe I was in the clear tax wise and then get blindsided. That said I'm an instant fan of Ember EVs and I look foward to years of enjoyment from it. Lastly as bad as my experience w this location was...they are STILL better than camping world.

Absolute best in the Carolinas! Tons of new and used RV s to choose from if your in the market for one. Great customer service and the service department houses some of the best technicians in the area to get you fixed up. Be sure to stop in the new service center as well to see about getting the maintenance needed to keep you camping. Parts department has gotten a big makeover and has tons of parts in stock.

Anthony was a very good salesman, he listened to our needs and showed us the units that fit them. He worked very hard to get us the most money for our trade in and the best terms available. We had some issues with our unit and the service department helped take care of them with no hassles. Over all it was a very happy experience and we are very happy the fifth wheel and the dealership.

I am so very impressed with the customer service, knowledge and help by the staff.Mishael & Joshua help me find the perfect camper and has gone above and beyond to make sure everything is in order before it's even off the lot!Highly recommend!!Update 1: went for my walk through today, Stan was incredibly knowledgeable and took his time to explain everything thoroughly so I understood and was comfortable with everything. Really went out of his way to make sure that everything will be in tip top shape before delivery!

Stopped by to look at 5th wheel campers was greeted by Daniel as we walked to the office. He was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and outgoing. Listened to what we were looking to for in a camper. We went through many units and found the one we were looking for. The process of the purchase went effortlessly. The entire staff was very pleasant. I would recommend Optimum RV to anyone looking to get into RVing.

Big shout out to Daniel Ross in sales. Look him up. He did an excellent job through the whole sales process. Every time we called, he helped us out even after the papers were signed. Another shout out to the service department that did an excellent job with our walkthrough. We bought a 23 Vegas 24.1 Class A. We were very happy with the service we received from OptimumRV.

Devastated is an understatement. I have been in the market to trade in my 2021 camper for a year now. Thanks to Mishel reaching out to me to let me know they had one come in that was exactly what I was looking for. I drove 2 hours on Friday to view it. Instantly fell in love with it. Kennedy knew I was also in touch with another dealership regarding a camper I loved and was a great deal. Kennedy then offered me an even better deal. I filled out all of the paperwork & was left to wait in the office for hours while she left to assist other costumers. I told her multiple times I needed to get on the road and she would ask me just to wait 15 more minutes. It was finally late enough that I needed to start making the drive home. She told me she would be in touch by the end of the day with the final numbers and we would come back on Sunday to sign the final paperwork. I never heard from her. Saturday rolls around and she still hasn t contacted me. Sunday (Easter) rolls around and I still can t get an answer from her. I finally contacted Mishel to get an answer as to what was going on before I made the 2 hour drive back up there. He informs me that the bank was closed so they wouldn t have an answer that day. I was told I would have an answer on Monday and agreed to come back on Friday sign paperwork because I had to return to work on Monday. I had to reach out to them Monday to find out what the verdict was. They wanted a ridiculous down payment that was not discussed as part of the deal Kennedy gave me. Due to their lack of communication, my time was wasted by Optimum and I lost my opportunity on the other camper. Everyone in the industry knows the horror stories of Camping World but at this point I would trust them more with my business than Optimum.

Lawrence the manager done a fantadtic job helping make things happen! Could ask for better mgt skills. Daniel Ross was my sales representative and made the experience very comfortable and inviting. I'll definitely recommend optimum rv to family and friends. Can't wait to try my new unit !

Great customer service. Help me find the camper i needed. Went above and beyond to help me get the best deal on it. Manager was also very helpful and great attitude from everyone. Would recommend to anyone looking for a camper, they have lots of campers too choose from.

The team at Optimum RV Spartanburg took excellent care of us during our purchase. Kenny was a fantastic and a very patient sales agent. He was very communicative during the process of finding the perfect fit for our family and getting everything prepared for pickup day. Ed in finance helped us achieve making this a reality for our family and worked with us to get a great deal and feel safe in our purchase. Stan really went beyond for us answering every question we had and making sure we felt comfortable during our PDI and made sure we were able to get every detail looked into, addressed, and ultimately driving out of there feeling confident. I will give the sales person Anthony 5 stars. He is amazing, definitely goes above and beyond for his customers. Honestly I don't know what they would do without him. As far as the service department goes, I would give a 0. Anthony had to do his job and the service department's job too. They did nothing right. So sad. Anthony definitely deserves more appreciation for what he does. The service department definitely needs to step it up. Disappointed

We left very confused. We were interested in an RV they had at another location but had never seen. When asked our budget, we went several rounds with them saying: "if I say I can sell for that price, will you accept it?" We explained that we would have to see the unit first and tried to get them to clarify if they would sell for our offer or not if we see the unit and like it. The conversation went in circles, and we left not knowing if they were agreeable to get the RV within our budget. I'm not sure if they thought we were just playing a game or what. We called back about an hour after leaving to speak with the salesman about the pricing on a different unit. We ended up with what came across as a disrespectful lecture about asking for lower prices. Assuming he might have gotten frustrated that we didn't agree to buy a unit that we hadn't seen, at a price they wouldn't confirm, we called the office to speak with the GM, with whom we had also spoken. We were told he would return the call, but he didn't.We were a sure sale, looking for some specific attributes in a motorhome. I'm not sure where it went wrong, but they seemed to be saying, "we dont need your business." They bragged about selling many units and seemed to be willing to negotiate, but it ended up being a process similar to nailing jello to a wall.They have many salesmen working. Their lot is small and crowded, but they manage it well. Their marked prices seem to be comparable to others. They were very helpful... until we didn't easily fall into place. Perhaps others will have better success.

On Thurs, Jan 18, I was at Optimum RV In Spartanburg, SC to pick up my newly purchased RV. Stan was the coordinator for the walk through tour and demo , question/answer time frame. I simply CANNOT say enough good things about this gentleman! He was exemplary in every aspect of the walk-through, demonstrated every operation in the unit, waited for any questions I had and was quick on the reply. There were a few issues that needed to be addressed and questions I had and he was pronto in getting these items fixed and my questions answered. Although it turned into an all day process for many reasons, none being due to Stan, he never lost his patience, moved right along with every aspect of the necessary changes and kept the ball rolling. He even assisted to a great extent, in helping move out of the old RV into the new RV so we could be on our way before the evening was gone.If I could give him a 10 star rating, I would!!!!That's what he's worth based on our all day long experience with him!!He also made sure we had lunch as well! I will definitely make referrals to Optimum RV for any family or friends looking for a new unit and can only hope Stan will be the person to assist them when it comes time for their walk through. An old cliche' but Stan is the Man!!!

Got my Beautiful motorhome at Optimum RV the salesman I had was Greg Castle he found exactly what I wanted at a great deal I've never had or driven one so Stan my teacher taught me to do everything on my motorhome, and Howard was great he made sure everything was perfect. Mr. Shirley took care of my tags and got me a great warranty . All of these guys were AWESOME And Joshua for teaching me how to drive it. Thank you guy for excellent service.

Awesome place! Worked with Deigo and he was a pleasure. Worked with me on payments and everything that I wanted! I would 100% recommend coming hereI also worked with Stan and Petty who were very informative when doing a walk through of my camper. They were very polite and kind. I would recommend asking for them when doing your walk through!!

Optimum RV is a well workable place. They are very negotiable and will help to find your perfect fit and pricing.Their service department is very good and helpful when trying to set up your RV.Stan (well-recommend worker) was very helpful to come to my location itself to help me set it up comfortably because I was having difficulties .SN: it s. Okay to learn but they are helpful anytime

I had a couple of issues with my toy hauler. I was new to camping and really uncertain about how everything worked. Stan in service was wonderful. He answered all my questions. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was working properly. He called me and texted me to help me. He is the kind of person you want working for you.extremely polite and knowledgeable and made certain I was satisfied.

This RV dealership is the real deal! Over the last decade, we have owned RVs from other dealers, and Optimum RV is hands-down, the best! Shout outs to our sales person, Kennedy, office, gals, Wanda and Mandy, Service guys, Shane, Russell, Tommy( more skillful service guys but we did not get their names), and GM Lawrence. Exceptional customer service and dedication in the work they do. Check them out if you re considering a new or used RV.

These guys were extremely helpful and friendly from the moment I walked in. They took notes on exactly what I was looking for and didn't try to pressure me into anything. They had a wide variety of new and used options to look at. They were also extremely transparent about their processes and paperwork. The vast majority of their prices were competitive. I would highly recommend talking to Drew Hollingsworth if you are in the market for a camper

We just purchased our very first camper today. Josh was absolutely amazing in helping us pick the perfect one. Josh was with us from the very start to the finish. Drew was our sales person and was absolutely amazing with our buying experience. He was able to find us a brand new 2023 camper with the features and accommodations that we asked for. Will 100% recommend doing business with him.We had an oven that was inoperative since time of purchase. It was repaired today where Dustin personally came out to our home and completed the repairs. He went above and beyond and managed to get the part without us having to continue waiting on the ordered part to come in. Thank you so much! Now we can fully enjoy our camper the we way intended.
