We had the fuel filters changed in our truck. They got us in and out as quick as they could. They were all very nice ( owner and staff). If I was in the area again and needed maintenance done on a vehicle I would go there again.

David has always took excellent care of my cars and trucks for over 30 years. Very honest and they do great mechanic work. Tyler really cares about his work and service. Not sure why the 1 star person had a problem. They communicate and explain everything upfront. If they run into something not planned they always called me and we made the decision together. I highly recommend Lake Bowen Diesel.

Tyler and his team did an awesome job fixing my antifreeze leak. Truck runs much better. Will definitely recommend them to others and use them again myself.

Fantastic service. Price was fair and they Got us in and out as agreed. This is a brand new vehicle and Due to our work travels we have to do a service every 2 weeks, the dealer/ manufacturer is not readily available and it seems they can t return phone calls. We ll just continue using Lake Bowen as long as they ll put up with us.

I was going to bring my 6.7 Cummins in for a no start issue. I swung by the shop a few times, to get some information and any help I could get before throwing the towel in. Everyone there was super helpful and took a few minutes from their day each time to give me some advice and guidance. I ended up getting the issue figured out at home! Everytime I come there are a lot of vehicle inside and outside the shop which means they stay busy. Says a lot about their work and customer service. Highly recommend!

BAD EXPERIENCE is the tip of the ice burg!David kept our truck for 6 months for new fuel injectors. Then he drove our truck w/ NO diesel & ruined ALL the new injectors. He didn t have a guarantee. He NEVER communicated. We had to hunt him down for info.We took our truck away from him & placed w/ a reputable mechanic @ great expense to us.BEWARE!!!!Other people have had BAD experiences here too.

Very helpful and knowledgeable. Only took a second or so to diagnose the problem. I m sorry anyone has had any problems with them,but for me I ve used them twice and had NO problems with David or his crew.I am very picky with my truck and I will never use anyone else. I have referred them to other people that s used them and they have called me back and thanked me .Keep up the good work !!!

I took my Onan 4000 generator to this supposed mechanic, I told him I'd already changed the spark plug, in my one cylinder generator! He went on to tell me that it had two spark plugs. Either this guy's an idiot or a big fat liar do not trust this company.

David is hands-down the best mechanic I have ever taken my vehicles to, and I will not go to anyone else in the area. Even when I lived an hour away I still brought my car to this honest and hardworking man! Fair warning: he s always busy!!! You won t regret trusting him with your auto needs!

I have use David Schrader and his staff for about 16 years. 100% honest. He will keep you informed about the life expectancy of your vehicle. Very dependable and quality work.

Had to repair a striped hole for a spark plug in my truck. They got it done in 2 hr and was the best price in spartanburg. I highly recomend this place very nice crew. I will only go back here for work on my truck.
